My wife and I bought a truck from them back in 2020. I, at first, thought we got a great deal. Just to later find out that the frame was undercoated to mask how BAD the frame was shortly after purchasing the truck. This truck has been sitting for over a year now because the frame is completely gone, and just straight junk. I m still stuck with the current vehicle because we still owe on the truck, but I want to warn others of the potential lemons that these guys are selling to the public. It s a shame how shady business can be, don t be like me, be sure to check everything when dealing with Creekside. Best wishes to all!

My most recent purchase, a 2015 Subaru Crosstrek, was the third vehicle I have purchased from Creekside. Each transaction went smoothly, whether purchasing with cash or financing. They have great relationships established with a number of lending institutions and will work with YOU to get the best interest rate! I would absolutely recommend Creekside Motors to anyone looking to find a good quality, used vehicle! Oh, by the way, Chef Thomas and his crew know how to THROW DOWN in the kitchen! As evidenced by their Best Pizza in Morgantown distinction, THREE YEARS IN A ROW!!!

Recently purchased a SUV through Julia, Scott and the gang at Creekside motors.in today s climate purchasing a vehicle can be difficult but not at Creekside. What a wonderful experience, refreshing compared to the normal torcher of buying an automobile. They were very attentive but not pushy, answered any questions we had, efficient and timely in paperwork and financing. Couldn t be happier!! Check these guys out!!

Scott, Julie and Brody sold me a great truck and I couldn't be more thankful! Strongly suggest buying your next vehicle from them and grabbing some of the best pizza in the state while you're there from Homegrown pizza!

I recommend this place to my friends and family that can t afford brand new cars, but want something newer or better! Although I purchased from another lot. The day I test drove a truck and it was having battery issues and all Scott was honest and understanding and tried his best to get my business! Although I couldn t get in my price range due to certain issues I truly appreciated the experience I had with him and the lot!

We stopped today to look at a Chevy pick up we were really interested in. No one bothered to come out and talk to us. After a while I walked over to the trailer and seen the faded note that the office moved to the main building. I found the sign that said entrance and when I went in I got bit by their dog. The salesman was not the least concerned with the exception of telling me to move to a certain spot so the dog would stop carrying on. Spending nearly 15 years in the medical field I knew to make sure the bite bled so any bacteria didn't set in until I could get something to clean the bite with. No it wasn't a bad bite but instead of removing the dog to another area, making sure everything was really okay, or even acting like he was the least bit interested in selling us that truck ... he accused me of making the bite bleed more then bothered to offer a tissue.

My wife and I bought a 2014 Ford Explorer from Creekside and couldn't be more pleased with the vehicle or the experience. We were able to finance on site and the vehicle was washed and detailed when we came to pick it up. From the time we started shopping until we drove off the lot, Scott was great. Great vehicle, awesome service, and incredible people. Highly recommended.

Most rudest people I ve ever had to deal with. They didn t even spend ten minutes with us. Then one wouldn t let us test drive a vehicle and lied first said two vehicles was his friends that he was selling for him and then he said they were his. They lost a cash sale that day. We just asked about a loan place just to see what they would say. I WILL NEVER go back. Heck I had enough money to buy two if I wanted. Sorry about your luck.

Awsome service, friendly staff. Great experience, while looking to find another vehicle after ours was totaled in accident. If you stop there you gotta try the restuarant next door. Home grown pizza. Its the best.
