Way better than the last time I visited. Very impressed with the service department. They were on time. The waiting area was very clean and organized. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I am impressed with the new software and mobile communication that mechanics used to detail the services they completed.

Updated 4/4/2024 to cover all final items.We decided to give this Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/RAM/Fiat dealer our business, as we have purchased a new 2024 Dodge truck.My results are my opinion, based on my experience. I try to be fair, honest, and forgiving whenever possible. As a retired business owner, professor, marketer, sales manager, sales person, IT person, etc., I know what it like to open and run a business. It's not a cake walk.Our sales people were Jacob and Courtney. Both were courteous and knowledgable.Our finance manager was DeAndre. He is equally knowledgable, knows current and "old school" funding technology, and is open to listening and helping as best he can.We did the loan ourselves through our lender (approved within seconds, we have great credit), dropped a $15k down payment, and the truck is now "pending delivery." This dealership has been burned by fraud, from what the finanace manager disclosed, so they won't deliver a vehicle until all funds are in their account 100%.Okay, I get that. Fraud is everywhere. So, we were more than willing to wait for the Finance Department to confirm funding for our loan through our lender. Throughout the process, DeAndre was competent and responsive, and he gave me a good feeling about the honesty and reputation of the business.From the date of purchase the date of vehicle delivery, I counted 7 days. The old days of being able to simply drive off of the vehicle and your word that you will get the loan funded are gone. One must learn patience now, because there are so many fraudulent dealings out there.An old saying comes to mind:"Security is INCONVENIENT." That makes a LOT of sense, and this practice teaches patience. If you're a Bible reader, that line rings true.All that said, it's important for everyone to always remain abreast of their transaction status. Purchasing a vehicle is complex, nearly as complex as purchasing a home, and it's a lot of money especially for new vehicles.Everyone at the dealership was more than willing to tolerate my status checks each day to verify things were moving along and to clarify any questions or issues we might have. In the end, we gave them a couple of small food baskets to thank them for all of the effort they put in to this transaction.W. Edwards Deming taught the concept of excellence in customer service. It's an old school mentality that teaches the importance of the consumer relationship.To the extent that were any hiccups, those were dealt with, and they even were willing to grab my garage door remote from the old trade-in vehicle, which I had inadvertently left in the vehicle when I turned it over. That's an easy one to forget!We ordered runners for the truck sides and these finally showed up, but parts never called. They were able to confirm arrival of the proper part only after I called them. I would prefer more follow-up on that, but I know they're busy. An automated process would have been really cool.There was an error in our sales purchase agreement. One of the lines listed a temporary tag fee of about $55, and this was explained away as a ledger item put on the wrong line (we simply transferred plates from old to new vehicle as a trade-in transaction).I will just simply have to accept that because there is no proof one way or the other. I would consider that an accounting discrepancy, and as an old bookkeeper who's fussy about numbers, I'm not quite pleased with it. If we do this anytime in the future, I am going to have to go over each line item with a fine tooth comb and a lot of questions.Here's a photo of our new "Ram Big Horn," home in the driveway.

On 4/13/24 I made a 2 hour trip from Pennsylvania to CDJRF in Morgantown to take a look at a '21 Jeep Gladiator. From my arrival there to the time that I left, this staff was the best that I could've asked for. Everyone was very polite and helpful and I couldn't be more happier with my purchase. Thank you all so much for THE best car buying experience! Definitely would buy from here again!!!

Good - Buying the vehicle from a distance was easy. Pictures were provided, the people were friendly, and the process and price were both fair.Questionable - Car was sold as "certified pre-owned" meaning it was supposed to have a 125-point inspection and an automatic 3-month/3K mile warranty. The car I purchased had a non-working A/C, a rear wiper that needs to be replaced, filthy engine filter, and a filthy cabin filter. I'm not entirely sure 5 things were inspected, let alone 125 things.Redemption - Once I let the sales staff know about the issue with the A/C they made sure to tell me about the CPO warranty, how to use it, and where to go. After a week at my local Dodge dealer, the A/C is now cold and the car is in great shape.

The technician was fantastic and did a wonderful job. The service manager, Rob, did the best he could but they are so severely understaffed so I went days without hearing anything about my truck and had to reach out. Ultimately, we did get our vehicle back and the important stuff looks good: the work was done as it appeared to be needed.

My original review praised the service department. Eric was great & worked well to get my Jeep fixed back on the road: I love the new app feature to keep you updated on the progress and pictures of the repairs:Updated from my prior reviewThis is the second time my vehicle was in the shop for the same issue losing coolant but no visible leaks. Water pump was changed on my first visit. The experience at the shop was great. The employee did all he could do to make sure the part they installed did not malfunction and there seemed to be no other issues. However, it was the experience on the phone when I called I didn t appreciate: I don t expect much from people but being cordial: I didn t give the person taking my call reason to be rude. Tyler who I guess is a manager was nice and concerned on Monday when I called but not the same plesantry on Weds when i called to make sure I could come in the the following day.I just asked if there was an option for a loaner because I did not know how long it would take but I guess there isn t if you didn t buy it there even though they technically were Waterfront Jeep from years ago and they didn t have any available anyway. Then to be told my jeep had over 90k miles so could be any number of reasons it was losing coolant wasn t necessary. Although he was stating facts-his delivery was terrible. I love their hours, the Quick Lane & most other aspects of their service: i won t let it deter me but a gentle reminder that even though the thought pops in your head maybe it shouldn t be said.

In 36 years of buying vehicles from dealerships I have been treated with respect and ensured customer satisfaction until I became a customer of Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Fiat of Morgantown. Unfortunately I was rushed and pressured into purchasing a Jeep Trail Hawk.This dealership is much more concerned with making a sale than they are customer satisfaction. I tried several times to stop the purchase, but I was told the wheels were in motion and it was too late to stop the sale. I fully acknowledge and own my part in not being brave enough to stop the sale; but I was dealing with a group of men who ignored my wishes. I left the dealership with a Jeep I did NOT want, that was not detailed, and had a quarter tank of gas. In addition, I did not receive a vehicle demonstration. Upon returning one day later (in tears) I was quickly told nothing could or would be done and I was stuck with a Jeep I hate. The next day I called Pat, a manager, and he assured me he would see what he could do and call me back. I have called and left messages for Pat or Eric (the general manager) twice a week since the end of January. In two months neither have had the consideration to return my call. Patriot and Weimer were both appalled to hear about the lies I was told and the poor customer service I received. If interested in purchasing a Jeep, please keep my story in mind when you are choosing a dealership.

This was an awesome experience. Every detail of my repairs were shared with me before they proceeded. The representative that checked me in along with the repair techs were above first class, if that is a rating I can give. I would use their services in the future if ever needed. Rob was immensely helpful!! He had a plethora of information, and answered every one of my questions without hesitation. This is the way a service center should be... Was out of town and had an unexpected tire trauma! The service dept was quick to pinpoint the issue and order me new tires..best of all, I paid no more than I did for my first set last Summer, so I know they weren t taking me for a ride! They were able to get them in an timely fashion and have them mounted, balanced, aligned and me up on the road running again!I appreciate you guys and if ever in the area again..I ll be back! Five Star!

The gentlemen at the desk that helped me with my situation was kind. He explained everything thoroughly. I had a nail in my tire. One of the gentlemen that works on the vehicles came out and told me it could not be repaired so he put on my spare tire and put the flat tire back in my jeep then I went on my way. Of course, I paid my bill on the way out. Service was great. The only sad part was I had a second opinion on the flat tire about getting it repaired. It was able to be fixed and was told the criteria for a tire to be repaired. It was different than the criteria stated at your dealership. I had it fixed and havent had any problems with it. I wish it could have been repaired at your dealership.

Problems getting clear offer. Never received it in writing on day deposit made for new vehicle. My email address incorrect and did not receive emails from D Andre for bill of sale as requested by call after we left. Left multiple messages for Finance dept Monday and Tuesday by myself and our loan officer which was not returned. My spouse texted at least one if not both days. Also no reply until he sent text requesting $1000 deposit back and he would go elsewhere. Request to speak to sales manager when calls and messages ignored. Was told I couldn t talk to him. D Andre took call asked again for text of bill of sale. He finally texted it and said he would also email. Then I received a text that my email wasn t working. I texted back my email and was told he had one character incorrect. Email finally arrived. I forwarded it to our loan officer and she notified me shortly the bill of sale was not correct because our pay off was on lt. I received a call yesterday pm from D Andre that he was going to take over the paperwork for this sale because of the ?confusion. I reminded him that he was the person who took my email on a phone conversation and when I had first questioned him he told me he sent it Saturday afternoon and I should check my spam folder in my email. I told him at that time I had gone that folder Saturday pm and actually cleared the spam folder for that reason. By the time Eric? Called Frank to let him know D Andre had been trying multiple times to contact the credit union and speak to Kim our loan officer. She had one hang up and one voicemail. Not sure about multiple times. So we sign documents last pm and this Kim emails me that the tax on the bill of sale appears incorrect. She said she contacted Tyler in finance to correct it. So we sign more documents today via email. We I am not communicating with honestly and openly, I have doubts I can trust what is said. I have NEVER in 40 years of buying large tickets items had such a mess to fight through to buy a vehicle. If I were the person who was going to drive the truck daily. I would have walked away on Monday. My husband wanted this vehicle and fought adversity in many forms from this dealership to buy it in spite of the ignored phone messages and almost nonexistent communication with the people at the dealership who could help solve the issues. If I could give negative stars I would. My boyfriend and I went to check out a few of the Grand Cherokees Good Friday, long story short, we were referred to this dealership from a friend and we left thinking we never knew he hated us this much . We were there for a total of 7 hours, undervalued on our trade, and were told no mats came with the vehicle but we could buy some- then they proceeded to pull mats out of another vehicle and said we will give you these if you give us a perfect survey . The sales girl who took us on the test drive was on her phone texting instead of explaining anything about the vehicle or why we should purchase from that specific dealer. When we got back we asked for the Sales Manager D Andre to work some numbers with him personally instead of the back and forth and never saw the original sales girl the rest of the day- she just left. We finally got so hungry after almost 5 hours and left to get some food. When we came back where they were supposed to have the vehicle completely detailed and everything ready for finance, we were then told you do know how our down payments work right?, we only accept debit cards and certified checks . So at this point we are about 6 hours into the endeavor with absolutely nothing accomplished. We were then told instead of waiting since there was another customer in finance ahead of us, we could E-sign the documents and the finance manager would review information the next day before my boyfriend went to work. Finance manager never called until he was already at work and then sent a very unprofessional text later that night and referred to my boyfriend as buddy . The first sales girl also texted him stating they never got the title or registration to the old vehicle in the entire day we spent there Friday and they needed it to move forward with the deal.This dealership is unprofessional in every single facet of the business. They act as if they are doing you a favor to sell you a car and do not value your time or money. I would instead recommend anyone searching for Chrysler vehicles to go to Urse in Fairmont. They actually treat customers with respect and the deal took about 45 minutes from start to finish.

However, hours after my service was completed I received a call from the sales department. They were asking me to trade in my vehicle. I would prefer not to have my vehicles information given to the sales department. If I wanted to trade in my car ..I would.

Very very professional, kind and helpful. Everyone there are good people looking to help. I spent alot of years in Norfolk so i know good and bad dealers when i see them. Shout out to my sales and management members Tom and Patrick. We drove a couple hundred miles to come get or vehicle. We love our purchase and will be returning in the future for our second car. We didn't finish til after closing but thats what happens when you are good at what you do, you get customers and thats what they got from us. The wait was worth every minute as they kept us comfortable. Thanks again guys you all have a loyal customer out of me.

Absolutely amazing and phenomenal experience purchasing my new jeep with them! I worked with Tay and Lee and they both were wonderful. They truly did work to get me as close to my goal as possible, damn near succeeded in my book given all the factors that were in play. I am from the Motor City and this experience was far superior to any other I have had at a car dealership. I will definitely be buying from them again in the future and sending everyone I know that needs a car their way. Thank you again Tay and Lee!!
