I have numerous complaints with this business but the biggest complaint is that they damaged my car and are ignoring me about fixing damage they caused. Apparently while detailing my car the cleaner tore two 1-2 inch holes in the carpet. When I came back in to show the damage everyone at first said I don't see nothing....I had to point out the holes, oh that, we couldn't have done that....well you did, ok we'll look into. I've called back, yea we're still looking into it. I mean I never really expected them to call me back because they never really called me back during my repair process to begin with, as well is it taking 3 days longer than I was told in the beginning. This has been reported to my insurance company and it will be getting fixed by another repair facility.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Have had 5 cars go through their shop. Have nothing but great things to say. The care level of perfection is what they strive for each time I know the wait is long to get in . It s for a reason. They are worth it.

Got the estimate quickly and professionally. It was more than the quote from Mercedes so I have a few questions as Center service seemed more thorough.

Quoted 5 days, but took 10 requiring me to call and get updates from them. Damaged car safety systems and said the repair was my responsibility since I paid out of pocket instead of using insurance. At no point was a potential risk of damaged safety systems mentioned and it also isn't mentioned in their paperwork. I won't give them any future work and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.Service: Body & Trim

Took my car in didn t expect anything special. They fixed everything and made my car look brand new. Even wiped down the inside of my car. Great service. Would recommend to anyone. Friendly staff too!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Today I picked up my truck and the time they said it would ready. This is the second time they did warrant work of two different trucks. Work is absolutely awesome and the touch theu did on my bumber looks factory. Thank you all.

My son s truck was scheduled for a simple rear bumper replace and quarter panel repair. Was on schedule for 2 months. Took it in on 5/15 and was to be done on 5/20. Told that day (after calling) it is not done and would be 5/22. That day passed and told 5/24 and now after calling they said maybe tomorrow an eluded to a possible question about parts needed - really? This is insurance work and they are a certified State Farm repair shop. I already spoke to State Farm about filing a complaint. What a monkey business who cannot properly schedule or communicate. A simple repair that I am sure will likely have to be fixed by a more reputable and competent business. STAY AWAY!!!

Three years ago, a tree fell on my Chrysler Town & Country crushing the roof. Center Service fixed it like new. Recently, an annoying squeak developed in the overhead console. Center Service corrected it and didn't charge me!

My husband was recently smacked in the rear driver side door by a little old lady. He had three estimates done and she chose Center Service Auto Body we were a little apprehensive seeing as they weren't the most expensive nor were they the cheapest the people their were respectful and very polite the work they did was outstanding! They even detailed his jeep before giving it back to us. Keep in mind the little old lady wrote them a check before they started the work and they had his jeep for a week but as I stated above they did an amazing job so all in all we were impressed.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Just down right terrible service. It was supposed to take 15 days to fix my car when it took 39 days to do so. 9 days with no car because if insurance only doing 30 days max. They never kept me updated on anything. I had to call to get any info and half the time never got called back. They kept ordering parts that didn't fit.

Very detail oriented body shop. The staff did an excellent job and they even cleaned out the inside of our vehicle. This is the first of 2 being fixed. Extremely pleased with the first one out of the garage. Can't wait to see the second one that had the most damage from an act of mother nature and a tree limb.

The folks at Center Service are exceptional. I had a vehicle taken there after a family member had an accident. They were very helpful and caring throughout the process. Though the vehicle was a total loss, they were extremely helpful and made sure we were taken care of. I would highly recommend them.

Had very minor cosmetic work done here. The work done was fantastic and they returned my car MUCH cleaner than I took it in. Really a good detail job. The only thing I can say negative is that the quote was a week and I didn't get my vehicle back for 2 weeks (also kept getting the 'it'll be done this afternoon' speech). Other than that Center did a great job. Very easy to deal with.

I've had a few of my cars brought here for repairs and they do an awesome job. Never had complaints. Staff is very nice, hospitable and polite. Obviously there will be some who are unhappy with the care that was given to their car as is in any other line of business. No one and no company is perfect but as long as companies strive to do their best and above all are honest with the work they perform is a 5 star rating to me. That's why I choose a 5 star rating for Center Service Auto Body. Thanks again! RS

Our car was damaged in a storm on a cross-country drive while passing near Morgantown. These guys did a superb job patching it up and we were on our way in less than 45 minutes at no charge! I've used Center Service twice now for body repairs (unfortunately I was hit twice!). Both times I was super impressed with not only the results, but the customer service as well. Super nice people, wonderful job on the car! I even have a tough-to-match color car but they have no problem with it. Definitely recommend.

Great customer service. These guys were polite anytime I called. They worked to get my car done as quickly as possible. My car looked better then ever and was cleaner then when it went in.

Quick, Quality service at a fair rate. Came here to have fender liners installed on my car. I've rebuilt my engine myself but I hate bodywork haha. These guys took care of me quickly, did quality work, and charged me a fair hourly rate without any issue. Will come here again if I need body or paint work done. Very professional.

I do not recommend to take your vehicle here. I was told my car would be fixed in 4 days, and it took them 13 business days. I was told I would receive a call a week before my appointment to confirm and they never contacted me. So I just showed up and dropped my car off. After the first week I called and asked the status on my car (Because it wasn t that serious) and I was told that everyone was at lunch and I would receive a call back when everyone returned. Needless to say I never received that call and had to call back the following day. Finally when my car was done, they contacted me saying my car was ready for pickup at 11:48 on Saturday when they close at noon.

Work was satisfactory but it shouldn't take over two weeks to get your car back for a simple repair of a crack rear bumper. Also their customer service and front office are not that great seem like they were doing you a favor to wait on you and fix your vehicle.

My son, a WVU student, did significant damage in an ice storm-front bumper was dragging and driver door stuck. During the estimate, they helped him out by rigging a temp solution to pull the bumper up and free up the door so he can at least get to and from school until we put it in for repair. Wouldn t even take a tip. Incredibly compassionate staff.

DO NOT GO TO THIS AUTO SHOP!!! Someone hit my car a few months ago and I had to go to this shop because of insurance reasons. All they had to do was fix scratches & painted the bumper. That took a full week. When I picked up my car I found a 15 inch crack in my windshield. That was not there before, because I would have noticed something that big. The supervisors and technicians claim that the crack was there when I brought my car in and they refuse to fix it. A 15 inch crack doesn t just appear out of no where. Awful customer service. The front desk staff are very rude to everyone.

My husband hit a deer and our insurance recommended we take it here. It has been 30 days and there wasn't that much damage. The staff has not answered questions sufficiently and have consistently given us the run around, not to mention being rude ("you'll know when I have the keys in my hand" click phone hung up). The vehicle was supposed to be done 1 week ago and they strung us along until today. After he picks up the truck, the heating now does not work and they claim they had nothing to do with it that it was just a coincidence. It worked fine when we took it in and now while driving home with our 2 young sons (5 years and 3 years) they are freezing because the heat isn't working. I would not recommend this place to a person I wasn't so fond of let alone a friend.

My experiences with them have never been good. They always somehow manage to be the most expensive quote. No. Matter. What. They always add something extra that even myself, who isn t in auto repair, knows isn t needed. And I have known reputable people and seen first hand cars that got work there done, but had shoddy work done on the pain, clips, etc, and had to drop their cars back off and wait some more.

My car was rear-ended resulting in a $5,000 estimate to fix. The work took 2 months to complete and getting a date when it would be done was impossible. The work was done well, no complaints there. They also let me know when it was time to pick up the car that I could only pay with cash or check -- a challenge for someone who does everything electronically. They would not take a credit card.

Overall face value customer service is alright at face value. I am going to bullet for ease of review. I probably would not bring my car here again. I generally don't write bad reviews. I'll give you the details and you can decide.-had to wait 3 weeks for them to work on my car (not their fault that they had a lot of business. During this time they ordered the parts and got them in which was good.-work took almost 3 weeks longer than estimated. After the date they just kept telling me a few days more each time I called.- the actual cost was a good bit over estimated.- on pick up they failed to tell me before hand that they don't accept card so I had to go get a check. This wpuld have been nice to know before showing up to pick up the car.- upon inspection when picking up the vehicle I noticed a new dent that was not caused by the accident. Apparently they had dropped the door on a panel and not noticed the dent it created.-we planned a date for the dent to be fixed and that I would wait for it in the waiting room that day. I watched them put my car in the schedule. When I showed up to get that dent fixed they sent me away to come back another day.- they did clean the car well!When picking up the car the first time.*Tools were left in my car.*An item from my car was removed and thrown out.*Items were moved and placed in a hidden compartment.- upon filling up the car for the first time the body pannel door to the gas cap was stuck. I had to use a non scratch paint tool to pry it open. When i got it open I found they had forgotten to remove the large amount of painters tape in that area and that is why the pannel would not pop open.Some of their employees lack attention to detail. This shop could certainly improve in a few areas.I am worried there have been other issues with their fix that I have not noticed.

Absolutely the worst auto body shop!!! They said my daughter's car would be done in 9 days and now we are on week 5. It is constantly one excuse after another. She still does not have her car. I wish I could give them less than 1 star because 1 star seems to be generous. After reading all of the reviews, I'm curious to see what kind of job they do. I have a sneaking suspicion that we may be in for a bumpy ride.

They have such great customer service and are so timely and understanding. They were so kind to even clean my car interior as part of their service. Highly recommend them. Thank you Center Body Auto for your quality service.
