Kris Wilson has worked with me on two occasions to help me get into a vehicle. He did everything he could to get myself in a car and out the door with thought and helpfulness. Great laughs and smiles throughout the building and help from all staff when asked for help. Wonderful experience! Highly recommend Kris !!

Oh the ignorant people at JD Byrider make me so mad. Not only did they have my daughters car for 3 weeks fixing it but they took it to Ohio for repairs and no one knew it was getting towed back to Morgantown on Friday, so they didn t have time to safety inspect it and we decided to stop down the shop to look at it but of course it hasn t moved.The car was unlocked and nobody came out to check on us to see who we were. Then when I asked the ignorant Karen of a manager about it she gets rude with me so of course I told her about it . It s pretty bad they treat customers like that. She started asking me about Daniel Kelley who worked there as if we were in cahoots with him or something. I didn t even know he had quit!Anyway now they got to fix the water pump that they said in Ohio was messed up for a long time even before she even bought the car. But the Morgantown office says it wasn t like that when she got the car! Such lies to save their own butts! Still haven t gotten the car back yet. I wish I would have never recommended this place to my daughter! Very disappointing

Kris Wilson went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. I thought financing might be near impossible but Byrider got it done. Even if you have hesitation about approval I d give them a shot. Super friendly, fast and easy!

I previously left a review regarding the excellent sales team at this location (Kris for the win!!), but I'm back again. Now, I bought/financed my vehicle here two months ago. As of this writing, we are under a severe winter storm. My cars battery COMPLETELY died. I mean not even a cabin light was on. Now things like battery's etc are always a risk with used cars, and I was ready to have to lay down some money, time, and general hassle to get it replaced. I have never been more wrong in my entire life.Let me tell you first-hand how this went. I called, spoke to a sales rep (Keenan I believe, and about five mins before close who still answered my call and took the time to hear about my issue) who profusely apologized for the inconvenience, and he left a message for their service manager. This man called me ASAP the next morning. It is a frozen tundra outside. I'd need to tow my car to the service center and it was going to be pricey given the weather. I didn't even mention that though. The service manager, and I am not making this up, sent his team TO MY LOCATION and replaced the battery. He had me simply leave my keys so I wouldn't even need to leave my work day for it. Not only that, but he then called back later to make sure the battery was working fine in case he might need to bring it in for additional work if it wasn't.Scoring of 1,000/10. I thought your sales team "sold" me enough on working with this location for my vehicle needs, your service team just cemented a lifetime of it for me. I will recommend this location to anyone. I am not hesitating to say here I have never in my life experienced better customer support and long term service from ANY car dealership, and this was my first time financing a used car. I never got half this level of care with a brand new vehicle fresh off the lot with issues that fell under warranty later. Run, don't walk, RUN to this JD Byrider and thank yourself later while you enjoy the stability of a great vehicle with payments you can afford, that's been previously loved a little, and an absolutely amazing team of professionals devoted to making sure you get the most quality possible.

This place ....in Morgantown....is somewhere I want to take every vehicle I own. The quality of work, professionalism, great repair prices and staff there in the service department (Dan especially) are worth the extra drive!! Couldn't be happier with the quality of repairs they do!!!

Needed coil pack. The service department was very professional and knowledgeable. They repaired my car much faster then expected. Great service and great mechanics! So glad to have these guys!!

Completely drain you on what they charge a person for a vehicle. I think the value of the car I got would be no more than $6000 with all thier charges ended up being $29000.00 on a $6000.00 vehicle. Then you have the absolutely worthless people in cnacNot all but the ones I believe ohio could be wrong. They will call you state that your payment paid. While the payment SITS in the payment box. Then on top of that thus one lady I think her name I will have to get. She argued with us saying we never made our payment. We told the incompetent employee we dropped it in the drop box. Then this worthless lady at CNAC said well you must have taken it back out...... Accused us of stealing are payment back. After the whole weekend passed we get a call from our local byrider stating that some guy took the payment and locked it in a different location at the office. As far as the guys in the mechanical service department they're absolutely beyond amazing. I could not say enough good things about them, daniel is best of the best. The cnac department need to take notes from him. As far as anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from this company I truly advise you to look else where. They literally charge people way to much for the POS cars they sell. The car I bought has been in the shop more than a dozen times and still has issues. Horrible Horrible Horrible company.

I had my eyes set on a SU v and they would not give me an s. U. V chubby, they told me what all I could be. Approved for is a car and I told them that I cannot get down that load in a car because of my back problems. They would not even work with me. Anyway, when I am working on a limited income. I would advise everybody. If you have back problem, don't plan on getting in an SUV unless you have at least $3000 down.

Anytime I have any issues with my 2016 ford focus, JD Byrider's service Manager Daniel always comes through for me. Even if it's something that isn't covered. I had to bring my van in because my starter quit working. Daniel in the service department was awesome. He got me in the same day and I was able to pick up my van the next morning problem fixed.

This place is amazing! Awesome customer service and the salesman Kris Wilson is quite outstanding!! He walked us through every step and made sure we understood everything before we went any further with paperwork. I would 1000% recommend going here and seeing Kris Wilson, he will hook you up with a nice vehicle and they make your payments affordable for you too. I ve had a lot of really good experience with the Service at the Byrider in Morgantown! They have been very good at communication and I have been very thankful for the fact that they are helpful and nice about all fixes they are brought, as well as with not breaking my wallet. We had a great experience! Jordan was fantastic. He made sure that we understood the whole process and made it easy and smooth. They made sure that we walked out with a car that fit our needs and wants as well as making sure that it was safe for our family. I highly recommend and we will definitely be back again!

After looking at several places and couldn't get approved they approved me almost instantly with no credit established. I have a great car and great payments. Any time I have an issue the are always happy to help and get deals on repairs. I love them!

They have always worked with me but this time they raised the bar. My car is under warranty but the fault of another place that changed my oil didn t put it back together end up burning engine up. They still put an engine in and a new radiator as it looked pretty rusty inside. My cost only $25. Thanks to Dan. You the best and appreciate all you did for me get me back on the road. Again. Thank you.

Will went out of his way to help not only us but also kept our kids entertained during the whole process! While watching the videos will played with the kids in the other room and let them help give us our paper work he worked well with us to make sure we were in a vehicle that we loved! My vans motor went out and they fixed it told us to come in and get it we showed up at 5:10 pm before the main store closed and they told us to come back tomorrow we drove 2 1/2 hours to come get it from wardensville wv never got lippy to them but said we wanted they asked us to leave and my wife said she wanted the van that this is not right he told us to come get it today they called the cops and tried to get us for trespassing don t go here they are ridiculous

I have had my car for over 2 yrs and only been in the shop twice. Both times the mechanics was very nice and patient. They was honest and only charged me $25 for a battery replacement when I thought it was more wrong with it. I would recommend JD Byrider to anyone.

They put Tyrod on, covered under warrantyDidn't pay for line up which has to have cost me over 100 dollars couldn't hardly drive till it was lined up
