My friend bring me to here. And he say he spend over 1k and after 14 days i think. He say they never fix the car and they also they didn't refund the money atleast 80% or the half. Is very disappointed you bring your car to a place. You think they can fix and somewhere you trust them and they charge you and they don't do anything about it.

This is the best little auto repair shop that I've ever had the pleasure of working with. They're knowledgeable, friendly, and will try to help you out in whatever way they can. No one else I've ever dealt with has even come close, and my family used to run a garage. I had a new-to-me used car with a brake issue, and Brockway Auto Repair set up an appointment for me to have the brakes inspected to find the issue. For the most part, the service was good. They were fast enough to find my problem and told me a close estimate for what the cost would be for my issue before they did any work, which was really helpful for me. I believe my receipt mentioned a 200-mile warranty on the repairs they did.Unfortunately for me, I only found out the mechanic forgot to reconnect my emergency brake after a long trip, during which I was surprised to turn on my car and shift to neutral only to start rolling forward with the parking brake supposedly still on. I took the car to another mechanic and found out that the emergency brake should have been reconnected during the brake work and simply wasn't.I wanted to like Brockway Auto Repair after seeing all of these good reviews they've received, but a non-functioning emergency brake could have caused a much bigger and more dangerous problem for me if I hadn't had the luck to notice the issue in an everyday situation as soon as I did. I'm happy to trust them on more cosmetic type issues with my car (prices were fair, estimates were accurate, appointment setup was easy, and I had my car back the same day), but I won't feel safe going here for anything that majorly affects the car's functioning again.Update: I recently looked at the original Craigslist ad for my car and realized that when I bought it, I had all 4 genuine Mitsubishi wheels. When I left after this service, one of my wheels suddenly had a Mazda logo... Just a minor concern except you know, my own wheel looked much nicer than this one with a peeling Mazda logo. :( This was a 2 star review, but giving me the wrong wheel doesn't even deserve 2 stars, I'm sorry.

This place is the best. Mechanics are top notch and no matter the issue they seem to be able to find it. We had a car that even the dealership couldn t fix properly and these guys got it first try -after years of trying to have a bad sensor replaced. You can tell they are good at what they do they are always packed with cars! Very thankful we found them.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Sent my out of state college student there for some work on her car, I highly recommend the folks at Brockway to anyone that has car troubles. He did the minimum for maximum and didn't overcharge or prey on her for being out of state and a female. 5 stars is not enough for this place

Brockway Ave Auto Repair was recommended to me by a neighbor when I moved here & needed recommendations for required auto inspection. They are consistently professional & friendly &, unlike so many, have worked to keep my repair costs DOWN while adhering to the law. I've never experienced a long wait & I was happy to be offered a chair outside while waiting on my car in COVID-spring 2021.

Owner is a genuine person and does his best to diagnose any issues brought. Works on everything but seems to specialize in Toyota vehicles. Very down to earth and treats people fairly. I take work and personal vehicles here. They are a small shop so they are always busy. Would and have recommend them over the local Toyota dealer.

I was prepared to spend close to $1000 for brakes and rotors, as I'd driven across the country twice. So, I dropped my vehicle off with those expectations. Within 20 mins I'd received a call for a report and they weren't scheduled to look at it until the next day. I missed the call only to receive a call 1st thing (I mean at 8:01am!) The next morning telling me they had the tires off and had inspected it and NOTHING needed to be done. Honesty is one of the hardest qualities to find in this world. So, to experience that in business blows me away. They could have easily made up something to charge me for and I would've paid, but their integrity won the day, and won them a loyal ccustomer for as long as I'm in the area!

I like their service a lot, they do a great job taking care of our vehicle every time we take it there. However, I have one comment about the front desk (if they have any!) Whenever I call them to make an appointment, they always put me on hold and never pick it up again, so I hung up. We have to call multiple times to make an appointment most of the time. I wish it was easier to make appointments with them.

These guys are worth the wait! It's a good thing good that they're busy constantly that means they have a lot of repeat customers! I'm so glad that I found them its really hard for a woman to find a mechanic that she trusts and I've totally lucked out thank you guys so much for all that you've done and all that you're going to do in the future because I'm not taking my car anywhere else!!

Brockway Auto Repair replaced 4 tires for me today, Had me in and out quickly and did a great job on my car. Very good pricing and high quality service. I would recommend them for all your car care needs.

After receiving an extremely high quote to have my AC condenser replaced ($800+), it was suggested that I take my car to Brockway for a second opinion. I spoke with Gary and explained what was going on and he told me to drop the car off and he would look at it and let me know. As it turned out, I did not need a condenser, I had a leak around a valve that needed sealed. Fixing that problem and recharging my AC cost me in total $160! It has been over a month now and I have had no problems with my AC. Gary was extremely nice and helpful. He allowed me to drop off and pickup the car at my convenience and kept me up to speed on what was going on throughout the process. I am so glad to say that I have a reliable place to take my car for any future needs. I highly recommend Brockway Auto!

Fixed my car. I was told by another mechanic in Morgantown that it would cost over $600. I took it here and they said that there was really nothing wrong with it and they fixed the original issue that I brought it in for. Had a very nice experience especially from someone who is out of state. Gary at Brockway Auto has proven himself to be an honest and trustworthy businessman; this is sometimes hard to find in the automotive industry. My friend hit something coming across the bridge and destroyed his radiator and fan assembly.. limped the car to these guys due to their proximity..We were both pleasantly surprised with their service and competitive pricing. I can 100% recommend them!

I have been going here since 2008 when they were South Park Exxon. Always a positive experience. Fair prices, quality and quick service, and they recognize you after a short time. I would definitely recommend this shop for auto service in the Morgantown area.

First thing, I never write reviews for any company, but I feel compelled to do so because these workers are so exceptional!! I have never been treated so kindly and fair from any other company, as I have from these men. Their work is of high standards and quality. I will never go to another auto service as long as they are in business.

Been going here, and their former South Park Exxon location, since 04 or so. I always liked the owner, Gary, but I haven't seen him in quite a while. Even when I did see him work there, I always found his employees incompetent. After services, on MULTIPLE occasions, we would find our hubcaps broken and filthy funnels left inside our engine. On one occasion, they overfilled one of our cars' transmission fluid, causing it to leak. On another occasion, they put the incorrect tires on my car (same brand as I purchased, but not the specific tire). Little things like charging 5 dollars to "fill up" your washer fluid, when it was 6 ounces short of overflowing, also erode your satisfaction.After being annoyed by a rude employee my final time there, I was inspired to start working on my car myself. So, today, six months later, after setting up my ramps and buying my supplies, I proceed to unscrew the oil drain bolt. After 30 cumulative minutes of failure and a quarter can of WD-40, I have given up. I'm not sure if its cross-threaded, or torqued way beyond specs, but regardless, their final annoyance has inspired me to write this review. I'll certainly have to go to a shop to get my oil changed, but I won't be going to south park/brockway anymore. Their quality has simply degraded over time, finally to the point where I cannot go there anymore.

My college son broke down in West Virginia, we had the car towed to Brockway Ave Auto. They told us the car needed a radiator. Wound up costing us $700 and they put the wrong radiator in a BMW. Took the car apart and did not put the screws back in and attached everything with zip ties. My son drove the car home and didn t feel comfortable because he said something wasn t right. Low and behold the car started overheating because the radiator was pushed into the fan which stopped working. When we call them they told us the car had been in a prior accident before we bought it which it wasn t according to car facts. Took it to 3 dealerships and they couldn t believe how it was fixed. We called the owner and he is blaming us for driving the car when it was overheating and blowing the head gasket. We now have $3000 in repairs. I though when you get you car fixed for $700 it s supposed to be able to be driven afterwards, not just a temporary bandaid. After many conversations with the owner he refuses to fix the car reason being he said it was in an accident which it wasn t and my son is now without a car. We are now forced to sue him rather then him standing by his faulty work. What a joke!! We have pictures of how our car was put together with zip ties!!! In addition, 4 witnesses that looked at the car and will testify about the poor workmanship on the car. My advice, don t get your car fixed by these people who do not stand by their work and could care less about the inconvenience of a hard working college student!

Great place! I went to multiple shops and no one would help until i stopped at Brockway auto repair. They went out of their way to help me on a Saturday with no appointment minutes before they were supposed to close. I would highly recommend them!

It seems like every year I go there for inspection and these guys are just on top of things. You are in and out in 30 min. I love that. And The employees are so friendly. Love that place

Gary and company are great. They also own the Guinness Book world record for number of vehicles parked simultaneously in a 100 x 50 ft lot :-)
