After an extremely disappointing trip to Advance Auto, I found myself at AutoZone. I needed my battery replaced. These gentlemen were extremely helpful and the battery installation I was told at Advance was 30 minutes, Charlie had it finished in 9 (yep, I timed him). He was also kind enough to fill my washer fluid for me. Keep up the great work!

I went into the store for new beam style wiper blades, Randy, the associate looked up my blade sizes and took me to the wiper section and pointed out the different sections for beam wipers, etc. This was a help, because I thought that only BOSCH made beam wipers. When I got to the register, he pointed out that there was a special where you get a free jug of washer fluid with a purchase of wiper blades. This was great! While at the register, I saw the blue Shop Wipes and grabbed a roll of those. Randy mentioned that there was a special on those as well where you get a free bottle of GoJo hand cleaner with a purchase of a roll of Shop Towels. How many other sales people would have pointed that out? Randy also asked if I needed help installing the wiper blades which most associates do offer to help with that, installing batteries as well as air filters. Kudos to Randy for his help, kindness and salesmanship.

Customer service here is always friendly no matter what your problem is they're not hardcore mechanic so don't expect that they know everything about your car but they've always helped me out in whatever way they can

I had to deal with a dead battery while on a trip to Morgantown, and reached out to Autozone for help. I was lucky enough to reach Megan when I called, and she could not have been kinder or more helpful! Thank you, you saved me!

A friend called in and ordered the parts, all I had to do was pick them up and pay for it... It was excatly what my friend was trying to get, any time we have car troubles they go out of their to make sure we are buying the correct parts... customer service is the best I've ever encountered. They are fast and friendly

Every time I've come to the store the staff have always treated me with respect and have taken time to give me options for parts if possible. The staff has been knowledgeable during my interactions. Very good with explaining warranty options and even helped look up warranty information on parts bought at another autozone. The tool loan program is a very nice program and helps complete jobs without having to buy a tool for a one time job.

The Sabraton Store on Earl Core Rd is the best place in Morgantown for great service and help. Charles is a great manager and is all the employees.

Charles (Parts Manager) was fantastic. Very knowledgeable about the issue I was having, and was more than willing to share his personal experience and expertise on my engine issues. He was an absolute professional and a shining example of customer service. I'll be an AutoZone customer for life because of his assistance!

My experience wit AutoZone is with the commercial side of the parts store. I ve been in the automotive business for over twenty years and to say I ve had tons of interactions with parts stores is an understatement. The people that work at store # 4619 are some of the best I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They always have my shops best interest at heart and work as hard as they can to make sure we have the parts we need in a timely manor so that our customers have there vehicles back quickly. If there is ever a question on anything Barry and Robin have always went above and beyond any expectation you could have. To say this store is top notch is the truest statement anyone can make.

I have shopped her and had a good experience. This morning, I bought a new battery for my Jeep Liberty, as the other battery was dead. Despite the pouring ran, the associate who helped me pleasantly agreed to install the battery for me, and did it quickly and graciously.

They helped me install my battery since I was physically limited. They brought out their tools and did the job for me. I bought the battery and they pulled out the old one, took it away and installed the new one for me. All for free. With smiles, gloves and masks. Thank you so very much!!

Very well stocked. They assisted in putting my windshield wipers on. Very helpful, also. Lost the power- steering fluid cap to my car and they found the right one; the installed it themselves. Great team.

WOW! Just spoke to Randy, whose zest and polite smile went right through the phone line in offering to assist my 89-yr-old Dad with changing out his car fob batteries. Now, for those of us who easily walk to and fro, and understand the nature of tech, the enthusiasm behind Well, we d sure can, we would be glad to! may not seem as mighty now, but it will eventually. And when it does, I hope we have Randy and this great shop which I have patronized for many pleasing years. Thank you so.

I really like this parts store. They are always helpful. They usually have a good selection of things that I am looking for. I also like the tool borrow program. It comes in handy when you only need a tool one time and don't want to purchase it. Just use it, and return it, no charge.

I have always had great results and the right parts at a cheaper rate than others. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I was very thankful when they came to town. Seemed like Napa was always over priced and advanced was always out of stock. This is my new automotive supplier.

The sales person I dealt with was very helpful, I will be returning. Also have been telling all friends about this store. Keep up the good work!! It is nice to know you can walk in this store and can walk out with a smile, whether they have what you need or not.

These guys consistently take care of me, as busy as they typically are, and give good advice. The other day, they went above and beyond to get my battery replaced even though it was cold and my car was a pain (45 min estimated battery change) so they could have declined by company policy.

I went in due to a huge glare on my windshield and I was about to drive home (an hour away) in the dark and all I could see was this glare. I went in and the gentleman helped me figure out which product I would work the best on the windshield. He suggested a wand and a cleaner that made cleaning the window a breeze and I immediately had no more glare and was safe to drive home in the dark. Thank you for being there to help me in my time of need. *highly recommend rain x interior cleaner and the triangle windshield cleaning wand.

The Gentleman that helped me purchase my Brake Pads for my Subaru Outback was very helpful and very pleasant to talk with. He told me he has been selling CAR PARTS FOR 40 years. I recommend this business to anyone in need of automotive parts!!

Good size store with friendly staff! A gentleman working there checked if I was finding everything ok. I actually asked him a few questions and then he walked me up to the register and rang up my purchase quickly and efficiently.

I came here to get a bolt I needed replaced the gentleman helping me went and got it and I paid for it went home to find out it wasn't even close to right size. I live about 15-20 mins away so I was alil mad but things happen. I get there and noticed the other employee was walking across the parking lot with pizza for their lunch I assume so I decided to b quick so they can eat. But the moment I walk in the same gentleman had a instant attitude and I explained the bolt was the wrong size and he said well this was all I could find with a attitude. I told him instead of giving me the wrong size he should have told me they didn't have my size but no he gave me something he knew I couldn't even use. I asked if I could look at their choices to see if I could figure something out so he hands me my options and GUESS WHAT they had the EXACT bolt I needed he just didn't look I guess. I told him I found the right size and he literally beat on the keyboard as he refunded me and rang up the new bolt. I don't understand why he needed the attitude I understood their lunch just got there or I am a woman and know cars but really?! I will no longer go here from now on I will drive another 10 mins to advance auto.

Autozone is my go to auto part store I've been shopping there so long the employees know my vehicle staff is always friendly and helpful
