Always love it here. Took my cars here a few times, always honest with every problem and told me pricing and always tried to help me out. This place is great, Josh the guy who s always there is a nice honest helpful man. They get the job done, normally mechanics take your cars for days but he did my work in one day, even though I was difficult about everything I wanted because I was limited money, he never once got mad or disrespectful, he was patient and did the job I wanted and told me his honest opinions, a really great person and a great place to take your vehicles. 10/10

Having recently moved to Morgantown from out of state 1 of our concerns was finding a good mechanic we could trust. Auto Max was recommended to me and I am so happy that they were. I have had 4 vehicles inspected and 2 of them had repairs performed there. Have a 2011 Patriot that squeeked and rattled for about 5 years. Our old mechanic was never able to get it right. After being serviced by Auto Max it now sounds like it was just driven off the showroom floor. My 99' Jeep had some work done as well and it hasn't driven this well in many years. Not only are Auto Max great mechanics- they are extremely professional, honest and friendly. Special shout out(s) to Josh and Jeremiah-you guys are the best mechanics I have come across and plan on using you for all our auto needs. You have a customer for Life!

I wanted to come on here and post a review because after my son went there, and they tried to take advantage of him really bad. I asked him why he went there and he said well. The reviews on Google were pretty good. They have to be fake.I ll talk to a lot of people around town about this and I hear stories just like I hadMy son went there for $12 inspection and after 45 minutes of going over the car they managed to come up with about $1000 worth of problems. But they said if he would pay them almost $600 to change his back brakes they would pass.I change the brakes myself for under 50 bucks in 15 minutes and I m not even a mechanic we took the car to a better place, and it passed in 15 minutes. There s nothing you can do to convince me. They weren t trying to rip them off because he was a kid.

I dropped over $3,000 to have a total new exhaust, new front fuel tank, pump and filter, as well as few other minor repairs for my 1996 F-250 and I couldn t be more pleased!!! Shane the mechanic definitely knows what he is doing. And Logan in the front knew just what to get and how to get it. I won t go anywhere else in the future for any of my auto needs. I'm an out of towner who stopped in for fuel filter change. Tried other places who charged outrageous prices. Stopped here at auto max and they were affordable, professional, honest, and quick. I recommend going here for any service, and not even trying any other place in the area!!!! Ask for Josh.

Alternator replacement. Explain to me why a business would replace with the most expensive unit on a car that is 2007 model. Doing this without giving the owner a choice. This happened to my granddaughter who is a student at WVU.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning
