Please do not shop here they sold me a damaged car and then when I took it in to be fixed they damaged it to the point it was not drivable.

This is THE BEST PLACE to get a car. We have gone twice to get our vehicle and Victor was extremely personable and helped US to get exactly what we needed both times. When the first car was wrecked within 3 months of leasing he answered the phone immediately and talked me through the process of what to do and was always available for questions until it was time to get the next vehicle. We will NEVER go through another dealership in the area and will continue to give them all our business throughout the years and so should anyone else!! 10/10 recommend.

At first I was extremely upset about the situation with my vehicle but Andy went above and beyond to make sure I had a reliable loaner car to use while mine was being repaired. I'm just a little spoiled and want what I want when I wanted it lol.Thank God these men have patience bc I was a total brat but they made sure I had a ride as soon as 1 was available! Thank u all

I bought a car from them almost 2 yrs ago. (This October). I gave a trade in as well as a 3500.00 down payment. Which brought the car from approx. $14000.00 down to around $6500.00Well.... when I FINALLY got my paperwork from Credit Acceptance it said I owed $20000.00DO WHAT???? So, I have been battling this for all this time. I sent in paperwork to Credit Acceptance that I got from CarMax. Well, how convenient they have lost all my papaerwork. Of course I could not afford to get and send copies i had done that already by fax a few times, then I had to mail in everything. Well, they say they never received it... B.S. is what I say.... now instead of car being paid off or dang near paid off they have me owing them over $20000.00I'm ready to just take the car to them drop it off and file Bankruptcy!!! Anyone else have this issue????

Fantastic Dealership!!! I went to see them in a bind without a running vehicle at all. The salesman and owner did everything they could to help me out and I was able to leave with a good running vehicle within my price range. Very professional and courteous. All the salesman seem to really want to help and went above and beyond what I was expecting. I am very happy with my experience, highly recommend and will return if need another vehicle in the future. Thank You.

This place is great... Eric went out of his way to make sure we left with the vechicle we wanted at the lowest price. They are super friendly.. They also like to help people who are just starting out.. so if you need a new ride this is the place to go...

I would give a negative 5 stars if I could! Terrible, not helpful AT ALL, had my vehicle 5 months. Had to contact BBB, for anything to be done. Worst ever experience I've EVER had in my life.

Been there 3 times cause the right front tire bounces and of course they say nothing s wrong and of the 30 day warranty ran out. The hood looks like it s gonna fly up on interstate. Went to put the wipers up and they scrap the hood. Don t buy cause they want fix anything. Got yelled at by the owner cause the car had 2 different tires on it and the back tires where bald. Companies should be held accountable for vehicles that are not fixed correctly. Am afraid to take on the interstate now. Now I will have to take the vehicle to get looked at by real mechanics. Plus I got yelled at by the mechanic on the when my friend in the back said she could fill the vibration in the back and will not ride on the interstate either til I find out what is wrong since Auto Max says I m basically a making it up.I met people who bought vehicles and said they had the same problem with this company. So disappointed and would advice customers to stay away.

Bought my Jeep Wrangler about a month ago from here. The sales rep Vic was very relatable and explained everything to me plainly and clearly. I had the vehicle checked out by a third party after buying it and they found 2 minor issues. AutoMax was happy to fix those problems free of charge as per the 30 day bumper-to-bumper warranty agreement.I didn't trade-in my old vehicle with them as they were only offering me the NADA "rough trade-in" value despite the car's above average condition and low miles. Selling it myself wasn't a big hassle though.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!! I am not going to say much but if you don't want to get ripped off stay away from these crooks. They should be ashamed of themselves. Ok I get it as is but what kind of person sells a broken car knowingly????? Trash.

The sales team is top notch! Selling quality vehicles, and going above and beyond to get you mobile. The service department is exemplary with the great mechanic team. If you want honest, and loyal in a dealership go to Automax!

DO NOT GO HERE. They charged my girlfriend over 10 thousand for a beater car! She took it there at least 6 times within the past 6 months for the same exact problems every time only for Auto Max to say nothing is wrong with the car. She just took it somewhere else and they're saying the engine was leaking and if she slammed on the brakes the car wouldn't have stopped! Only take your car here if you wanna be screwed over and possibly lose your life in the process!

Financed a ford explorer couple years ago it was took into the shop 5 times they finally say we dont know what's wrong with it never heard from them again.. car had several issues become a money pitt.. eventually I pulled in my drive way and it wouldn't move it would go into gear but would bot move.. I let them them come get it .. now credit acceptance is suing me .. kepp in mind I traded in a car that was 10 x better shape they made there money off of .. I need a bigger vehicle with 4 wheel drive loved the explorer but it was a lemon I give 2 stars only because the sales guys were so wonderful and nice

Went to by a car here they gave me all the paperwork to take to my bank to get a loan for the car mind you I had to jump the car with my own car to test drive it go there today they sold the car I got aprovid for the loan but they sold the car yesterday after I told them I wanted the car then they offered me a car out of my price range and told me if my bank approved me for that one they would give me more money for this on my wife can't drive 6 speed told them that's not what I wanted then they said we will call you if we find you something else

Horrible service center had jeep worked on left there my lug nuts weren't tighten down wrong lug nuts on my front tire horrible mechanic thank god didn't get on interstate tire fall off with my child in car

Open? Hours posted say 9am to 5pm, sign says open. 10:20am, All doors locked, no answer on phone. Junkyard looking from the outside. Wouldn't advise anyone to even bother.
