He fixed my samsung galaxy A03s today, gave me a really good price for my screen, charging port, and even put a screen protector on it! Exceptional, fast service for an amazing price! I would give 10 stars if i could.

Arthur did a fantastic job of repairing my camera, made it super easy with his easy-to-use website, did it quickly and even threw on a screen protector for nothing. Absolutely fantastic experience and would recommend him to anyone.

I dropped my iPhone XR screen-down on concrete and it messed up the screen really bad. I called Best Buy and their quote was $199.99 with waiting possibly a day, called CPR and it was $159.99, and then I called Arthur's Repair Shop and they said it would cost $100 plus tax. For a college student, $100 is a lot different from $200! Arthur fixed my screen in 20 minutes and he also fixed an issue with the vibrate on my phone. This service included a screen protector, too. I'm very grateful for Arthur's kindness, speediness, and value of service!

Honestly a part of me is glad I broke my screen. Arthur s is an amazing place that does amazing work very quick. I called around a few places before, but most wouldn t be able to do it for a couple of days. I needed my phone so I could use it for schoolwork, so I took the trek down to Arthur s. He took my phone right away, and within 20 minutes it was done and it looks phenomenal. I highly recommend this place above all others. It was a super friendly environment, super quick, and didn t burn a hole in my wallet. If I could give him more than five stars I would. So if your phone breaks, bring it to this place because it is in great hands.

Best service I have ever had at a phone repair place!! It was so quick and easy to get my phone battery replaced and the cost was 100 times better than I would expect, especially in a college town. This was especially important considering that I just moved in two weeks ago and lost a tool (my phone) I am quite dependent on. I appreciate his help and positive attitude, plus the fact that he went the extra mile of telling me to just bring the phone back if anything was wrong. Love this place and will be coming back for my repair needs!!

Highly recommend coming here no matter what issues you re having with your device!! It is the most affordable high quality phone repair you will find. Arthur is so kind and attentive and he did an amazing job fixing my phone camera. 10/10 I will definitely be going back if I need anything else or a new screen protector!!!

Arthur moved from the place on High St. near the Morgan Hotel. But he's still doing the same great work. He dropped a new battery into my old iPhone and added a newer screen cover too, all in 15-20 minutes. I used him for laptop troubleshooting too and he was great. I'll be back anytime I have an electronics problem.

Best customer service I've received at any electronics repair shop. When my Windows laptop malfunctioned, Arthur fixed it the same day for an affordable price. Highly recommended.

My mother bought me an Iphone for my birthday and I cracked the screen and the camera lenses. I found this store and I m amazed with the splendid condition of how my phone looks now. Great Store, and I suggest anyone to check out this store of any electronic device upgrade! /:

Needed glass replace on iPhone 11R, did an incredible job, in less than 20 minutes. Arthur was $30.00 less than the other 2 places that I called. Definitely Recommend and Will Be a Repeat Customer!

Can't say enough good things about MyRadio Network - I asked Arthur if he could fix an old iPhone screen and he happily helped. Turnaround was quick and he's amazing to work with. Will happily recommend to anyone!

I waited two months before reviewing so I could give a fair rating, and I'm glad say I give a 100%. They guy who runs the business is not only knowledgeable and prompt when it comes to service, but pleasant and genuine. Replaced my s8 plus LCD display at a rate that no other repair shop could even touch. Thanks for the help, and if anyone is wondering where to go this is the spot.

Very quick, efficient, and affordable....a rarity in the Morgantown area. Excellent customer service, without the worry of having Big Box retailer rip you off. They will give you an honest appraisal and get your computer or iPhone back to you in short order. If you have an issue make sure and check these guys out.

Monday morning, I dumped a mostly full cup of coffee into my MacBook Pro. It was fried, and I definitely thought that I was going to be buying a new computer after this incident, but I brought it in here as a last effort. Today is Wednesday and I just picked it up and you would never know anything happened. I highly recommend these guys for any of your tech needs. They do great work & I will definitely be spreading the word!

I've been to My Radio on several occasions. My experience has always been positive. Quick repairs, good customer service. They will offer advice but not try to push you into a decision. I've referred others there and they have had the same experience.

Quick and excellent service. Every time I have been here it has been in and out in 15 minutes with a perfectly working phone. The one time I went somewhere else, it was 50$ more expensive and they took hours! Would highly recommend, and would never go anywhere else for electronic repair!

They were really friendly and humorous. Great service, they fixed my mouse for free just because I bought some headphones. I'd recommend this place to anyone that needs any electronic repairs or issues fixed, and I'm definitely going to go back in the future.

THIS is where you go! Arthur is a reputable standup business man. He can keep the computer talk simple so you understand what he's talking about or he can tell you how to build it. Best of all you can bring your phone in (check with him first) and he will replace your broken screen while you wait. He's pretty swift at it. He replaced my hard drive and saved all my data from the crashed one I had. This is where you go.
