Allen's is the Only place I'll take my vehicles from now on. Hes a great mechanic. Hes honest and very efficient. Heather keeps you up to date on the progress and cost. They will do no extra things without your approval, so theres no surprise bill when you pick up your vehicle. They will even give you a ride to and from your car while they're doing work on it. They're great people. Thank you Heather and Allen for taking great care of my mother during her recent visit. You guys are the best :)

I chose Allen's because of all the reviews on Google. Good service indeed. He offers ride if you need. The repair was quicker than I anticipated. While we're on the way to his shop to pick up my car, he suddenly realized that he forgot one procedure. He was very honest about it and dropped me back to my office. I don't care about people forgetting things. We all do. But I really appreciated his honesty and frank. Since I wouldn't know the 4-wheel alignment hasn't been done. Trust is the cornerstone of a good business and from what I've experienced so far, they have my trust.

Great service and even better people. If you want a honest mechanic this is the place to go. Very reasonable pricing. I actually bought a car off of them and it was the best experience I ve ever had buying a car. Heather was so unbelievably nice and Helpful. So happy i found a shop i will always trust bringing my car too.

They did an amazing job on my car! All custom parts were replaced exactly the way I wanted them! I won t go anywhere else! Allen and his daughter, Heather are pleasant and had great communication, the entire time my car was at their shop!

Great work! I would highly recommend taking your car here for any auto body work. Allen is very nice professional in all aspects. Had my car finished a few days earlier than estimated. Prices were very reasonable also.

Simply outstanding service. I work from home and only have one car. I dropped it off for my appointment and the manager insisted on giving me a ride back to my house. They called me once they found the leak and gave me options on how to fix it. The owner himself picked me up when the car was ready and was extremely courteous and professional. While I was paying my bill, which was extremely affordable, I overheard the owner speaking to a staff member about another customer that day and the owner's only concern was, "Did they leave with a smile on their face?" This is a business that genuinely cares about its reputation and its customers. I would recommend them to anyone and will return to them for all my automotive needs.

Allen has worked on our cars for over 10 years. He has a FABULOUS reputation. People come from all over because they know his work. Fair. Honest. Knowledgeable. Timely. Moral. You wont regret your decision.

Not only did my car look good as new, Allen's customer service is top notch!! I could not have asked for a better experience while getting my car's body damage repaired. They are a family business that actually cares about their customers! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Always great service! I recently took my car in after an accident. They arranged for a tow truck to pick my car up and made the whole process so easy for me. In addition to how easy they made it, the work they did was phenomenal! My car was running better than before the accident!

I had my bumper damaged and went to Allen's. First he said replacing the whole bumper would cost $300. I saw the price in his PC and he was not lying. I said my financial status would not afford that and he thought of alternative that would be cheaper and I accepted that. He used plastic patch to repair my bumper's damage though it was not aesthetically good, but I didn't care as it was the least expensive repair I could get. Allen was modest, gentle and courteous. He gave me ride back when I brought my car for repair.

The driver side window of my car malfunctioned. I first took it to Freedom Ford in Sabraton. They charged $120 and the repair didn't last a single day. I took it back and they gave me attitude, and recommended replacing the entire door at cost of $1500. Worst service ever, waste my time and take my money, and they didn't even diagnose the problem correctly.I next took it to Glass Technology on 1307 Blue Horizon. They diagnosed the problem: two broken welds in the window guide track. But, they refused to work on it because it is a hybrid car and they have this irrational fear of hybrids. One guy at the shop even said some nonsense about how hybrid battery costs make their owners fools in thinking they are saving money. Again, got charged $50 and no fix. They knew ahead of time it was a hybrid and didn't warn of any hang ups they had. But, at least they properly diagnosed the problem and didn't make it out to be a bent frame like FreedomFord which is trying to grab business for their new body location.Called Center Service Auto Body on green bag road. The owner had a bad attitude and hung up on me.Called Allen. He got back to me right away, was pretty respectful and he listened to my story. He has owner two hybrids and so he isn't afraid of them. After an initial diagnosis, he told me I could stop by anytime, no appointment needed. I stopped by the next week. Took the door apart, confirmed that it was two broken welds in the guide track, welded the guide track back into place himself. Also recycled my motor oil and helped me remove a freewheel from a bicycle wheel. All around a great guy who does a genuinely good job and who really helps out the customer. Cost $160 for the repair which I happily paid.

My daughter graduated May 2018 and had the Toyota at school for 4 years. It was in a state of such disrepair that I was considering totaling it. After an extensive phone search, reached Allen's and had an honest estimate done. They not only repaired it in full, but completed it within 5 days so she could return home to MA on time. Only garage in Morgantown I would strongly recommend.

After a slight mishap with a cement block, the front bumper on my Honda Civic pulled away from the car's body and would not return. A local Honda dealer's service department told me that I needed a new bumper. I called Allen to get an estimate. He gave me a ballpark guess and suggested I bring the car in to be sure there wasn't other lurking problems. 25 minutes later the car was on his lift and 50 minutes later the "unrepairable bumper" was magically reaffixed the car's frame. The service charge was more than fair. If any of my cars need body work in the future, Allen's will be my first call. They also do maintenance and repairs. A quality shop!

I Was in an accident from the snow and had my 05 honda civic towed to allen. Hes a very respectful man along with his staff. Super friendly and did a great job fixing my car! Was very helpful with prices and payments. If theres any car shop here that i would trust or take my car to, its him. Very trustworthy

The owner of Alien's Auto Body is an incredibly, incredibly nice man. Add to that, his knowledge and expertise are beyond compare. He is the BEST around! I highly recommend Allen's Auto Body! I picked up my car today and dropped off our 2nd car for him to do a few minor repairs. I also grabbed a handful of business cards which I will give to anyone I know, that needs body repair, maintenence and/or detailing. He is above compare! I have two sons that work in car sales and I want them to refer anyone that needs a repair to go and see Allen.

I was hit from behind and needed body work to my back door. This shop got everything ready (parts/painting) before I dropped off my car. I'm a single mom and I need my vehicle so their planning and executing of my car repair so I wouldn't be days without it, was appreciated. They even brought my car to my work because I was having trouble getting to the shop to pick it up. They truly care about their customers and they have my future business. I give this place 5 plus stars.

They were so kind, super fast and did a great job on my car. Had a scratch on a brand new vehicle so I was nervous but they did awesome work. I'll be back in the future (but I hope I have no more scratches!)

Halfway home from a trip and the truck has a front wheel bearing problem! We were so lucky to find Allen s Auto Body! They got the part needed, did the repair and sent us on our way within a couple hours, while we had ice cream at the shop almost next door. Wish they were closer to home!

. This place is going to be the first place that I will go to when I have any problem with my Jeep Wrangler in future, great service , fair price. They have also got me a handle for my jeep roof that even jeep dealers in Morgantown could not get.

Owner and staff are very knowledgeable on vehicles and diagnosis of problems. The owner is genuine and extremely professional. This is your homegrown feel service, and the staff makes you feel welcome and makes you want to come back. Everything is very cut and dry and they get right to the point.

Customer Service above and beyond expectations. Honesty is a rarity in this service industry, they don't charge extra/hidden fees or for items the repair doesn't actually need unlike most of the other shops I have used. Skip the closest option and go a little out of your way, you will be thankful you did.

They are patient with my explanations, thoughts, and questions. My car is taken in right away and I feel respected even when I start asking them about what they're doing or what condition my car is in. I trust Allen to tell me what's necessary vs optional.

Very efficient and concerned about your cars needs. Does inspections and will order any part needed quickly so that your are not long detained from use of vehicle.

Took my car there when the was on the mile ground great service answer any questions you have, wish the did alil better with the clean up still had glass in the door panels an floor boards the but over the put a windshield and from pass side window in no leaks even 3 years later diffentley take my car back there
