Just stopped at this location for a diagnostic check and Angelo was very helpful in assisting me. He also knew exactly where the watermelon air freshener was and convinced me to try it.

I stopped in because my battery light came on. Lee was able to diagnose my issues, helped me get a new battery, and gave me great advice to take to a mechanic. Great service!

The employees here are always super helpful. Prices for items off the shelf are a little pricier compared to other stores, but not insanely overpriced. Will definitely be using this store as my go-to.Edit: the parts I've gotten for my cars (specific parts) have always been better than other places. It was some of general items in the aisles that were a smidge higher in price compared to a big box store. But I will gladly pay the slight premium.

Ordered online was ready when i got there. Advanced auto usually has the parts i need for my vehicles when i need it which is one of the reason i gave it 5 stars. Another reason i gave it 5 stars is the simplicity of finding, ordering and paying online for your part to picking it up within the hour. This is very much needed in my household since we fix and maintain all 4 of the vehicles ourselves.

I put so many reviews out there. I'm trying to think of the proper words to describe how wonderful this Advance is. I stopped by there today out of necessity my car was really giving me issues. The manager there, Lee, went so far above the call of duty and trying to help me. He did not work on my car but he did everything humanly possible to help me. I would suggest that people go out of their way to visit this particular Advance Auto Parts. I have never received such wonderful customer service. Thank you so much Lee.

We went with our son's car not holding a battery charge, so we thought. The young man changed our battery and we got no start. He seemed in a hurry to say I can jump it and you can be on your way! I know they're not a garage but we felt rushed for the first time of many visits to Advance. I would still recommend them.

Yesterday I came to your store located in Morgantown. I had to return my old starter to receive my core charge, and replace my windshield wipers. I encountered an employee named Lee. This man was incredibly kind and helpful. He helped me choose the wiper blades, then showed me how to replace them. He was patient with me and was not once condescending when I asked questions. I just appreciated it so much. Thanks Lee!!

When I walked in the door I was greeted, made me feel welcome. Travis George helped me get all the things I needed in no time flat. Knew what parts I needed even when I didn't. He knows his stuff and has great customer service. Advance is lucky to have such a valued employee.Thank you Travis from store # 07260

Leaving this because I went to take back brake pads had recite yet denied them due too them having surface rust on them didn't know alittle rust hurt pads or they wasn't ment to get wet.. imagine that

I m not sure who runs this place, but if you ever treat Ron badly, bad things will happen. Ron is exceptionally upbeat, knowledgeable and helpful. I came here to get a battery tested and he ended up fixing that and another related issue. It s like going and talking to your dad to troubleshoot your car.Take care of Ron, he is definitely taking care of you.

I don't typically get to stop here when I have plenty of time. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable, which gets me in and out in a hurry. My last battery replacement took less than 15 minutes from the time I walked in the door to the time I drove off.

She took the extra minute to verify I rec'd the same parts I ordered online just to be safe. It's much appreciated as nothing sucks more than multiple repeat visits due to getting the wrong items ...especially when the weather's nice for turning wrenches.

Great staff.... great prices on about half if what you need other half is pretty high. Best part is auto zone is right there and the high parts are cheaper there... make 2 stops and save a ton of money but make sure to stop here first..... the staff in nowhere near as good at the Zone......
