Hello, I had the General and my husband had progressive. We went to State Farm in Moorefield,wv. Bre assisted us and it was super customer service. We saved over a 100$ dollar a month and now have all the coverage we need on two vehicles and our home. I would recommend them to anyone. I am so happy to be at a local office with friendly people.

This shout out is for Kim Nesslerodt s dedication, assistance, and perseverance with our recent total loss of a truck. This seamless process could have been handled in the office, if we were provided with that option, thus avoiding the extended time. However, Kim was relentless and determined to have our claim settled in a timely manner. Please contact her at State Farm for your insurance needs.

Judy Ball's State Farm office in Moorefield WV is one of the best insurance office's I have ever dealt with. They are always so helpful and they know their customers by name. The staff knows just what they are doing to get you the best value for your money. I recommend this office to anybody and everybody. They not only know their auto insurance but their life insurance as well. Honestly, there is not another State Farm insurance office as knowledgeable and helpful as this one. I have been with them since 1993 and would never change. I listen to other people complain about their (State Farm) insurance company and all I can tell them is NOT mine. They are the best!! Judy Ball you and your office staff ROCK the insurance world. Many thanks!!

Well, unfortunately, they were little help. Didn't reply but for a letter. Which 5 days later haven't received.Fortunately, there are many companies happy to insure.. bad taste left in my mouth.

I called Judy s office I spoke to Bree about looking for new insurance. She worked with me and had the quote together quickly. I honestly am glad I made the switch to State Farm. Knowing if I have any questions, they have the answers. Very polite, and knowledgeable as well! Highly recommend! :)

I cannot say enough about Judy Ball and her incredible staff. I moved to West Virginia 16 years ago and could not find insurance. Judy Ball stepped up to the plate and not only got me homeowners insurance, but automotive, A jewelry rider and hospital reimbursement. In those 16 years she has taken better care of me than any other insurance company I ve had in my lifetime. She is responsive, incredibly knowledgeable and always looks out for the best deal.Her office staff are also incredibly responsive, nice and get back with me within minutes if I have to leave a message. Anyone that needs insurance I can tell you State Farm is cheaper than any other insurance company in Hardy County. You will not be disappointed.

They don't explain everything thoroughly. Got a bill of over $1,300 and they said it was because I owed them for 3 months. How would I even have insurance if you let it go by one month and they will threaten to cut your insurance. Not worth it especially when I told them "well I guess I better be looking for another agency" the agents reply was "Okay" so I left. Not worth the run around and price spikes. 10 years with this agent and now they do this it's sad how downhill the customer service has gone.

My husband and I have been with State Farm in Moorefield since we got our license. They are the absolute best! Judy & Kim treat us like family and always greet us with a smile! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

When I moved I had a lot of problems getting any response from insurance companies when needed for closing. Judy took care of everything in one day. Since then, I've moved other insurance accounts to SF and am saving money and getting MUCH better service. Really liking that staff is just bonus (Beth D. rocks).

After I hit a deer, Judy Ball and her staff "went to bat for me" and made sure the damage was completely covered by my policy. They were EXTREMELY reponsive. I am very grateful to them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for all your insurance needs.
