I'm so glad that everything runs smoothly with having propane delivered. We were getting quite low on propane, and in less than 24 hours from having contacted Blue Ridge, someone was here to deliver propane! I'm so thankful for this and their great and prompt customer service all around!

Allen and Stephanie (Old Fields Office) has been the most polite people i have dealtwith an it shows they love doing their job and working with customers. Always courteous and has never mademe feel like i was a bother to themwhen calling. This means a lot to me Thank you

Somehow was removed from automatic fill, discovered I was totally empty! Called the 800 number and immediately was connected to my local delivery company. The tank was filled immediately, gas leak check fee was waived, solutions were offered for automatic refill and level budgeting. Problem solved promptly and professionally. Office staff Steffanie was so kind and the two men who did the check and re-start were quick and were attentive to my issues.and

When I say AWESOME!! I mean AWESOME!! I spoke with Stephanie. She walked me through all the steps that I needed as far as getting my propane tank filled. I'm glad to be play part of the Blue Ridge Family.

We are new customers of this company and have been extremely happy with our interface with all of the people we have dealt with. We moved out into the country and had to get propane service for the first time. I went to all three of the prominent propane companies in the area and was impressed with the friendliness of the people here, their prices are cheaper than any in the area. When it came to service the office people were helpful with answering questions and getting our delivery set up. The day our delivery was schedule the guys actually showed up much earlier than expected and had service connected before our originally set delivery time. The tank they delivered had enough propane left in it for a couple of weeks but they said they d be back in a week with a delivery and they were. My wife and I would highly recommend checking out this company if you need propane service.

My husband and I were excited about the low rates of Blue Ridge Propane. We opened an account and when it came time to place the tank, no one would return our calls. We have been calling and leaving messages for over a month and a half and visited the office which seems to always be closed, and now we have no tank and no propane. I have never had such a poor customer service experience.

Blue Ridge Propane has provided me with EXCEPTIONAL service since I began my new business relationship with them in mid-October 2020. Stephanie, the Office Manager, has consistently been helpful, informative, responsive, polite, and professional. She has always been there whenever I have needed her assistance. I have been using and have owned my 500 gallon in-ground propane tank since 2013. Scott delivered my first propane fill-up today, October 26th with Blue Ridge Propane. Scott was very professional and thorough in leak-testing my existing propane system, consisting of two propane furnaces and one propane water heater located in two separate building structures. Scott also was attentive obtaining the make/model/etc. information of all the appliances I have using propane. Their exceptional customer service coupled with their exceptional propane pricing will keep me as a life-time customer!

When this place setup shop here in Moorfield it was the best thing going and nobody could even come close to their prices. Not only did I sign up but referred more then 5 other people to switch over with them.Now they have been bought out and the service is an absolute nightmare if you can get ahold of them at all.Don t Matter if you have a zero balance they always find a way to charge you for something and won t even think about filling your tank til you pay it.This will be my last go around with these people and I will never recommend them to anyone

UPG has terrible customer service and an even more horrible online customer account interface . If you want ease making payments and ordering propane delivery go with a different company.

my tank set wasn't scheduled till tues.oct. 20th . butt Matt Wolfe got it set for me Friday oct. 16 th .and Scotty the other young gentleman filled it for me first thing this morning Monday oct.19th .I am very pleased with the tank set it looks very good and it's where my wife wanted it .Thanks for the quick response and speedy service this is what your company needs to stay successful and with these two young men both doing their part and your fuel prices being what they are your company will do very well.Thank You very much,Mr. and Mrs.Erin Hardy

At first they answer the calls and we scheduled the tank but the week before no one would answer. I called and left several messages and no one returned the call. Don t waste your time with this joke of a gas company.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, I called twice last week not leaving multiple calls and still have not heard back. Soon as winter is over definitely changing to HOLTZMAN/......
