Pifer s service is always willing to help Shane is always a huge help when we need tractors moved he always goes the extra mile and is fun to have around and Joe is always willing to have Shane help

I can t give enough thanks and appreciation to Shane and Hunter for their quick response and sensitivity to our needs. We are from Ohio and had vehicle issues just off the freeway. They were a great help to our situation and getting us to a repair shop in time to get our truck repaired and back on the road before the shop closed. Couldn t ask for better guys to help us and make us feel comfortable with a bad situation.

Needed my first tow on 12-30-2024 and thanks to Shane Scritchfield it went smoothly. Showed up promptly, delivered to location I needed it to be delivered with no problem. He was very kind to my husband and I , we appreciated his professionalism . I would definitely call Pifers Towing and Recovery again.

Awesome Service Center!!! Towed us from a rest stop, replaced our battery and got us back on the road quickly. Saved our trip to Hilton Head...Exceptional customer service from every member of the staff. If we lived anywhere near Mineral Wells, WV, Pifer's would be our go to service center!!! My son was in an accident and Pifers came to tow the damaged car away. They walked me through everything and made sure we were aware every step of the way. They made us feel very comfortable.

While getting gas at the service station we locked our keys in the car along with our wallets and phones! Shane was so helpful!! He came right out and opened the door with some kind of balloon thing and was so friendly. We were right back on the road in no time. Shane s a great guy!!

Pifers absolutely hands down crooks and obviously can t tow their own weight. Needed two trucks to get a 500 pound four wheeler out of a little creek was only in site 2 hrs and now wants 1300 dollars to pick it up they must know someone who needs a atv cause this isn t the first time they just took someone s stuff not to mention the office manager is the worst and unprofessional women I ve ever talked too.

It was our lucky day when our tire had a blowout one mile away from Pifer s service and towing. The team towed our car, drove an hour to pick up a new tire for us and quickly changed it . All done with courtesy, friendliness and a comfortable , clean waiting room. Our thanks to the entire team for their excellent customer service!Services: Car towing, Auto tire replacement

Shane and Hunter came to the rescued and towed my son from a late night scary accident with a deer. The truck got there so quickly and he even helped me secure a discount hotel for my son who was pretty shaken up. Excellent service and kind and decent people. Highly recommend!

We broke down just south of Parkersburg when a quick google search we came across pifers for heavy truck repair after a quick phone call pifers dispatched a mechanic I believe his name was Ernie sorry if I m wrong but I believe that was his name he literally spent 5 mins and had our truck up and running like a top and on our way in all less then 2 hours from break down and back on the road we can t thank pifers and Ernie for everything they did 5 stars only because we can t give them 6!!

Overcharged insurance company. Didn't take car to repair shop when requested, both the day of the request and then the next day as well. Initially refused me entrance to the lot to allow me to get personal items out of car.

What a life saver Shane is! Traveling out of town & was stranded on the interstate with a flat tire! He was there very quickly, towed me to a tire shop & waited to make sure they had what I needed before leaving! I can't thank you enough for the kindness & professionalism you showed! Our daughter and her boyfriend hit a deer late at night on a dark section of the highway near the Ohio border. Not only did Pifer's tow the car but they dropped the kids off at a nearby hotel and arranged for them to stay until we could make the five hour drive to pick them up. Shane and the rest of the folks at Pifer's were extremely helpful and made the best of a bad situation. I can't thank them or recommend them enough!Service: Car towing

Our car broke down on I-77 a few miles from the Mineral Wells exit and we had it towed to Pifers late at night. The next morning they got started on it and were able to get me back on the road that day. Greatly appreciate their assistance and highly recommend them.

Has the correct equipment to service/tow pretty much anything safely and correctly and apparently the training to back that up. I see a few reviews stating too expensive? My vehicle condition and safety from damage is important to me, and maybe not a priority to others. I do not understand that, but some people are just that way. I have seen and used others with sub standard but cheaper equipment (old and out of date!) and not happy with the results several times. A few dollars is worth getting the best. Service is above and beyond and at a reasonable cost! If not under a factory warranty this is your destination for everything. I trust both towing and service here with all of my vehicles implicitly!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Car towing, Brakes, Tire change, Oil change

I m so very grateful for this business. I m in Georgia and my wife and mother in law left Vienna WV traveling to Georgia when they encountered some trouble with tires. I made a call and they agreed to check it out for my wife. They made sure they didn t have to wait long. They checked everything out and took care of everything in an amazing way! I was so concerned having to call someone we didn t know. The staff was awesome! I pray many blessings on this business and everyone employed there!Service: Tires
