Communication with their body shop doesn't exist. I sent in a couple emails with pictures of my truck and they never followed up. I left a few voice messages and they don't return my calls. If you don't want the business that's fine, just let somebody know. A very unprofessional shop. Glad I found out now.

This was bad experience for me, they charged me $3100 for radiator on Cascadia 2017 and after 100 miles coolant leak Ac leaks due to bad repair. Communication -zero stars.

Place is great and speed was good. We must of caught them in decent time. Got problem worked on and back on the road same day. The mechanic even spotted a second issue and delt with it on the spot. Thank you guys.

The shop crew and office were extremely helpful and got my truck fixed and on my way. Thank You guys.

My Truck got engine lights with a flashing DEF lights and get derate to 5mph, it was 4 days in this shop and they told me that they fixed. It was the next day when my Truck get all the engine lights, flashing DEF light and derate in to 5 mph again.It was a very pain full when you pay with nothing.

not only that they fixed my truck in one afternoon they slso didnt charge me arm and leg fo it plus they provide courtesy shuttle from the shop to hotel easy 5 stars thank you

This Place I'm sure is Great but They r TO Busy and Overwhelmed with Business to care about litte guys and passing byers. All Truck Service centers should have a Express Lane or a Check Station. When u have to wait 2-3 hrs just so they can "Look" at ur issue. Well it could been fix in 10mins. I'm just saying.. It must Be NICE TO BE IN BUSINESS AND NOT CARE ABOUT UR CUSTOMERS TO THE POINT WHERE U TURN PEOPLE AWAY DUE TO THESE SMALLER ISSUES.. My Time is just Important as Urs!!

THIS COMPANY DESERVES NOT EVEN HALF A STAR!!!! Company personnel has NO CLUE what they are doing!!! One employee told me my truck will be done in 30 min...2 hours ago....another told me that they are just waiting on payment.....and then another said oh we just pulled it in!! They dont know how to treat their customers and get vehicles out in a timely manner. I'm a company driver and the longer I sit here the less I get paid. If you need your truck worked on DO NOT COME HERE!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

I had a trk go down 75 miles south of Beckley. Called dealership, got a very politive response, and offer to see truck same day. Had truck towed in, they diagnosed and made sure parts were on hand. By noon next day truck was fixed and rolling. Doesnt get any better. Thanks for great service.Robert Kreglow service writer CLETRANSPORTATION.

On a monday i took truck to them because of blown turbo, i was told they could start on it wednesday. Thursday afternoon they still had not gotten to it. Finally on friday they started working on it and only then did they order turbo. Turbo didnt come in until wednesday at 1030am and i was charged for a new turbo but they had made the mistake of leaving the box and order form where i could seethat it was a remanufactored turbo(which is fraud) if they did this too me how many others did they do this too. So afer being down for 9 days and fraudelantly charged im looking to take legal action.

Had a fully loaded motorhome, beginning a 15-hour trip south and experienced engine light problems. Stopped off here and they were kind enough to check it out for us and get us back on our way in a quick and friendly hurry. Kudos to Matheny's, and the two employees who checked out our rig. They will be on our list for whenever we need work done.

I bought a 2013 5130 from these people. Not as advertised. I have spent thousands of dollars getting it to where they said it was. To date they have never tried to make it right with me. Emailed the owner talked to sales manager. No call back

Lots of parts in stock. But next day for most parts, not in stock. Right next door to McDonald's all day breakfast for a quick bite, also right down the street from a Truck stop, it's small to but parking and fuel if needed.

Horrible experience, would not listen to any of my issues about my truck. If you lease your truck do not take your truck here. They well not work on your behalf to fix your truck.

Awesome folks here. Went in with a leaking coolant hose and they quickly repaired it and got me back on the road.
