Everything was great, from start to finish. Mike and Ron took care of me to get Suzuki DR650. They even did adjustment on motorbike to match my height (short,lol). Definitely will be back next time for all my adventure need

Love the new store. Also, a little closer for me so that's a plus. Update: If you want something, figure it out and order it. Most items on floor are sold. Staff is always friendly everytime I stop in. Thanks Mike for the great customer service with my new Ranger 570

Purchased a pioneer 700-4 and everything went great. These are very hard to find and Josh was great to work with. I had them add a roof, winch, and windshield. He called me when it was ready and I told him I'd be there first thing the next morning. They had everything ready for me to sign, went over the machine with me, and I was back on the road in about 45 minutes. I'd recommend them to anyone!

L&B was recommended to me by a friend and I decided to try them since my old dealer was not very responsive when I needed repairs or service to one of my 4 Yamaha's. L&B took my 1995 Grizzely 400 in and diagnosed the issue and had it ready in a day. The Service staff and mechanics were great and I now have a new source for maintaining my ATV's.

The employees are really knowledgeable about their inventory and are more than willing to help you find the atv that best suits your needs. I also was able to get the part for my bike that I couldn't seem to find anywhere else because one of the salesmen searches high and low to get it for me.

These guys were great my dad and I bought a 1992 CB750 Nighthawk that had been setting for 15 years and a finished climate controlled basement the original owner bought it brand new road at 20,000 miles and parked it where it's set for 15 years this bike was a True Unicorn 100% Survivor after talking to the service manager he explained that they could come over pick the bike up do an assessment on the whole bike and call us back so he did that after new tires brakes new chain all four carburetors rebuilt new spark plugs a complete service and literally turn this bike into a masterpiece I cannot tell you enough these guys specialize in older bikes because nobody else wants to touch them anything older than 10 years forget about it shops don't want to touch them with a 10-ft pole the service manager was eager to jump in and make my dream a reality after getting the bike back I put around a thousand miles on the bike to make sure it was going to be sound before I put any more money into it after deciding that this bike was a keeper we sent it back down for the second time for another engine flush with new oil and filter another set of new spark plugs adjusted brakes chain went through the whole nine yards checking it over again we ended up putting another new battery in it because the old one was leaking acid out the Overflow for some reason so after we put another new battery in there and literally spent 100 man hours detailing the bike it now looks like it left the showroom floor and runs like a champ special thanks to the guys in the service department and the guys in the parts department because I told them I wanted a heavy duty chain and they came through perfectly the chain is actually super heavy duty and used in drag racing does not come with the standard type master link but instead the Press fit brass buttons which is 900 times better than stock so I just want you to know if you're looking to get your older bike redone or your brand new bike service they got you covered wheel the wheel I just wanted to say thank you for turning our dreams and to Rolling art from the early 90s thanks again from Little Rocky and Rocky SR !

Went to Lemon and Barrett s and got a new sticker on my wolverine x2. Talking to Mike Yocum great salesman. End up trading for a new 2022 Polaris General xp1000 with Ride Command. Mike was great to work with and very knowledgeable. No high pressure sales pitch. Great people at this business. I would recommend this dealer and Mike the salesman, I gave a 5 star. Dealership ship is clean and new. Thanks again to Mike and Lemon and Barrett s on my purchase, 100% satisfied

Spent $ 1500 having a 400ex engine rebuilt. Was never right. Took it back had it for months put on a new jug. No charge. Took it home throwing oil everywhere. Called them, they told me to bring it back. Weeks went buy they quoted me 1500 to fix it. Wouldn't take a bicycle to them. Forgot to mention they threw away my brand new uni filter. Charged me for a a new filter..

Service was very friendly and helpful. Helped make my son's Christmas since covid sent our online order back. Only issue was I had a foot peg already snap due to a bad manufacturing weld and had to tighten the muffler bracket. All in all I would recommend Lemon and Barrett's to everyone.

On April 10th I purchased my son his first a70cc 4 wheelers which should have been a great day but it wasn t. They didn t have any youth size tee shirts for his free shirt so instead they gave him and adult large, they assembled it there and with in 3 hours of riding the tie rod popped off luckily he wasn t hurt. When I went to get it serviced they acted like it was my fault it happened even thought we didn t even have it for 24hrs instead of trying to make it right they told me to go to tractor supply and buy a castle nut and pin. If i could give them a zero I would I won t be returning.

May 2018 - Just one experience to reference, but these guys went above and beyond in the service department. Yesterday, I was 600 miles from home riding a Yamaha that was misfiring, high-idling and occasionally killing altogether. I showed up at their door 9 am on Monday, and by 10:15 they had diagnosed the issue (ignition coil problem when engine at high temp.) They looked across state network to see if another dealer had replacement coil. Gave me options for getting part there overnight and fix it next day to get me home. No charge for diagnostic work they did. These guys had me -- stranded with motorcycle. They could have taken opportunity to "fix" a bunch of things that were not broken. I would not have known any better. There was no/little chance I'd be back with bike to complain a week later. Yet they gave me honest advice and had me out the door in 1.5 hours. Service manager "Matt" -- thank you for your help yesterday. I was able to nurse the bike home without incident yesterday. IMO -- that kind of service department experience speaks volumes about type of company these people have.

Very helpful staff knowledgeable and not at all pushing you to buy and willing to go that little extra to make sure people are happy. Great experience. I would definitely recommend this place.

Purchased a new Sportsman 500. Fantastic customer service experience. Felt welcome from all those I spoke with. Cody was very helpful while waiting. Mike was fantastic right down to loading my new sportsman into the bed of my truck. I very much appreciate there help!!!

These guys are absolutely amazing!!! Not only did they go above and beyond for me, but they also made me feel welcome. We all stood around and talked and laughed and it felt like I knew them for years and it was my first time there. I live an hour and a half away and they made sure everything was ready and I was in and out in no time. They also loaded it and strapped it down for me because my husband had to work and well, I m not great with backing a trailer nor do I trust myself to strap it down haha. I ve also been to every Polaris dealer in the Ohio valley and surrounding areas and they were the first ones who talked about actually owning RZRa and riding them and have years of experience and knowledge about them! We will definitely be back, whether it will be for sales or service! Thanks again guys!!!

Horrible, take my bike there to get fixed, and it comes back with scratches and scuffs all around my water pump, and also my clutch won't hardly engage and when it does, it doesn't want to disengage. My clutch worked perfectly fine before I took it there. Then they offer to look at it again. Not that stupid. Good luck to anyone who deals with them.

We found an aluminum skid plate on Amazon for our 2016 Honda Pioneer (which we also bought from them) and we called L&B's to check their price, and they MATCHED Amazon's, so we purchased the part from them..it's always good to buy local.A few days ago we purchased a standard full windshield from them, no scratch-resistance, etc. I had put it on with my wife, and when we got it outside in the sun, the windshield was really scratched up. When we had found a Honda Roof on Amazon, called them again, and Allen beat the price by $10, and talked to him about the windshield. Not only did he fix the windshield issue he went above and beyond, giving us a better windshield and taking care of the issues we had....great customer service!Edit: Our Pioneer needed the 600 mile service, and we were going riding that weekend and got us worked in so we could go! The mechanic is a really good guy, and has always been really helpful. We took our bike to a place on Colgate in Marietta who completely screwed up our motorcycle, so we took it to L&B's, they fixed it and we haven't had any problems since!

I was on my way to Florida when the front brake of my KTM started to feel mushy to the point it was getting dangerous. A quick call to Lemon and Barretts Powersports confirmed that they were able to squeeze me in on short notice. Travis and his team had me back on the road in no time and charged me a very fair price. Thank you Lemon and Barretts Powersports for an excellent service to a transient customer!

I just wanted to say Thank You! That s to the whole team at Lemon and Barrett s, as they made the sales process an ease. We bought Yamaha Raptors for our kids this past Christmas and they found exactly what we wanted. These guys are for real, wait til you see the new building where they bring it all together under one roof. Shop local, no reason not to with Lemon and Barrett s here.
