Dropped of Sat. for alignment. They were working me in so no apt. time. Upon pickup steering wheel crooked, they fixed that before I left. Had to drive to Columbus right after to pick up camper. On way back rear dual tire came off. When contacted on Saturday it was all apologies and we'll fix it. Drop off Tuesday and all the sudden it's not there problem. These are the types of things that get you black balled out of a community. That tire coold have killed someone. It had been on there over 8 months before my visit to your establishment.

Great shop to work with. They ve installed multiple lifts and sets of tires for me and I ve never had any issues. Great prices and quality work. Highly recommend!

Outstanding customer service, top notch quality, affordable price! Had an appointment at 2:00 for an alignment, dropped it off when they opened and they called me not even an hour later and said it was ready!! I couldn't believe how fast it was done. It was done by 9:00 am, and my appointment wasn't even until 2:00 pm. Unbelievable. Highly recommend Galen for your automotive needs!!

I've been a customer for years, with different issues with my ride over the years. I've been treated fairly, service is fast and the prices are reasonable. Galen's are great people. They really have helped me so much with any problem I have had with the car. I ALWAYS take my car in for oil chnges, inspections and today almost a flat tire. I am thrilled they are in our neughborhood.THANKS GUYSJane Duckworth

This shop is an awesome business. They get my car in, fix it right the first time & don't try to rip me off with a huge bill. I've been using them for over 3 years now. Keep up the great work!

Great place to take your vehicle. Honest and trustworthy people who go out of their way to help you with your vehicle problem/s. Work done in a very timely manner and cost per hour is very acceptable. Would recommend Galen's to all! Ps...have taken three different vehicles there, all a few times and work was done to our satisfaction.

I sent my vehicle in to get front brakes and rotors on seemed normal I dropped it off I get a call the next day(same day as appointment) and I was told all 4 of my ball joints and my both lower control arms were going to fall off that they were so bad I would usually just let them do it until it was going to 1600 still not a big deal other then I know that everything under the front end was replaced in 2021 (car is not drove often usually only 5 or 10 miles at a time. I go home all my ball joints are solid as could be but my sway bar link is what was loose I was never told about that (which isn t what I sent it in for they weren t suppose to check it so that s not on them) but what the problem was is that they were going to charge me 1600 dollars for labor/parts I didn t need and told me they were about to fall off I will never refer anyone to come to you guys I will make sure I let everyone know to stay away from you guys (my dad has had similar problems with them as well)

You will not find a tire and brake shop better than Galen's. They do outstanding work, have very fair prices, and are the nicest, most honest and trustworthy bunch of guys you'll ever meet. I went in today thinking i needed new brake pads but Galen inspected them and informed me i didn't because mine still had plenty of life left. Other shops would have just put new pads on anyway and charged me big $. This kind of honesty and integrity is rare these days. I will continue to highly recommend you guys to anyone i know who needs tires, brakes, alignments or suspension work. Galen s staff was nothing short of amazing. Not from the area, and broke down passing thru hours from home. They understood my situation and got me in for diagnosis immediately on a Saturday. Unfortunately had to order part but took care of problem and got me back on road asap. Definitely one of the best auto repair shops I ve even been too. Had new tires shipped to them from TireRack and put on, aligned, some repair work, and inspection on a used car I recently bought. Great experience here, quick to schedule, work finished on schedule and within the quote I was given. Very friendly and happy to answer my questions. Seemed very honest and to genuinely care in every interaction I witnessed. Would recommend!

Just had new tires put on my F150 here, and they did an awesome job! My truck rides smoother than ever! The work was done quickly and at a great price! What a gem of a place right here in Mineral Wells! I highly recommend them!

Great service and very fair price. I took my Mercedes-Benz ML430 here for an alignment and they did an excellent job! Price was under 100 dollars too!! Which is unheard of for foreign vehicles. I definitely will be back and I will most certainly recommend this place to everyone I know.

We moved to the area from out of state so didn't know who to trust for auto repairs. Galens has been a great find. Staff is always friendly and courteous. Pricing is fair. They do great work and try to get you in and out quickly. We've tried a few other places and now we won't go anywhere else. We now live an hour away from Galens and I still bring our vehicles to them.

Excellent place to take a vehicle! He took my jeep in and automatically knew what was causing the death wobble and even showed me. They definitely know what they are doing. I will always recommend them!

Great prices and great service. Staff is very professional and kind. As a single gal who knows nothing about cars I totally trust Galen s. Prices he quoted in tires beat Mahones and Glotfelty. Service was quick and staff was awesome. Clean facility. Galen goes above and beyond to help you out!
