Horrible just horrible, came in several times last week at different times dined in for lunch and the service was horrible the workers were very rude and acted like it was so hard to do the bare minimum they would much rather stand around at this time my food was ok but cold , came in another time for dinner with my friends and the girls who were working were very nice this time but due to lack of employees it took me awhile to get my food but the evening shift employee did everything she could to make sure I was helped and happy, should for sure pick and choose your employees better and hire more who want to work to get food out faster the kitchen clearly needs help and so do those poor girls they looked so tired

I can t give it a zero or I would. Those young girls are soooo rude. Also why, really why the heck did they stop delivery? Oh, I am sorry they stop delivery today at 4:30The pizza rolls are just burnt rolls!No gas, No respect!!!This place was better when Jim ran it. He cared about the food & people.

We are at this restaurant every time we are in town. Their pizza is great! I would eat it every day if I could! My huaband loves the baked spaghetti. This is a very casual place where you can come in off the trail and get a good meal. The staff hustles to get food to guests when things get busy but they are also so helpful and polite. Keep up the great work everyone.

Took 2 hours and 57 minutes to get my food and I live 11 miles away. Takes me 15 mins to get there driving under the speed limit. Beyond pathetic I even asked how long for delivery was told less than a hour. Me nor my company will never order from here again. They just lost 200+ a week from my crews and me.

Great people. We were riding ATV's on the Hatfiled McCoy trails and one guy had a tire issue. They were a great help. The tire was shot and we couldn't get a new one, so they gave him a ride back to our cabin so he could get a truck. We had sandwiches and pizza while we waited, and the service was great and friendly, and the food was good. Also got gas there. Perfect stop for a trail rider! Thanks!

Giovonnis Pizza of Matewan is a classic choice for Pizza when you come to the Hatfield McCoy Trails. They are conveniently located with easy access from the trails and they have a repair shop attached to their location. There is plenty of parking for side by sides as well as additional parking near the car wash.

Great pizza and sandwiches! The Super Sub was one of the best hot sandwiches I ve ever had! Excellent cheese breadsticks too! Salads, spaghetti, fries, pizza rolls are all excellent. A whole menu full of good ideas!

Cold and old pizza rolls and the employees are extremely rude at this particular location.that fact as if your a problem to them. I have experienced money being snatched from my hand and my change and items basically thrown at me...this is why i now go to the south williamson location much nicer people and better food!

Their food is delicious but they could work on customer service. Most if not all of the predominately female workers looked at us as if they had never met a stranger in town before or a customer. Lol

Usually on top of their game.. We order there frequently, but today my sub sandwich was pitiful, wasn t really toasted, there was tomato on it (asked for none), and there wasn t any mayonnaise or anything else on it.. It was dry as could be, I literally just threw it away..

The Giovanni's in Matewan is a Joke. The workers are all rude and completely disrespectful. The food is NEVER cooked properly or made properly. The food is disgusting. Everytime I order garlic butter it's cold butter with chunks of garlic in it not even attempted being mixed. The one in Williamson is so so so much better than the one in matewan, which also makes you wait over an hour most of the time just to get your food!

Love the crew. Ms Wanda has done and awesome job there, and also Julie is a sweetheart. glad to be part of the Giovanni's family.

I love Giovanni's pizza. My friends day everything else is good too but we always get pizza. The prices are very reasonable as well.

They never get my food right they got my salad wrong 3 times and I was standing at the counter and there night shift workers are so rude not a good way to run a business oh and every time it rains a lot it comes into the store and they push the warter out the door they do not close it down which I thank is really unsanitary cause they do not throw away the food and the warter comes off the mountain the health department would have a cow if they new that I do not eat there anymore and I will never again very poor business

Love the food. It's better if you go pick it up. If we get delivery it's usually cold by the time we get it.
