It s been about a month since I ve had my 40k service done on my 2020 Audi S3 from Vagwerks and I cannot recommend these guys enough! Not only do they show professionalism but also made it so much easier by ordering the exact parts I needed and getting me scheduled in great time! They cost way less than any Audi/VW dealership s services around the area and I honestly would trust these guys to do anything on my car. I will be coming back for aftermarket parts and tuning for sure! Support local businesses!!!

I have been going here for over 2 years for 3 different Audi vehicles (one A4 and two S4's). This is hands down the best auto shop I have ever been to in my entire 49 years. They are Audi and VW savants and absolutely thorough to the core. Their work is detailed and every aspect of the process is handled with the utmost professionalism. They handle some seriously high-end vehicles at this shop, but show the same amount of attention and experience with all types down to even older economy models. Nobody will ever convince me to go anywhere else for my Audi's. I didn't talk about their pricing but I absolutely MUST because they are always quoting me with a reasonable estimate and you can clearly tell they're most interested in keeping you safely on the road, not trying to bleed your wallet for microtransactions. I absolutely love these guys and I absolutely hate going to repair shops. Somehow, for some reason, I find myself relieved when an issue arises with my car because I know I'm going to be ok because I'll just take it here and they'll fix it and I won't go broke. Audi's are fantastic vehicles, but notorious for high repair costs and that is simply a myth when you arrive at VagWerks. Never take your car to a dealer unless it's new under warranty, otherwise go here and trust a man who's been through every horrible car experience in his life. They are literally the best place I've been to across the entire US from CA to NY.

Highly recommend these guys for any work you need done! They do it right, and in a timely manner. They are always super helpful, and will take great care of your vehicle. I wouldn t take my vehicle anywhere else but Vagwerks!

Honest, friendly, reliable, & great pricing!Their unbeatable prices make it easy to hurry in and get my wheels fixed anytime a curb decides to jump in front of me. High quality job every single time! This is our go-to shop for everything we need and the ONLY people we trust to work on the cars. Highly recommend them to anyone needing vehicle repairs or powder coating.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Kenny, he reached out to me on Facebook about an CTS intake on a weekend (not his fault, had a few birthday parties) Ordered on Sunday, it was shipped on Monday and at my house on Tuesday. Super fast service, answered all of my questions within minutes (even on Sunday). I would 100% order from them again in the future.

I had the terrible misfortune of having to get my engine replaced recently. But the guys at Vagwerks made it as pleasant as it could be. Excellent customer service combined with a ton of knowledge of vehicles and extremely fast workers. They had my car ready in a little over a week! Not your typical scammy mechanics either. Very honest and trustworthy! Will be taking my car there for more upgrades and services!

Want exceptional customer service, people that s willing to go the extra mile for you at a fraction of the price? Then you need to come here. NOBODY!! Can beat their prices. Taylor and Roby are honest folks who won t rip you off and they are willing to work with you to satisfied your needs. I drove over an hour here, and they have just earned a loyal customer. Aside from me, now they are the only ones I trust with my Audi. Thanks guys for the great work!!

I called them 3 days in a row durning business hours. Left messages as well as sending an email. No one has returned my call or email. If they took their business seriously they would actually get back to customers. Went ahead and found another shop to take my business to.

Great shop, very friendly people. Brought my golf r in for lowering springs, did a perfect job on the install. Noticed when i got home that they even cleaned the faces of the wheels for me. Thanks!

Great group of guys. I took my 09 Audi R8 there for an oil change. They did everthing and found an replaced a blown fuse for me. To fine the fuse and replace it on the R8 was a courtesy. Audi Dealership wanted $550 for the oil change and additional to replace a fuse. These guys did it at a fraction of the cost. I love to find shops that aren't out to overcharge the customer. They will continue to receive my business.

Kenny and his team are FANTASTIC. They are always willing to go the extra mile with their customer service. I really appreciate their knowledge of VW's and their quick, friendly service. Their prices are fair and their work is top of the line. I recommend Kenny and the entire VAGwerks team without hesitation.

I had four wheels with some of the worst road rash you've ever seen. One of the wheels had a crack. They were off a 2013 Jag XF AWD 3.0. Replacing a wheel would have cost between $780 & $998. They repaired the crack and my wheels look brand new. I'll be posting pictures when my wife can do it. I don't know how.P.S.They did all the work for less than the cost of one brand new wheel.

I took my daughters Passat to have valves replaced and the price was reasonable and the car runs great. The garage had it for a little longer than expected but this was a result of the machine shop delay. Overall I must say these guys know their German cars and I would recommend anyone who has issues with an out of warranty VW/Audi to consider Vagwerks. I even called weeks after to get some advice on replacing a busted hose and Kenny was willing to help me troubleshoot, get me the VW part number and tell me some simple steps to do it myself. In the long run they have saved me much time and money. I will be going back if she ever has major issue again.

They powder coated some rims for me and not only did they do an excellent job but, they did it faster than they thought it would take and under what they quoted! Overall, very happy with the service and would highly recommend!!

Did a great job on my jetta gave me alot of knowledgeable information on what could have caused the issue and helped to repair issues that I didn't know I had when I took my car in will definitely be bringing my car back for future repairs

This shop takes great care of your vag! I had a yeast infection and they cleared it right up. It's the only place I trust my vag for my monthly douching.

Great place. Completed stage 2 tune and gave recommendations on spark plug gaps, cam followers and diverter valve. I highly recommend Vagwerks.
