Do not take your car to this man. Completely disappointed with Eric and Vicky. Jerry rigged my car, charged for parts that were not replaced. When questioned started yelling at me and getting upset when asked why my ignition assembly is held together by jb weld and wires as you can see in the pix. This man should not be allowed to be a mechanic. I repeat! DO NOT TRUST HIM WITH YOUR VEHICLEThis is in response to Eric s comments.He admitted over the phone that he indeed did the JB weld and wires to hold the assembly together. The picture shows his work, I have not had a mechanic look at the vehicle yet. I just unsnapped the steering column to see what was going on. Especially since this would be the third time the ignition switch failed. And was sad to see what I thought was Good people ended up being another crooked mechanic.Do not let him work on your vehicle.If actually recorded and heard by your customers. You would be out of business for how unprofessional you were speaking to me. Especially the women with your remark about she s a female and who knows what she did to the car . You can keep responding as much as you want Eric. But I m just going to keep letting everyone knowDO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE!I was a loyal customer, who brought all three of my vehicles to him since they opened. Eric, please. PLEASE! Eric has given our entire family great service! He's even gone out of his way to help us out when we had a last minute problem. He's always done what he said he would do and made sure everything was right. It's great when you get a mechanic that begins to feel more like family!

Been dealing with a dead battery in my Audi all week!! Stopped by under the recommendation of some friends and I'm glad I did!! The owner and I believe his wife were nice and on the task to get me back on the road. Within a hour they had my battery delivered and installed!! I would recommended this shop for their honest care and kindness.

Had engine replaced, thought everything was done right at the time (unable to check at the time of pickup due to a hailstorm).Find out today that the intake pipe is just sitting loose in the turbo inlet, rather than being clamped down properly.Also found the PCV breather hose zip-tied and glued in place with a broken clamp, rather than being replaced with a new one.For a 6000 dollar repair, I would expect better.Edit to respond to the owner comment:No, there have not been any other hands on the car since the engine replacement. Nice try pushing the blame, though.I think I know who you might be referring to when you say 'close friends', but regardless, you never asked me directly, so it doesn't matter.Lastly, I have read the manual for the catch can/oil recycler that you installed (from 034 Motorsport) and NOWHERE does it mention zip-ties or glue.Sure, I didn't notice it for a year, but what does that matter? I paid almost 6 grand for a job done right, not for a potentially explosive job had something gotten past the loose fit of the intake.Service: Engine repair

Without going into details I have a truck that a lot of mechanics don't like to touch. Without hesitation I was welcomed and allowed to keep my truck there while I went on vacation, being completely comfortable that the work was being done right!

Eric does a fantastic job. I take my cars there for inspection because I know he won't let it pass if it wasn't safe to drive.He did a timing belt for my Accord as well and a year later, no complaints. Great service and great product!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Just had my 2014 Silverado exhaust completely replaced and customized by Eric and his crew. Eric also tuned it for me. What a great job! Amazing pickup in performance. Highly recommend his shop.

Eric and his team are amazing!! Another garage not named wanted to charge us $800 to fix my blazer $300 in parts $400 in labor. The fixes the not named garage was willing to fix was minimal compared to what Eric and his team did for us. Eric went above what the other shop offered. My family and I are traveling across the country going home I needed to make sure my vehicle would keep my family safe and the we were on a budget. Eric and his team were kind and very GENEROUS!! They went above and beyond the automotive service. I would HIGHLY recommended them to ANYONE.

Moved to WV recently and had questions about inspections. Owner took the time to talk me through the process and was able to get motorcycle inspection done quickly. Nice shop with great customer service.

Absolutely fantastic!! I have found the Owner, Eric Karns, very knowledgeable, efficient, informative and honest. I'm in healthcare and need to depend on my car. I needed some expensive work done to my 4�4, called for pricing he was at least 1,000.00 less and had it back to me a week earlier than the other companies could have it done. He was very informative, took the time to explain the process and took pictures so I could see the nature of the issue with the transmission (honesty). Additionally, he made me aware of future repairs needed to keep me safe and the car functioning at peak performance. It's great to support a local family owned business that is loyal and trustworthy to the customer.

Eric is the most straight forward mechanic I ve met! He uses the top grade parts and keeps digging till he finds the problem! I drive a hybrid and not many mechanics have knowledge on them but Eric has the tools and skills to find out the problems that I needed fix! He explains it from top to bottom and doesn t bs around! He out to help the customers more then he is out for the extra buck! I highly recommend turn key auto from inspection to engine replacement and everything in between!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

I had an oil change and tire rotation, to see how these guys do. I m very happy with the quality of service I received and will return when I need future work done. The owners name is Eric and he was very informative about the work being done and to some future work that s going to be needed..

Went in for an oil change and a general inspection before going on a road trip. Very quick and professional, while also fixing small oversights from a previous mechanic(missing guard bolts) with fair pricing for labor. Will definitely use them as my goto for future maintenance.

I have taken all of my vehicles to Eric and will continue to do so. Rate is VERY fair and service is quick and thorough. An honest mechanic out to earn his money not take it! What a great find in the area!

DO NOT TRUST. I took a vehicle in for an inspection and they failed due to a "oil leak" at the oil pan. This can't be since I change my oil and monitor the level frequently and the vehicle doesn't burn oil. A call to the State Police finds that unless oil is leaking badly in a way that can cause a fire this isn't a valid reason to fail inspection. Beyond that, they immediately offered to replace the oil pan gasket for $300 which is way over the normal charge in this area. I went to another inspection station and passed. NEVER USE THIS PLACE.In response to the owners reply below, I find it highly unusual that a second shop found nothing wrong with any seals - which comports with my telling him that my vehicle does not leak oil. The rear wiper was an issue and I replaced it myself for the $8 that the blade cost.I'm seeing that the owner now claims that he took pictures of my "oil leak". I have pictures too which I've sent to the WV State Police in Charleston to begin an investigation. The owner better post the pictures he claims he has, on this site, or he's facing a law suit.

Haven't used them because they refused to do a single task, but instead insisted on diagnosing the whole system and repairing "as needed". Experience tells me where that is likely to lead.

Best repair shop around he has gone out of his way to get my truck fixed for me!! Only person I will have work on my cars from here on out. He takes his time makes sure that it is done properly and will not b.s. you around. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!

Took my car here and had my snow tires taken off and regular tires put on. They were fast and fair priced. I'll be taking my car here from now on. Very wonderful shop.

5 days and $200 diagnostic later and it turns out my van "needs a tune up." And then it ran exactly the same as when I brought it in. People were friendly though.

Top notch shop owner has diagnosed 2 of my vehicles where others couldn t find water at the river very professional extremely friendly and helpful could not ask for a better shop to give my business to very fair pricing not one of those add on at the end shops they are up front and get the job done right VERY TRUSTWORTHY SHOP HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE WHO WANTS AN HONEST SHOP

Craftmanship was very clean did an excellent job at making my aftermarket muffler look stock, would recommend.
