The worst part about this place is that cant stop stealing l heard this place had a reputation of stealing so l put them to a test and sure enough they stole my wife's ring ring from the dashboard they also picked the wedding from my exhaust caught in the act jim. Chickering spy cameras

This place is a rip off....everytime I take my vehicle in there they find something wrong with it and try to soak me out of a bunch of money.....my vehicle is practically brand new and they try to say I needed a bunch of work done to it....I believe it's because I'm a female....had it checked out by another garage and they found nothing wrong with it....beware stay away from this garage unless u have alot of money to throw away

Just went for a safety inspection, and it took maybe 15/20 minutes. They even let me know how long I have on breaks and tires. They are SO nice! I wish I had gotten the name of the mechanic (he had no hair ,sorry, that's the only way I can describe him). Recommended to me by a hair stylist friend, and I will continue to go back if I need anything else. Thank you, guys!!!!

I got my car inspected, there were 2 issues. I resolved them with 3 days. They were lenient and didn't take my sticker off. I am appreciate that but I Took it back and all of sudden there's 2 other issues. Their mechanics guessed didn't actually know what the problem was just guessed. I wouldn't recommend this place, it seems shady and like their trying to scheme people.

Owner and his wife got us in on a moments notice as we broke down on our trip from NY to FL. They were so helpful and kind. Even drove us to hotel while repair was being done. Great to find decent people in an otherwise tough 2 days. THANK YOU!!Service: TiresService: Tires

I ve been going to Tony's for over 20 years and I'm compelled to recommend them for your automotive needs. Inspections are fast and simple. Repairs are inexpensive and reliable. But the real area in which these folks shine is in their integrity, openness and honesty. When you have an inspection done, they are not looking for things to make money off of you. When you need a repair, they will suggest options to save you money. As an example, I had an air conditioner refrigerant leak and they determined that the evaporator core was leaking. Doug called me and explained the rather large expense of replacing the evaporator core and suggested a refrigerant sealer that wasn t 100 percent guaranteed to work but may be worth a try since he has experienced some success with the product. I went with the sealer and 6 months later, the air conditioning is working great. Doug saved me HUNDREDS of dollars in this one repair. On a side note, when you go to Tony s, strike up a conversation with Doug. He is an extremely intelligent, college educated individual with knowledge far beyond auto repair. Bottom line, these small-town local boys are looking out for your best interests. Put your trust in them because they are going to treat you right.

I called this company to check into a "service engine soon" problem as well as a broken ac belt. Initially the conversation went well and I felt comfortable. I was given a time estimate of 2-3 days as well as the cost of 1,200. The end result was a 17 DAY ORDEAL during which we had to continually call for updates. Very disorganized and mechanics don't appear to know what they are doing. Owner is very disrespectful.The day we picked up the car we were handed a bill of over $500.00 more than the price initially given when no additional charges were ever discussed. Drove about 2 blocks and realized there was no ac (belt was never put on) and the engine started smoking due to an oil leak. Brought it back. Took another 1/2 day to fix. AC worked for less than a day. Turns out they put on the wrong AC belt. Still have a problem with oil leak. getting ready to contact Better Business Bureau.

I liked this place immediately upon walking into the office. I felt very welcome. I didn't have the correct insurance document for my inspection, and they quickly offered to help by calling my insurance company. They have a very friendly, good-ol'-boy crew. I'll trust future repairs and inspections to this shop.

They haven t even finished working on my truck yet but they are just the nicest and are really helping me out. I am passing through and they re fitting me in on a Saturday. They also have a cute cat.

How do you remain in business? From one business professional to another, don t make people feel unwanted. When I came in to get my inspection I was greated with a warm welcome from a young man and a young woman. I truly enjoyed that interaction. I told them that if I had any other car issues I would be back. Fast forward, I came in today to ask a question and this older male was sitting behind the desk. I ask him a question about having some CV joints replaced. He responded as tho I wasn t suppose to be in his shop. Then he looks down and gives me a date and then repeats himself as though he was ready for me to leave. You all don t ever have to worry about me coming back. It s amazing how the customer service could make or brake your business.

Travis is a liar and a thief. I paid for a service and only got half of it but still charged me full price. Travis is a tech there and I paid him 240.00 dollors so he could order me SLP Mufflers which he did not he stole my money. I do not recommend Tony s for any type of service. I have never had any trouble with these guys. They are good, honest, fair and caring. They know their stuff. I have always brought my vehicle to them when I can't do it myself. Thanks for being there guys n gal!!!

I've been going to Tony's for auto repair for the 3 years I've been in the area. They were great at first but since tony passed and the other 2 old fellows don't work there well they have really gone down hill quickly. The kids took it over now and I've had a couple bad experiences with them and I'm done with them. I'll be finding a new mechanic.

My husband and I have taken 2 vehicles there and on both occasions we ve had to pay for someone else to fix there mistakes. I went to them to begin with because of there affordable prices but I guess you really get what you pay for. My husband took his Ford Escape to them for cool packs and a few months later the coil pack needed to be replaced again. Tony s then told us we were 4 days short of their 90 day warranty and that we would have to pay another 350 to replace it. It was after some arguing that they did honor the warranty for the part but we had to pay labor. Then during the same timing I need a catalytic converter replaced and and when I got it back my car kept making weird noises. Went and took it to another auto repair place and the problem was that Tony s had put a hanger on it that was too long. Needless to say I will never let them touch another one of my vehicles again.

I was originally referred to Tony's by an AutoZone employee for a routine state inspection. Since that first visit, I have had to take my 2005 Accord in for a new battery, oil change, new clutch kit, new clutch hydraulics, and a new fly wheel. They are always EXTREMELY nice. My car is ALWAYS ready when promised. And they ALWAYS give me the BEST deal!!! They have also given me great recommendations for a tire shop and a body shop. I will NEVER trust my car to anyone but Tony's. I would highly recommend Tony's to anyone needing car repairs. I've never met a more honest mechanic.

I've gotten my inspection there three years in a row. they do my inspection they tell me what's wrong with it. then they offered to fix it and give me a price. I have been too bad places that will actually break things and then offer to fix them. This place is not like that and I really like them.

I have been using these guys for over 20 years! They will give you an honest opinion about a repair, quick service and you will pay way less than the dealer! Love these guys!! Oh yeah, and walk in inspections!

Recently had my van fixed here, I have been to many mechanics but I am conplrtely satisfied with the service here. They arrle professional, friendly and go out of there way for customers. I greatly appreciate this shop and the cat is the cutest! Now made this my regulare and only place to have any vehicle looked at Thank you guys!

I recently moved to Hedgesville (Martiinsburg area) about a year ago, from Baltimore. When you move into a new area, one thing you have to be concerned with is finding a good mechanic. Not knowing anyone to even ask, I began my search on the internet. I found Tony s via Google and on Google there were some really good reviews.I had some major brake issues going on that needed immediate repairs on my F150. I called Tony s; set up an appointment and dropped off my truck.Doug called me later that day and went over (in detail) about what all was wrong with my brakes. He quoted me a detailed price breaking down parts and labor. After talking with him, I was relieved at how fair and reasonable their pricing was. I advised Doug to proceed.I picked up my truck and everything worked great! They did an excellent job! I never felt pressured, rushed and I truly believe they are fair and honest.Since then I have had to take my F150 back again for a transmission leak repair. Again, I feared the worst, but Doug advised it was just the dip stick holder leaking and my transmission was fine other than it needed regular service. They made the repairs and serviced the transmission again with a fair and reasonable price.Needless to say, I have found my mechanic here and anytime I have any auto issues, I will be taking it to Tony s!Robert H.
