I have to say I have actually used this place before and really didn't have too many problems this time I am had my had it incense August and I still can't get my truck to start I have a push button truck and they say that it's due to the push button I don't get it I'm about to take my business elsewhere but Manny is an awesome guy he's trying his so much to help

I'm sure that most reviews for any service related to a punishment are going to be bad. Try to be fair and accept an individual location or service for what it is - and separate it from your entire experience since the trouble you got yourself in to.Having an interlock sucks, having driving restrictions sucks, and spending the kind of money necessary to continue driving with these stipulations sucks... BUT if you find yourself in these circumstances, there is no better location I could recommend for your interlock servicing.I started my interlock period in Northern Virginia, and went to multiple servicing locations trying to find a place where the technicians weren't just A-holes who only cared about the money you're bringing them. I went from Sterling to Manassas to Maryland to West Virginia until I finally found this place.The tech there is a down-to-earth and friendly guy. He will work with you on scheduling, doesn't get judgmental, and does his job well. Most places I went to had unrealistic expectations for scheduling calibrations, and took forever to get it done regardless if you showed up on time or early. This location & the technician they have there were an absolute godsend, and even coming from Sterling VA the service here is well worth the trip.If you have a Smart Start interlock, I don't care if it's an extra hour and a half on the road - this location is the place to go.

Today will be the second time I have used the store , my store in Winchester va has been closed due to Covid , the first time I called the service tech made time to get me in on very short notice . Than today I needed a removal done or I was going to have to pay for calibration which would be a waste . The service tech took his own time to call around and figure out what it would take to do my removal bc I am from another state , I would recommend this place to anyone and I am very grateful to the friendly, professional service tech at this location!

A friend requested a ride to get the interlock out of his car. The technician Pablo was extremely understanding, informative, and did everything he could to make our experience positive. He makes this place great.

Fast friendly service. So don't judge these guys if you have to get an interlock they have to follow WVDMV rules too and they typically have to be the messenger. They always treat everyone with respect and try to brighten your day

My son needed to finish off his paperwork with DMV and Pablo was very helpful getting this done. No attitude, just very knowledgeable and efficient in putting this in the "past history" department. Many thanks.
