My experience from start to finish was nothing short of amazing! The sales team were wonderful to work with and they even accommodated my schedule, answered all my questions, very friendly and made the entire process a breeze! As exciting as it is to purchase a new vehicle, it can be dreadful at times due to long waits and all of the paperwork involved, but I did not experience any of that dread with Premier. This is my go-to place to buy a vehicle. Highly recommend!

Frank was extremely helpful in getting us our Prius. He delivered and detailed the vehicle and was extremely knowledgeable about it. We would definitely go to Premier Auto again as we felt we were in good hands.

Great assortment of used cars on their lot, their team were very attentive to our needs and clarified any questions that we had and allowed us to get out car inspected by our personal mechanic along with a test drive. Gave us the confidence we needed in order to make our purchase. Will definitely come back for second car to Premier.

Lots of good cars. Gotta remember you re buying a used car. Nothing is gonna be perfect. That being said, there are lots of great cars there. You can go for a test drive, or bring your mechanic to check it out (I did) and make an informed decision. Problems may happen, but again, you get to inspect the vehicle, drive it, and make your own decision. I liked the place. Will be back next time I m looking for another car.

False advertising on website. Says we can finance anyone. I get there and start inquiring and he says we don't finance here...waste of time.

I had a great purchase experience with this dealership on a BMW that I really wanted. Yasser took great care of me and worked with me throughout the purchase to ensure everything was right. Went in on a saturday morning for a 7k sentra. The place looks like its abandoned. Only one person working. The sentra barely made it off the lot, it had major transmission problems. We didnt even finish the test drive and brought it back for fear of it failing after the battery light came on while testing. We returned and he was confused asking what was wrong. It was a waste of time to look at the car as clearly it wouldnt make it back home. Would not go there again.

Yasser went above and beyond to get me a Tesla Model X. I ve been looking months for something within my price range, but with the quality still there. I ve ran into 2016 Model X s with 90k+ miles and issues on top of that, until I talked to Yasser. He found me a 2018 Model X with only 45k miles that fit perfectly within my price range. Yasser personally delivered the vehicle to my house and even showed me how to use the features! I now have my dream car thanks to Yasser and I can t explain the happiness I feel! Thanks Yasser, you re a boss!

I recently bought my second vehicle from Premier Auto Sales. Amazing buying experience, this dealership is not your typical dealership . It s hassle free , they have great vehicles in stock and the prices are the best in the area . I bought two cars from this dealership and will return to buy when my family needs a vehicle . Myself and my bf purchased a 2009 Ford fusion off marketplace,which was sold to us by there sales mgr of Premier Auto..our first impressions was ok...he at first went out of his way up until we bought the vehicle..our first issue was he didn't sign the title ...we waited for long time at the dmw just to be told this...on day one the front end pulls to the right..its gonna need an alignment...on day two it was obvious the head liner was just replaced...upon shutting the trunk a few times the back of the head liner started to drop down ...then a few days the the battery light started to come on..only after having the car for 3-4 days...it's gonna need a alternator and labor to replace it .we called the sales manager whom sold us the car and ask him could they please compromise and buy the alternator and we would pay for the labor ...he said NO ...that kinda shocked us!...noone should have to put another 500 bucks or more into a car that they just paid 3,500 within the first week ..we are just sharing our experience with others with this sales manager and his car lot...thanks.

Very unhappy with the Nissan Sentra I recently purchased. It immediatly did not pass inspection. It cost $1500 to repair the suspension and replace the starter which was also bad. Would never go there again.

I puchased a car from them about a month ago they told me had no issues. I had to spend 4000 to fix the car they also said they would send me paper work on the cars repairs since they had it. I never received anything I will not buy another car from them and I recommend u don't either.

One of the friendliest dealerships I ve ever gone to! Everyone I encountered was very friendly and super helpful. I was referred from a family friend who bought a car from here a few years back (still running great) and I m glad I came. Coming here for all my future car purchases and suggest everyone else does too!

I was in the market for a 98-02 Toyota 4 Runner and contacted Frank with Premier Auto Sales to look at one they had in stock. After taking a look at two 4 runners I decided I really wanted one with a locking rear differential. Frank was very understanding and went out of his way to find the exact vehicle I was looking for even the color! Whenever I need my next vehicle I will definitely be contacting Premier Auto Sales!

$9k for a car that ended up needing $800 of work done, still more work to be done. He charged me $200 to type my card info into his phone......very sketchy. Now realizing I have a bill of sale but no title to my car & temp tags r dead.

I drove hours to look at/ purchase a vehicle. Before I arrived I asked multiple questions which were all lied about. The truck was covered in rust and was nothing like pictured. Very poor services.

Met the dealer and signed the Bill of sale on Wednesday and agreed to meet Friday the employee then ghosted us and would not answer our calls. I ended up calling the dealership only to find out they sold it in the mean time. When I spoke to the manager he said the damage is already done. Absolutely disgraceful way to run a business.
