I would give zero stars if the system would allow it. As of early February 2024 their price for an oil change came to well over $100! That is unconscionable. The notion that a bloody oil change should be anything over $30 is robbery and they are well aware of it. I guess they feel they can gouge people because 1) blame everything on the plandemic (but not drop their prices when it is over) and 2) the younger kids today are lazy or have no idea how to do basic maintenance on their vehicles so they end up paying out the nose as we build up the debtor nation. Well anyone who has half a brain will go buy what you need to change the oil on your own driveway and save a ton of money. I will not be going back and the fact that they have enough of a customer base willing to pay such an appalling price FOR AN OIL CHANGE just goes to show what an inept, helpless, foolish people this nation has become. Shame on Peterson's and shame on anyone who goes there twice.

Everyone was super friendly, my oil change was quick and easy! No unnecessary pushes trying to be upcharged (as a woman I always worry this will happen bc we re mistaken as clueless), completely reasonable pricing, and we were in and out in 30 mins! Didn t even have to leave the car!! Will come here again for sure- thank you so much!

Legit the best place I ve been too in WV where I didn t feel like I was being ripped off! No appt needed! All you have to do is drive THRU and you re done in less than 20mins. The guys were so knowledgeable and I even got a free car wash!!! I will be back for sure

The car wash is top notch! All new setup that is a full touch pull through type wash with a nice auto dryer at the end. Vacuuming and trash bins available after your wash. Plus they also have oil change service (with free wash coupon). Manual coin wash also available with several bays.

Review of car wash: great automatic car wash with monthly memberships available. As far as I can tell, this is the only car wash of this type in Martinsburg. It s not as advanced as AutoSpa Express in Frederick, but similar to Mr Car Wash in Arlington. The prices are very good, cheaper than AutoSpa, as I get Silver which is the same price as the equivalent Bronze at AutoSpa.I have not had any issues with it not cleaning my car. The service person also does a pre wash & spray, which is something I haven t seen at one of these in several years.Has 5 free vacuums (old type and scattered around the lot).

Always friendly and courteous. They check tire pressure and all fluids and top everything off and you don't even have to get out of your car. Plus you get a free car wash and DQ cone coupon.

I was reading these reviews and this is not about the service at the location this is about some of the reviews I have read as I have been here on multiple occasions and the workers are always nice, in dq and at the car wash area. To the lady who complained about the soda on the cup, they work drive thru all day do you really think that if they have a line and a limited amount of time they are gonna notice a lil soda? And to the guy giving a hard time about having to pay a whole $5 more than average at the lube and oil place for real? If ur broke just say it. I m very close to someone who works here and these workers , work very hard and all customers do is complain. Be grateful. They are trying to better the experience, at least try letting them do that for you instead of making it so much harder than it needs to be. Thank you!

I go here regularly to get my carwashed and to have the oil changed in all of my vehicles and just recently got their monthly carwash Membership. It's a great wash for the value and my kids love to go there at least twice a week. My oldest son is Autistic and he reminds me every day that's where he wants to go. The staff is super friendly and always make sure our experience is memorable.

Purchased the gold wash package and was very disappointed. Dirt still all over the rear of the car and around wheels. Not worth the price. Gotten much better results using the cheap package at Sheetz.

Fast service, l can see them changing the oil and filter. Being on a fixed income, l have taken both my care there for great service reasonable price for a long time. I live in Sharpsburg MD. And have sent my friends because of your no hassle service and free ice cream coupon

I went in for service at the Martinsburg location in WV on N. Queen St recently, and the associate working that day, named Tyler, went above and beyond to provide excellent service. He was courteous, proficient, and patient, and earned my loyalty to the local Peterson s Oil and Lube Center. I had just come from the DMV after registering the vehicle and when I asked if he had the tools to attached the new license plate Tyler offered to replace the license plate for me. I hope this company recognizes the efforts of its individual employees who protect, sustain, and grow the standards of your business, and rewards or offers incentives to these individuals for their dedication.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

Way to expensive. Next time I will just go to the dealer. I needed an oil change seeing I'm from Ohio I didn't want to wait. Cost me $53 standard oil change. Ohio I could have gotten a full synthetic change for $48. Never again will I use your service. On the bright side I did get a coupon for a small cone from DQ.

This is a fantastic place to get oil changed and friendly conversation. Russ is a wonderful man and he really does his WELL. I have been going here for years and recommend everyone to go see Russ. This is my only spot to get oil change or friendly advice. Keep up the good work

I'm actually writing this review as I'm sitting in my car while they do my oil change. They have a TV there on the side so you can see what's going on under your car. They checked all my fluids and tires and I was out in 10 minutes. My new go to spot. These guys were awesome and friendly!

The best experience I ve ever had for a oil change. Guy was stand up and very interactive unlike jiffy lube... who never fully tightened my lugnuts after a tire rotation which caused my car to wreck... also never fully tightened everything underneath! Don t go to jiffy go to Peterson s! Great job man!

Great service. People were friendly and instructed me on how to use the car wash. If you get an oil change, the price of the car wash drops drastically. Really neat place. Would recommend.

Best car wash within an hour. They pre-scrub with brushes before sending you in the car through the cloth-strip wash to get TOTALLY CLEAN. We've brought our cars here to get truly clean after spray washes didn't even touch the dirt.

Not a bad place to take your vehicle and if it's not cleaned to your liking you get to go back through for free. The prices are reasonable also.

People are usually always good service as well but car wash sucked sorry
