They serviced my mini cooper super fast and they were straight forward and honest on any future work it would need. A very fast and easy wait and they were all super friendly and made it much less stressful! Would recommend to anyone for an inspection! Thank you so much !

I ve been in Martinsburg since 2005 and have tried at least half of the mechanics in town. This place is the only legit place I ve been to. They don t need to rip you off. They re doing a fine business with skilled professionals and honest business practices. Also, the front desk people are super nice and they have snacks. This place is the best.

Very happy with the maintenance service provided for my Toyota Highlander and Prius. I felt the staff was very pleasant. My car was seen on time and released in a timely manner.As opposed to my experience at some other auto service providers, I had no concerns about being the target of a service "upsell" . I highly recommend this business!

Had a great experience! Staff were very friendly, gave me the flexibility to drop my car off in outside of normal hours, and kept me informed throughout the process.They were very fair and open with what I needed and the costs. Highly recommend!

Have serviced all our vehicles at Martinsburg Service Center for years. Rick & his team have always provided excellent value & service. I really appreciate the new online vehicle history where you can easily access service that was performed along with other important information such as tire tread & brake measurements. Highly recommend.

I had an Appointment with another shop and they canceled twice for something I needed done before a trip, called Martinsburg Service Center and they said bring it in and we will get it for you. Other shops should take note that the MSC shop cares about customers. Top Notch shop. Thank you.

Well unfortunately I can t drop the full video that I did when I came into their establishment but let s just say they re very good at lying to new customers. So they gave me a full layout of work that needed to be done on my wife s Ford Explorer that came to over $4,000 of work. Now mind it after I left them I took it to Goodyear and it only needed $100 of work. Then I said you know what let me take it to a Ford dealership repair shop so they can look at it and they found nothing wrong because I had what was wrong done at Goodyear. So what exactly were they trying to do to my wife when she dropped her car off with them??? Did they think she was stupid and was just going to fork over all her money to them? Maybe it was they don t care for you can fill in what s on my mind. Let s just say there s some real bad business going on over there now that they have new management. Before you pay them make sure you get more eyes on your vehicle.

They are very honest people. I thought I needed an oil change and tire rotation. I didn't. They didn't charge me anything, even though they took the time to check it outThey will get all my business. Wonderful business!

The staff are friendly and professional. They listen to the problem you're experiencing with your vehicle and take the appropriate steps to make it right. You're not advised or recommended repairs you don't need. I will always bring my vehicles to y'all!!!

I only got a state vehicle inspection done here but I wanted to write a review because of how impressed I was with this shop. The very first thing is how friendly, patient, helpful and professional the staff were. A big issue with some shops are how intimidating and unhelpful they are. I would have no issue sending someone, who doesn't know vehicles very well, here to get work done. No doubt they would walk them through everything and be patient. Secondly the wait room is immaculate and very comfortable, to me that is a big deal as far as customer service. If I have any issues that I can't fix at home, I will most likely bring my vehicle here.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Very thorough as usual. I feel confident that my vehicle was properly diagnosed and expertly repaired. The only downside was the bill, which was quite large and pretty scary.

AWD disabled warning came one today. These guys were able to run diagnostic machine, give me a ride and call before 5pm with the car fixed! Rodents ate some wires over the weekend, not too expensive to fix. Everyone there super friendly and knowledgeable. Always have a good experience with them.

I've been here a few times now and I'm always impressed with the customer service. Everyone here seems knowledgeable and so far so good when it comes to their work. Their prices are very fair. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone in the area, or anyone willing to travel for quality service.

I needed a state safety inspection and got an appointment quickly with Martinsburg Service Center. On my way to the shop, I noticed that I was also about due for an oil change, which they added to my appointment with no issue. Fantastic experience; I will return for future needs for my vehicle.
