At the end of June I bought a ford focus for $5,000 by September the car was broke down due to drive train transmission issues. I m completely devastated out so much money and a car. Chris is a great person I do not fault him for the quality of the car but I will not a returning customer to king motors because I feel that they do not ensure the quality of the vehicles they are selling.

Chris and his team took great care of me when another dealership screwed me over. Chris was honest with me and made sure my vehicle was safe to drive, even comping my tires for FREE which he absolutely did not need to do! Speaks to the integrity of his business. 10/10 service!!

My fiance Justin and I came in on Saturday not sure what our options were financially to get a vehicle suitable for our family of 5. We were approved and shown the PERFECT 2017 Ford Explorer with low miles. Chris knew what we wanted and needed before we even had to tell him our "wants and needs". Within an hour we were on our way! I highly suggest anyone looking for a new to you car...come here!

Chris was amazing. He took his time in helping me. The cars they have are great and I even got a very good warranty and gap insurance seen the report of the car no accidents the owners the cars score. I had to start somewhere and I'm glad it was there very respectful very nice and can even give u good info on raising your credit score. He gave me the best trade in value for my car I could get. He worked with me and again was extremely nice about it.... if you need a used car King motors is where to go and chris is who u need to speak with...I will post pictures of my car Friday after I get new tires and detail the vehicle. Chris and kings is a 10 out of 10

I just got my new Jeep Renegade Sport from here a few hours ago, and just wanted to say that they are awesomeeee! Very helpful, courteous, fast. They made the process super easy, and I'm one HAPPY GIRL!!!! 10/10 recommend

10000/10 recommend, I went to a few different places and everyone just gave up after hearing not approved. Chris at King motors did not stop !!!! This man is amazing he made sure I left happy. I have worked for a lot of big people in this community and he is the most humble and caring one I have had the pleasure of doing business with. Thank you Chris and Candice. My family cannot thank you enough !! Every purchase from here on out when it comes to a vehicle will be made at king motors. Honest good people!!!

Had a great experience buying my Jeep Grand Cherokee, the employees were great. I told Chris what I wanted and where I wanted my payments to be and that is what I got! My credit was not the greatest but Chris got it done! Thank you so much, love my new Jeep! Great place to buy a car!!!!

They sell cars that cant pass inspection in other states. They might as well change the name to The Lemonade Stand. All they sell are Lemons. Illegal activity!!! State Police of inspections will definitely hear from everyone soon ! Take responsibility and fix the Jeep!!

Stopped in on a whim, was in a bit of a situation and needed a truck asap. Chris was a great help, no gimmicks and straight to the point. He had my out of there in my new truck in record time. Would highly recommend this dealership and it was a pleasure working with Chris. Best in Martinsburg period.

Shelly is the best salesperson I have ever met she drove all the way to my house to have the paperwork signed. It's the first time I have ever seen a car lot do that. I definitely recommend Shelly as your sales rep she is awesome

I went in not expecting a whole lot as I had no money to put down and not the best credit, but Chris was determined and I came out with an amazing car! Thank you to Christian and Matt and the whole team at King Motors for all the hard work they put into our 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with installing the brush guard and cold air intake it sounds AWESOME!!! Thanks again from Jenny and Phillip. If you need ANY kind of service or installation done to your vehicle or purchasing one like we did with our Jeep almost 2yrs ago you better pick up the phone and call King Motors.

100/10 recommend. Just when I thought I was out of all options and I started losing hope and faith. Chris and Candice at King motors saved me and my family. Anybody that is getting a car I would recommend go to him. That man works his magic. I absolutely recommend 1000% King motors all the way!!!!

I went here to get my first car. Chris immediately suggested to me a beetle and I fell in love with it. He told me what the issue was and gave me a fair price for it. He is an honest man and I would recommend him to anyone

I would give this business more than 5 stars. The manager Chris was one of the easiest car dealers we have ever dealt with. Was never pushy and upfront about every detail. Kayla was incredibly friendly and took all our information down while Chris ran the numbers. I had once small issue with the car not due to the dealers fault. Christian made sure it was corrected immediately and now my car is running like new . Thank you everyone at King Motors for the great buying experience. Look forward to working with them again for any car solutions.

Bought my car.from them service was good when I bought the car but now my car work needsIhave left voice mails 2or 3 no response car supposed to be under warranty guess I will fix it myself will never by a car there again

We had a great car buying experience at King Motors. I've known Christopher Ridenour for almost 40 years and I knew we could trust him to find us a nice vehicle and he did just that...a gorgeous 2017 Ford Explorer XLT!! We love it!! I tagged along with my son as he purchased an F250 and Chris was awesome to work with!! Kayla helped us out as well. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and made the whole process seamless! We will definitely go back for future vehicles.
