About 2 months ago I purchased my second vehicle from Heffle Motor Company after months of looking for the perfect vehicle it seemed like I wouldn t be able to find something in my price range but Chase and Kent made it happen. The customer service and knowledge of every vehicle on the lot is impeccable. Gave me an above market value on my trade in and helped me get my monthly payment to something I was comfortable with. Got to love the way they value and take care of their customers. If you re in the market for a vehicle 10/10 check them out you won t regret it.

Went in on a Saturday and Chase did a phenominal job selling me on a 2022 Ram. His honesty and relatability made the shopping experience enjoyable. Outstanding car purchase experience. Not pushy or overbearing like a lot of salesmen. Price was straight forward. I drove two hours to pick up this Crown Victoria and it drove over 100 miles back without an issue. I also appreciate the 90 warranty they offer.

They worked with me to replace my car after it was totaled.The process was simple and quick. They did a wonderful job helping me to get the best rate/price possible. I highy recommend them!

Heffle Motor Company is definitely a five star dealership. I was very specific as for what I was looking for and had been searching the internet for a good while and found a few Toyota Ravs that met my criteria of course looking online you are going to deal with all kinds of dealerships . I did check with a couple of dealership and they had a $999.00 Processing Fee or a $345.00 Processing Fee as did a few others and that was in very fine print.I found the car of my dreams at Heffle Motor Corp. They had awesome reviews so I got in touch with them and went down Saturday for a test drive. Everything was ready when we got there. I took the car for the test drive, loved it and went back put a $100.00 deposit on it Rich worked up a Bill of Sale and gave me a good trade in price for my car although I was trying for $500.00 more LOl There was no pressure at all to buy and everything went so smooth .Rich was such an awesome person. I went down Wednesday tp pick up my car and met Kent who was just as awesome. Kent did the paper work and within an hour if even that I was all done and ready to go pick up my cousin for lunch . I was teasing them that they should give me my $100.00 deposit back so my cousin and could have lunch on them. Next thing I knew Rich handed me a $100.00 bill and said here take this because you traveled so far to come here to get your car.!!! I mean seriously who does that!!! I love that I get to tell people this story because I was so Wowed by that lol .I live in Pa. so I did travel out of my way but it was so worth it . Also I thought Rich said there was (2) keys when I was there on Saturday and there was only one so they are ordering a new Smart Key and sending it to me. I don't how you could ask anything more from a dealership. It was definitely worth the drive and I will tell all my friends and family to check them out as well!! IT IS SO WORTH THE DRIVE!!! and I absolutely Love my car !! They are the best!!

My husband and I moved to WV over 2 years ago. Shortly after I needed a "new" car to me. I looked around on line and found Heffle Motor Company. This is an amazing company! Rich and Kent are professional yet friendly and honest. In fact I thought Kent was the owner when I first met him because of the pride he takes in that company. Our experience was so good I recently bought another "new" to me car. I have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so. Thanks guys!!

Heffle Motor Company is top notch! My parents have been buying their vehicles there for years and I decided to do the same today. Chase and Rich were fantastic! The car I ended up getting was not even on the lot yet when I saw it today. They got it serviced and detailed for me in a few hours time and I was on my way! Thank you all so much for the superior customer service and making everything happen so quickly. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Great place to do business! Rich and Kent spend a lot of time looking for a certain vehicle I wanted. They are very honest and will make sure you are happy with your purchase. Everything was a smooth process with them. One happy customer with my newest purchase. Highly recommend letting them help you if you are in the market for a vehicle.

Got my 3rd vehicle from them. Have never once had any issues with any vehicle I've bought from there. A lot of the cars are still under factory warranty. I'd have a hard time going anywhere else when looking for a used vehicle. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend to any anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle!!!

Mr Heffle is a rarity in the car business. He is excellent to deal with and is pleasent professional and makes the customer feel comfortable with their purchase. I highly recommend Heffle Motor Co. In a sea of crooked high pressure used car salesmen this guy is a class act! Go see him...you won't find a better pre owned car dealer. He is excellent!

I have bought many vehicles from Heffle Motor Company. Every transaction has been a great experience. Two of the headaches for me when buying a car are the endless hours I spend at the dealership and the aggressive sales people. Neither of which I have to deal with at Heffle. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful during the process. When my friends are looking for a newer used car, I always recommend Kent Waldeck at Heffle Motor Company.

It's not very often that I write a review but in this case I must. I had the privilege of meeting Kent,Rich and his wife this past Monday in Martinsburg,West Virginia at Heffle motor Company. I drove down from Western New York with my wife to pick up my 2011 super low mileage Ford Ranger that I had purchased sight unseen. Once I saw the companies reviews and talked to Rich and Kent over the phone about the purchase of the truck I was convinced that these were honest people. When Kent rolled out the truck for me to see for the first time I really was in shock that my purchase was everything they said it was and more. I could not be happier! My wife later said ,"Honey I knew you were happy by the look on your face when you first saw the truck! I got the truck at a great price as well! I want to thank Heffle Motor Company for your honesty and I will be checking your web site in the future if I'm looking for another pre-owned vehicle. By the way the guys at work love the truck and I let them know where I purchased it. I only wish there was a Heffle Motors near me! Once again,thank you! Chuck and Amy.

Took my car in for in and out detailing. Get in it to drive home and my passenger side seat belt alarm won t stop ringing. Next day still doing the same thing. Call and was told it could be a wire issue from them vacuuming under the seat. I get here and the young man who detailed it looks in and checks wires. Very nice young man. Then someone from inside comes out and straight off makes it seem like the problem was there before I brought in. He is not even willing to have it looked at to fix the problem they caused. I will not recommend this facility to any friends or family and will not be using them in the future! Wires are loose that weren t loose before bringing it in.

This is my first one star review on Google ever! I did a non-car related business with them and had a horrible experience. Very rude, extremely unpleasant and dishonest people! They can't be trusted. I would recommend to bring your business somewhere else.
