I m not sure who everybody saw at the shop to leave such horrible reviews but I ve had different services done with them over the years and they ve always done great work. I would advice everyone to see Rod at the shop because he ll get it done and done right. He s put in stereos, back up cameras and new rear view mirrors in my vehicles. Rod just put in a new rear view mirror in my 2000 Lincoln LS and it s working perfectly. Thanks again man, I appreciate you.

Reposting my review because it disappeared. Don't pay up front. Paid for a $1,000 radio just to have him call and tell me he didn't have it in stock. I told him to give me the closest match in price and refund me the rest. He put in a 200$ jvc and a backup camera I didn't ask for by tearing a hole into my trunk. The backup camera worked 1 time for 2 seconds. Never got any of the money back, I really hate to think he might be conning other nice people. Only reason I didn't sue him is because I traded the car in so I wouldn't have to deal with the hole in my trunk.

They will sell you a gift certificate then not honor them. They ripped my son off for $180. Worst experience ever. They should be shut down.

Fantastic Job for a fair price!Thanks to my dogs icecream was everywhere in my truck. It had set in for about a month before I could get it into Rod and his guys. not only did they get all the stains out they also fixed a hole on my back seat. The outside looks just as good as the inside.When my truck was done they even came to my house to pick me up and took me back to my truck.These are local hardworking guys that have been in out area for a long time. others detail businesses come and go. Because of the job these guys do they have stood the test of time. Support local businesses, Support these guys.

I needed a new radio installed in my Jeep. Rod installed it and then when there was an issue NOT related to his install he worked with me and a Pioneer expert to resolve the issue. Outstanding job at a reasonable price.

As a member of The Chamber of Commerce both in Wv and Va, a business owner, and a public servant for over 5 years, it s safe to say I know a good business. I WILL NOT recommend this business to anyone. I was quoted $550 to have (4) JL audio 6x9 speakers installed. Two of the speakers were supposed to have custom speaker kick plates and color matched with my vehicle s interior, making the $550 quote reasonable to me. In the end I received (2) Pioneer speakers model# Ts1620f-2 and (1) Kenwood speaker model# kfc-415C that was stuffed under my dash behind a bundle of wires that move around every time I turn my vehicle. I paid my balance in full upfront before having any work done. After speaking to the owner, Roderick, he did express that he wanted to make things right and asked that I bring the car back a different day so he could fix the issue. He also offered me $100 credit on my $550 I had paid. I told him that I wouldn t be bringing the car back and if he returned $100 back to me and provided me with the (4) JL audio speakers I originally paid for, I would be ok with that and move on. I never got the $100 and I never got the speakers, which were suppose to come today 04-13-2021. As I have and will continue to support the community this is one business I WILL NOT SUPPORT again, nor recommend to anyone I associate with. If the owner corrects the issue I will consider changing my rating from one star.

Was told to come in at 2:00 for a detail. At 2:45 the detail guy still had not shown up. When I asked how much longer I was offered an appointment for first thing the next morning and apologized to for the inconvenience. The next morning they opened at 10:00. I waited in the parking lot until10:20. Nobody showed up. There were other customers waiting in the parking lot as well. Extremely unprofessional.

I can say that I am extremely impressed, I took my vehicle here it's a crossover SUV. This vehicle is used to transport my canine shepherds to and from training. Anyone that knows German Shepherd's knows they shed a lot! I had several scratches on my paint, all are gone... My car looks like it just came off the lot, I would recommend this establishment to anyone high levels of professionalism.The owner exceeded all expectations and the prices were fair compared to other establishments, I will return.

They thought I cancelled my appointment when I showed up. I don't think the person their thought they were supposed to clean. I had this stain on my driver's seat that she attempted to get out. It tagged there. She did not give up, she got it out after one more try. Barely even noticable now.

Absolute crooks two months shy of a year and still don't have the audio system I paid for. An extremely shady establishment I believe the owner Roderick said it best when he commented he likes to run his business as a "hustle" i.e. to earn one's living by illicit or unethical means. Won't return phone calls, consistently lies and avoids the customers who've already paid at all costs.

They installed a stereo, backup camera, and tinted my windows. Very happy with the outcome. They made me an appointment quickly and worked around my schedule.

After five trips, numerous unreturned phone calls, and an overpriced, subpar installation I had to finish the installation myself. It wasn't a difficult task; it was a simple radio/door speaker job. The owner rushed installation and actually damaged the dashboard during the process. Go somewhere else.

Incredible place , price was surprisingly fair and they re super friendly will highly recommend if you ever need a radio installation or profesional audio installation on your car come here my Chevrolet Malibu 2005 looks like a new car with this new details!

I was more than disappointed with the '''detail" job! The more I looked the worse it got. I was so shocked all I could say was it wasn't what I expected. My kids could have done better! Tried to do a good thing by using a local company, not again

Didnt do a good job missed the inside doors and non of the windows where cleaned inside didnt even clean the cup holders.
