I am overjoyed to write this review. Jacob the owner is hands down the best person I have worked with in a while. He is a honest man, he doesn t hide anything, he is great with explaining warranty options and making sure it works for your family. I highly recommend if you are in need of a vehicle to go see him. Call him, he truly will try and make you happy and get you into something you will love. Posting a picture of my bestfriend and Jacob with her new 2015 Jeep!!! Great prices and great customer service.

We went to Global looking for a nice vehicle after ours was totaled and we found a wonderful Audi Q3! Very nice vehicle, runs great, looks phenomenal, all around very nice car! The owner is very upfront and honest and easy to work with!

I bought a couple different cars from Jake and all was well worth it. I m still driving my BMW X3 4 years later with 276,150 miles on it. Going back to get another vehicle from him very soon. Highly, highly recommend going to this business for all your automotive needs!!

Without going into any unneeded details, I can confidently say that this dealership is 100% honest. I have dealt with dozens, of all types, from the worst kind of snakes hiding sticker prices to college kids giving me the secret tips on the side on how to stick it to their boss. This is a family man running a family business with his reputation right on the front line. It's safe. Good prices. Decent vehicles. Excellent, friendly service. Best office dog in town.

I recently got a 2012 GMC Acadia and I absolutely love it. They were extremely helpful and didn't push when it came to customer relations. They inspected the vehicle, made sure fluids and everything was great before I even left. They were fast and was able to drive off the same day.. I would recommend and will be a return customer!

Let me start off with saying the owner WORKS with you. I came in from out of town (SC) to buy a car cash that day. I got a Hyundai Sonata 2012 for a very decent price, drove off the lot. On my way back to SC something went wrong with the engine so I brought it back to him and he checked it out, told me that the car engine was done for. He called me the next morning and told me I can come back to pick another car FREE OF CHARGE and I ended up leaving with a 2013 Chevy Cruze. He didn t have to do that, mind you the Cruze was about $2k more then the Sonata and he still let me walk out with the keys FREE OF EXTRA CHARGES. this is by far the BEST used car lot I have ever went to. The owner was nice, easy to work with and very very kind. I recommend this company 10/10 every time. I got the Cruze June 1st and it hasn t had ANY problems since. I drove all the way from WV to SC which is a 7 1/2 hour drive and nothing went wrong with the car. Since then the car has been driving PERFECTLY. No problems with ANYTHING since then. Great place and FANTASTIC service. I will probably drive back there to get myself a SECOND car because he was so easy to work with price wise. Great selection, great EVERYTHING TRUST ME.

Jake was amazing! With myself already having an auto loan and my son having no credit at all he went above and beyond to make sure my son got the car he wanted. I would definitely recommend this place!

my car had one day just started smoking out of nowhere, so I had took it to multiple auto shops in the area all of them overpriced me and told me i needed multiple things done. I came by this auto shop and let me tell you Jacob Dadkhoo and his team helped me find the exact problem, which was as simple as a leak. He was so friendly. I didn t have a ride after dropping my car off and he even offered me a ride back to my house. which he did not have to do he even checked my oils for me. Excellent service. I will be going nowhere but here from now on.

I was so hesitant taking accompanying my wife to visit used car lots to buy her first ever vehicle. Considering the reputation of many dealers. Jacob was so helpful, patient and honored the 90 day warrant with the Ford Sport trac my wife purchased. Words cannot fully do justice to how wonderful and experience Jacob made this.

My car has been in the shop for over a month and I needed something to rent, all other rental companies are just a hassle and require countless documents in order to rent, Jacob on the other hand hooked me up, with a fair price and put me in a car so I could get back and forth from work. Although the car did have issues, I brought this to his attention and he immediately put me into something else. These guys will work with you, as long as your work with them! Much appreciated.

I went and got a SUV from this place on Feb 21st 2022 brought it home and then engine light came on I went in and let them know what was wrong with it and not even 2 days they had my SUV fixed in not even a half hour then I needed a throttle body the same day the mech called to order it and today Friday March 4th 2022 it was fixed not even a half hour. Jacob is very helpful and would do anything to help his customers. He works with you on down payments and all. I would 100 percent send someone to Global Preowned Auto in no time. This place is amazing, and the employees are a big help. Jacob is 100 percent on point and understanding and will do anything to see his customers are takin care of. Thank you for all you have done you are appreciated.

Bought my son a 2014 Ford focus titanium for graduation for $6000 , it's been nothing short of a nightmare check engine light has been on and off with non stop problems with this vehicle. Paid for a purge valve within the 30 day warranty owner stated he doesn't have any money to pay for it. Replaced 2 camshaft sensors, $180 later check engine light pops on again. He's had it for 3 months and has only put 500 miles on it because it's constantly breaking down. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER He's as dishonest as they come. Please don't make the same mistake my family has and go somewhere else.

Bought a mini van from global pre-owned and the owner was awesome! Didn't pressure me and the wife. Left us alone to look around ourselves with no sales man trying to shove cars down our thoarts. The experience was quick and painless and we got a quality used vehicle for a quality price! Will definitely recommend this place and be coming back for future purchases

Great customer service! I just recently bought a 2012 Cruze from them and they were wonderful from start to finish. I have had one issue with the car but they immediately were ready to fix the problem and it happens with used cars. I highly recommend them and their services. I will definitely buy from them again!

I got my order of new whitewall tires for my 2004 lincoln town car yesterday and went to their shop as soon as I could. They happened to be closed but were kind enough to open up today to have them installed. Talk about good service, I dont know many auto places open on a Sunday let alone a Sunday Holiday! Only negative was their credit card machine was finicky but their service was good. Would recommend for anybody that has an emergency and needs their car back ASAP. A word to the wise for other automotive businesses: emergencies on our (customers vehicles) dont wait till Monday, they need to be addressed ASAP and I'm glad they took care of mine (car skidded like crazy awhile back, got new tires to help with traction in rain).

Do not buy from here, they offer nothing, bought a car 3 months ago,had to take it back 3 times since August 28th. He "fixed" it can't drive 200 miles with out a problem

I traveled from Delaware to buy my daughter car , the Owner MisterJacob Dadkhoo is amazing person and his staff, God put good people in my way, my Daughter is very happy with the Fiat 500, 35 miles per gallon is not too bad.

Called over 15 different places to try and get somebody to come to me and change my battery because I couldn t afford a tow everybody kept telling me they couldn t because it would take 40 plus minutes. I called these guys and they came in minutes and changed it in about ten minutes. Super happy to have stumbled upon them! Friendly fast and good work!!

Owner Saide was a pleasure to deal with. He went out of his way to reduce the driving time needed by me to purchase my car. He also fixed a warranty repair using his mechanic near my house in MD, saving me the drive to WV. Highly recommend Global for your next used car.

I just rented a U-haul from here, I can't remember the owners name however he was very kind and very professional. I would definitely rent a U-haul from him again as it was just a no hassle experience and he made everything very simple and easy.

Bought a car from them...it test drove fine. 50 miles later the engine line came on. The car went to idle and shut off in the middle of the road. Went to them twice to have this fixed and ended up with the same problem both times... I was extremely disappointed ended up returning the vehicle all together.
