Got ripped off pretty bad on some aluminum cans. They weighed me on the big scale which is not accurate within 100 pounds. Won't be going back.

I rarely leave reviews for businesses but I felt compelled to do so in this instance. I have never had such a great experience purchasing salvage parts in my life. It s almost always a pain in the balls. That was not the case with eagle auto parts. While my gripe was that I was NOT able to find my specific part using the search system on the website I was rather promptly responded to via email and told the item was in fact in stock and a price. I prefer to do everything online and was told I needed to call in in order to complete my purchase which being that I work on the phones takes time away from my work and needed the process to be nice and quick. That call took me less than 5 minutes. Mike was very professional and the pricing was super reasonable. He told me it would be $15 for shipping and I thought to myself (man that s kind of pricey but the part is cheap enough that it still makes sense) I went ahead with the purchase and to my delight it was delivered the next day on a Saturday! I installed the part and it worked perfectly.I reached back out to them to find out if they had another part and while they did not have the part THEY SENT ME THE INFORMATION OF A COMPETITOR WHO HAD THE PART IN STOCK. This is absolutely a company that does proper business and will get you what you need even if it means sending you to a competitor. Eagle auto will now be my first search before I check any other salvage yard for parts even though they re over 400 miles away from me.

Took out a catalytic converter, was offered 5$, I took it to another yard and got 95$ they low balled me I would recommend going to another yard

Had a great experience with Eagle Auto. Rich was amazing to work with. He was professional, responsive, and made my unexpected auto repair super easy and stress free. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for an auto shop with genuine experts and mechanics they can trust, and I will definitely use them again in the future.

I give them 5 stars. They did a wonderful job on my vehicle. I got them to put a transmission in & they did & they also found a few other things wrong with it & I didn't even no was wrong they fixed it. They did a wonderful job. There the only 1's I'm gonna take my vehicle 2 from now on. Thank you everyone at Eagle auto parts. YOUR GREAT!!!!

Nice employees, good directional signs as to where to go if you need parts or if you're going to scrap. Kind of a narrow paved winding road to get there. Reasonable prices, I went with my brother to get a door for his car.

Fantastic service. Clean, friendly and will definitely be back. I left my grandfathers truck there for the week I was out of town with instructions on what I needed completed. (Heater core replacement and ac check as it wasn't holding a charge) They called me the following day letting me know that they had found an issue when checking ac. When they called they informed me of the labor, price of part and the situation so I asked them to proceed.A few days later I got a call saying it was all completed and ready for pick up. Picked it up today and it was perfectly done. The dash was all back together, nothing out of place and properly cleaned.I was shown the faulty parts on my way out of the shop by the mechanic who repaired my truck. He complimented the state of the vehicle, was very polite and explained the repairs along with answering any questions I had about the vehicle. Keeping my grandfathers truck running properly is extremely important as it was willed to me a few years ago.I will continue to use this shop as they took great care to reinstall the dash just as it came out. (Not an easy task!) No noises, loose trim or even non-stock items out of place. I appreciate the wonderful service, prompt communication and care you took to do the job right. Thank you so much.

Such a horrible experience. They make you pay first and then you will have to wait for the parts for a long time. Even when they give time commitments they never hold onto them. Very rude behaviors and very unprofessional customer service. If you are finding parts for your car, please avoid going there and falling in their trap of paying first. Their parts are also bad quality. You will never find something useful for a long time there. *******AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST********

Looked up a part on their website and called for a price. Gentleman on the phone said it didn't have the ABS sensor on the steering knuckle and he told me to look at the description. I told him the web site said that it did. He hung up. I was just pointing out an issue to them, it seemed pretty minor. I have to wonder if they treat all customers like this. You might be better off looking elsewhere for your parts.

We had sold our car for scrap for the first time. Eagle (Patty) on the phone was pleasant and very helpful with my options and price quoted. We we got their the office ladies pleasantly took me step by step with the process and it was all done in a few minutes.

Would absolutely come here again and again! Everyone was extremely respectful, they had to order a part but got me up and running for the time being and going back in 2 days to finish it. Everyone was so nice and I m so glad I found this place!

The people there were beyond friendly. The helped me out more than any one else has in searching for parts for my car. And there rates were almost 50% less than anyone else I contacted. I highly recommend using them for your vehicle needs.

DO NOT TRUST THEM. I called them about a back seat the Eagle had advertised for sale so I could take the grand kids places. The person answering the phone said yes it was still available and he put my name on it. I drove from Tennessee to pick it up an by 11:30 the next morning I arrived at the Eagle. The man behind the counter asked what I wanted. I told him I was here to pick up the seat. He told me it was sold last nite and showed me the papers... Same price. As I left, the two women ahead of me said that same guy sold it just before I got there. DO NOT TRUST THEM! They must have called a friend to come pick it up right away, my reservation meant nothing. The seat had been there for months... And it sold minutes before I drove all that way?

Went in to get brakes and they say I needed a steering column but before I went to the place it wasn t as loose as it is now! (How about nothing campared to what these people did)And I drive it everyday so yes I do know it has changed! But, they just drove it oh okay I m tripping! I know you just want to pocket my money! But I know for sure their wonderful mechanics did do something to my steering wheel! And found someone cheaper and I will never bring my tail back into that place again! If your a woman don t go to them by yourself! They think your money falls off trees! And I called around and found it cheaper how bout that! And the problem with people today is greed and then they want to put Jesus all in it! Jesus does not like the evil of man! I know for sure it will come back to the one who touched my car to cause harm towards me and mine! I can t believe how much damaged they did to my car! If I get into an accident cause this folks have no concern I m going to sue! And going to call around to see what I can do about this! Best believe I m up thinking what I can do! And yes I do have a lawyer! My father was a mechanic I knew someone did something to my car before this time cause I came in a different time! But I thought it was someone else! Cause the dang on mechanic mike going to proclaim Jesus! That was to trick me not to think he didn t do nothing the first time! So yes my dumb butt goes back in and mike really put in damage to my dang on car! If anything happens to my babies boy!!! You guys need new mechanics and a new service manager how about that! So people do not go back there and let this crooks do anything to your car! Bring them scrap and get that money! I m telling you something good you don t work for the White House don t go!

I've have not been so embarrassed in my entire life. I'm am a government employee. And I took my scrap there to recycle my scrap. And was accused of having stolen scrap. Then they take my license plate number to add insult to injury.

3rd time to shop and my daughters car still stops running. I called them back. Their customer service representative said it wasn't their fault we dont know how to buy a car. Then graciously said they would pay for the tow if they determined it was their fault and hung up the phone on me. Told me that the engine light doesn't set off a code always when it stops running. Rude nasty female staff

Drove 3 hours round trip and they had the wrong parts. Seemed they already had it off and looked seen it.Make sure you have them actually look before you go because whoever catalogs isn't doing a good job.

After spending the past 4 months trying to locate a very hard to find part I was referred to Eagle Auto Parts by a competitor. I talked with Kim who said they didn't have the part but to give her sometime to find one and she'd call me back. I hung up the phone thinking they'll be like all the rest and never call back. 15-20 mins later Kim calls and said I can have it for you to pick up in 24 hrs. I was in disbelief and grilled Kim a bit on what I was expecting and previous experiences with other suppliers. She assured me a high quality part and that the 24 hrs was for the part to be retrieved and inspected by Eagle before the sale. 24 hrs and a 160 mile trip accross the state line and I had what looked like an almost brand new part! On top of that it was priced cheaper than any competitor. Thanks Kim, Thanks Eagle Auto Parts!

Eagle Auto Parts is an exceptional establishment, especially in the dubious world of car repair. Patty, in particular, went about and beyond to accommodate my mother, including providing transportation as her vehicle was being repaired.
