Best used car dealer around. I buy all of my cars from here. Kevin and Jimmy are great and so are their mechanics. Yes you might pay a little more but they are buy here/pay here with absolutely no credit needed. And they are great to work with. Run into some tough times and they will work with you.

I will always come here. I had spoken with another used car lot,got my hopes up as I have been walking back&forth to work,only to have the deal fall through the next morning. So I called E&M&they helped me! I couldn't be happier

Absolutely wonderful people to work with. My car hasn't had any problems only basic upkeep has been needed over the past 2 years. If I went to purchase another vehicle I would go to them and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a used car without a bunch of hassle.

This is a used car lot on Hack Wilson Way that runs parallel to Rt.9. I do not recommend this place to buy any used car/truck. Has had a 20 year history of selling lemon vehicles. Warranties are 0-50% coverage. Their history is they never honor any warranties but charges the customer huge amounts of money for lemon repairs under 90 days. They do jerry rig their vehicles to have you keep coming back. They do have a mechanic on site but knows nothing about real honest sales and repairs. Has free parking. No handicap parking or entrance or bathrooms. I highly do not recommend purchasing any vehicle from this car lot.

I have purchased a couple vehicles from E&M and I can honestly say they are the best buy here pay here lot I have ever went to. If anything went wrong with my vehicle they took care of it 100% and didnt charge me a dime. They seem to be respectable and if you are a few days late with a payment they dont come and take your vehicle. I would recommend them.

These are absolutely the best people around in the Eastern Panhandle to purchase a vehicle from. Very honest, good people that will work with you, if you have a problem, they will fix it. Quick! These guys are Great!

Iv bought many cars from jim at e n m.i like his cars there clean..no damage and interiors are clean..jim is straight ..you pay and you drive nice car...jim fair and firm...i live florida and still drive the cars i bought from e and m auto sales .no junk...fair ..thank you jim..

My husband and I have bought many cars from e n m auto sales .very dependable and reasonable cars with fair pricing and affordable payments monthly.what you see is what you get..Jim has been very fair and helpful in many situations.I would recommend this car dealership .very happy with their cars and their help.thank you Jim.

We had gotten a truck from them it had some issues they tried there best to fix it then when they couldn't they did the right thing an gave us a refund. I would recommend them.
