Awesome & friendly service. Just used these guys for my modified inspection for the first time and provided great service. I highly recommend this place. Will use them to have my new tires installed in the future and any future needs. I used to go to D & D automotive for my inspection - i went there today for it, was told price went up to $50ish bucks, it'd take 2 hrs to do the inspection. D&D and the same owner has been doing my inspection the past 5 years on my same truck and it was never like this before. I left and took my business to Doc's, my inspection took no more than 15 minutes, very friendly techs, and was charged $35. HIGHLY Recommend Doc's Service Center!!!

I take my cars in for an inspection every year. I absolutely love the small town feel this place gives and the owners are top notch! I will take remembering my name and the fun chit chat over some brand name any day! A year later and they remember you says a lot about who they are.

Got my car towed because it had transmission leak. I needed some other things done also oil change inspection transmission flush n my car had been setting for about 2 months so I assumed a battery also. Had it towed on a Saturday and woman said I will call you Monday or Tuesday when they take a look at it. Well come that Thursday never heard anything so I called. She had stated they told her to hold off on calling me because they wanted to take a second look at transmission leak but everything else was done inspection transmission flush oil change. She then stated that they had charged my battery and they told her it was good but then she had moved it for whatever reason and it started dieing on her so they just got a new battery. So I called her back Friday morning because I started thinking why a second look. She told me that the guy who did all the other things to my vehicle didn't see the order for transmission leak. That apparently another guy had said something to him about it after he had already pulled it out the garage. She then said it is the radiator and it is in stock so when we get it it will be another 4 hours of labor. Now mind you this was almost a week later with me calling them for answers. So after having my car for 8 days it was finally done. Went picked it up and got in my car there was grease everywhere in it. So I get home and realize I have a break light out. Needless to say I will never go to that place ever again...

Very friendly service! I did not get the name of the man who did my inspection, but he worked Saturday morning on 10/21. Very nice guy and helped me with an issue I had and I didn't even have to ask. I recommend this place for sure.

Needed to get an inspection, was headed to Als, but they looked busy, so I bucked a u-turn and came to Doc's. I was in and out and the young lady provided nice, friendly service. I'll definitely come back here for auto service, I inquired about what services they provide.

The people here are super nice and patient with you. They always go above and beyond as well. If any of our vehicles need work, this is the only place I trust to work on them. We don't even take our jeeps to the dealership to be worked on either because Doc's keeps it simple and transparent with you 100% of the time.

Great little shop. I had a seal leaking on my semi tractor and called and asked if they could take a look at it. It was about 15 minutes before closing. Jack said no problem, bring it in.I showed up about 15 minutes later and they checked it out immediately. They didn't have the part on hand but made a quick phone call and said that they could have it first thing in the morning. Gave me directions to a little truck stop right down the road so we could park overnight.Just as promised, they had the part in first thing the next morning and got to work on my rig right away. They had us fixed up and back on the road in a short time, at a fair price.It's not easy to find a good, fair, reliable shop when you are on the road. You can trust that Doc's is going to take good care of you and get your repairs done and get you back on the road in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks, Jackson!

Top notch service!!!I busted a secondary airline that was tied into pto. I was flat dead in the water with no air to trailer. Their competition actually referred me to them and I am glad they did. Jackson showed up quickly and went right to work. Fixed and rolling lickity split. He's a real good guy and fair too. Very appreciative and highly recommend! Keep it up guys, thank you.

They took 3 hours to change 4 tires even with an appointment scheduled days in advance. Slowest tech in the world, any shop ive worked at wouldve fired me on the spot if i worked that slow. Cant imagine how long itd take them to figure out an oil change. The truth is they let their appointments sit and wait while they take walk in inspections all day.

Fantastic. They got me in for an inspection with only a short wait in line. The lady that took care of me was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I'd be happy to return here for anything my vehicles need.

1000% a go to shop if you need anything. They was able to adjust my headlights for me and also install new bulbs as well and let me tell you I m a happy customer I have better clarity and loved the service I received. Every year I also get my car inspected here it s quick and fast. Definitely hands down will be for now on a place to go if I need anything.

I get all my vehicles inspected here. They don't beat you up, just make sure your vehicle is safe. Normal get you in and out in 15 minutes or so.

By far the most hassle-free inspection in area! I've been to a lot of shops with 3 cars in the 6 years I've lived here and have NEVER had an inspection take less than 20 minutes from the moment I arrived.Staff was professional, respectful, and helpful during our interaction. Highly recommended!

Needed an inspection, quick and friendly service. Didn't even need to get out of our car, $15 can't beat it. Will be back in the future and recommend anyone who is looking for an inspection done.

I can t say enough about how generous the staff is here. We moved here in October and had our inspections done and it was fast, convenient and no waiting. Today I left my job and my van was barely gonna make it from PA to WV and we called Docs and I pulled in and they took my van in and fixed it and sent me on my way. I have no family here and my husband is out of town for work and this van is my only means of transportation. They went above and beyond for me and that meant so much. This type of kindness is what the world needs to be a better place, neighbors helping neighbors and I want to say thank you very much!!

Glad we found Docs. We have been taking our personal and company vehicles (including our company bus) to Docs for quite a while. They provide excellent, courteous and professional service. Their prices are very reasonable. We highly recommend Docs Truck Center for mechanical needs and vehicle inspections.

Had a WV Inspection done here on 7/29/2020. The cost of the Inspection is $14.66, this place charged my card $15.39. When I asked the guy on the phone explained that it was taxes and surcharges for using the credit machine and he wasn't even in the least bit interested in being polite about the con. Yes, I k now it's only $0.73 but that adds up and they are stealing from those that use them for service. DO not go to this place.

I took our company truck there and even know they were busy they still took the time to look at it and diagnose the problem. I would definitely recommend them anytime. They are a great group of guys and very knowledgeable about their work.
