Very professional experience. And has good business in mind. They look at my truck which had a fuel line leak. They looked at it and immediately informed they couldn't fix the issue due to dealerships not listing parts for it. In return they picked me up free of charge from my house and dropped me off. The helped me out so very much. recommend taking you vehicle for for anything you might need. They are honest hardworking people. Send them your business

We had to have my daughter s car towed in with a flat tire about 10 mins until the shop closed. One of the mechanics . I think his name was Holden . was so nice and said he would stay and fix it for us so she would have her car for work the next day. So thank you so much for staying a little late to help us out we really appreciated it!!!

Country Roads did an excellent job in servicing my vehicle, advised me in advance of the service what the problem was and what the cost of service would be and delivered on their promise in a timely manner. I was fully satisfied with the work. They were courteous and respectful of my time.

Came in with a engine problem that was tough to diagnose. Mike made quick and well thought out troubleshooting to remedythe problem. County Roads is very good at general maintenance but can solve some hard problems as well. 5 stars to a great business here in Martinsburg.

Great service was received. I needed tires replaced. I received a quote from Country Roads, but I wanted to do some additional checking. Sure enough Country Roads was the best bid. I am so appreciative as we were planning a significant road trip -now going on that trip with a safe & smooth ride. Randy was great to work with.

The staff was very nice. I got an appointment for alignment with in a few days of calling. I have a modified car with a lowered suspension. I was pleased they offered a performance alignment service. The technician spoke with me about the final specs and setting s which I appreciate.

Service was very good and the tech was able to install both of my new tires quickly. I did however see a screw in the tread of one of the tires so not sure if I picked it up at the shop.

Have lied to me and my family multiple times, try to up sell or add things to what you ve originally came in for. Argumentative and unprofessional employees, when I asked why they were trying to do certain things I hadn t asked for I was met with attitude and trying to justify their actions. They purposely damage items on your vehicle to sell you the replacement parts. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Got new tires and alignment this past summer. Ended up having an issues with the alignment but Brian got me back in and got it all fixed back up. Thank you for your service.

When I pay for new tires and pay the additional cost for an alignment I expect for it to be aligned per factory specs. I was given an aligbment sheet showing the LR Toe way out. When I asked why it was off was told they "couldn't align the tire & I should rotate that side often. That's unsat in my book.There is a reason it could not be aligned and I would have expected for that to be explained. Something is off & I'll take it elsewhere to get it taken car of.

I was scheduled to have a hitch put on the from of my truck today. However, I showed up at the wrong time but Mike and his staff was gracious enough to work me in. Putting customers needs first is an asset that is not often experienced these days. Mike and his staff deserve a HUGE SHOUT OUT for a job well done. I ve been using Country Roads for a lot of years because I trust that you re doing the job right. A little disappointed you re now offsetting the credit card charge fee to your customers. That s the reason for my 4 Star rating.

I needed tires rotated and ran into a lug nut problem . They fit me into the schedule and fixed it faster than expected. Great bunch of guys there.

These folks were just great. We were passing through on a road trip and started having brake issues. We called in, and Mike was able to get our brakes and rotors fixed in about two hours on a holiday. They really went above and beyond to get us back on the road safely and quickly. Thanks, guys!!!

New to the area and just had a repair done at Country Roads Tire & Auto in Martinsburg. Had an alternator that I thought was going bad. Called Monday morning and made an appointment for Wednesday which was the earliest they said they could look at it. Dropped it off Tuesday morning and to my surprise they called me Tuesday afternoon with what they found. I had a bad oil pressure switch that was leaking and dripping oil onto the alternator causing it to go bad. I m extremely glad that they found the root cause of the problem and didn t just replace the alternator like I asked. It was ready for me to be picked up by 10am this morning. One of the best experiences I ve ever had with a repair shop!!!
