Had a 9am oil change appt,they didn't start until I checked up on t hem at 1030,said I was put in the detailing group.i was brushed off by one employee but I will say the woman I dealt with straightened out the issue and apologized for the mixup. Still I was frustated,goes to show you need to follow up because some people can't do their job right or just don't care

3 1/2 hours to have my transmission fluid checked and topped off after being told 1.5 to 2 hours. When I went to find out why it s taking so long the Service Advisor indicated she had went to lunch and nobody cared to cover her responsibilities while she was out for an hour. Fluid was ~2.5 quarts low from the factory, this was new vehicle warranty service.

I took my car in for an inspection at the appointed time of 9:30 am. 2 hours and 15 minutes later I was done. Two turning lights bulbs were replaced. I was charged $72 for labor. The amount of time I waited was unacceptable. Nancy Kautz

Issue was addressed and within the time estimate which was great. Personnel were nice and friendly.Only minor complaint is the temp paper seat cover, floor mat, place number and steering wheel cover was left in the truck. Would not even mention it but this is the second time in a row.

I had an oil change, inspection and tire rotation. They told me it would be approximately 1.5 hrs, they were finished in about an hour. The people were very nice even met a nice lady in the waiting area

While the staff was friendly, it is a waste of time to do a service at 5,000 mile intervals for just rotating tires. And only doing oil changes at 10,000 mile intervals (I have never driven a car that far without an oil change, especially the first break in oil change). Also I am not happy I have to make another appointment to have my concerns about other mechanical issues addressed.

The service department is awesome! I was able to get in last minute and everyone was super friendly. Service was completed in less than an hour. I recommend this dealer even if they are farther away.

Good Dealership for maintenance needs!Since September of 2022, when I relocated to the region, I have been using CMA Toyota of Martinsburg. They've always prioritized communication and completed my services in a timely manner. Knowing that I may anticipate receiving a call when the car is prepared for pickup is comforting, as opposed to learning about it many hours in advance.Keep up the great work!

I had such a pleasant experience at CMA Toyota from the time dropping it off to pick up for the routine maintenance. Everything went smoothly, and my advisor Shawn was very helpful and professional. I truly appreciate that I was able to get my car serviced right before the Thanksgiving! Thank you so much!

My first service advisor, Shaun, was terrible. I called and talked to the service manager about what happened with Shaun and asked for another service advisor. I got another advisor named Anthony, and everything was fine after that.

Every employer I came into contact with was friendly. My service tech was extremely helpful and gave me a couple of useful suggestions. The waiting area is comfortable, clean and offers nice amenities (drinks, WiFi, phone chargers, etc).

I am a regular customer to the service team at this location in Martinsburg WV, purchasing one car there and servicing two Toyota cars there over the past 5-6 years. What I have appreciated in the past at the Toyota dealers, they had not recommended services that were not needed or did not make sense for the current appointment. However, since CMA took over operations, my customer experiences have gotten worse. I m looking to take my vehicles to another dealer for our next service.

Buying a vehicle from CMA was a great experience however having them service our vehicles hasnt been the best experience. 1st issues they took responsibility in correcting the issue they caused to my truck with is a plus, but recently my wife and I made several attempts to call for a scheduled service with no response back. She made a total of 3 calls and left 3 messages and no call back until I finally called the 4th time and expressed my opinion on the matter.Service: Oil change

My car went haywire on us and a mechanic recommended we get a new battery and we would be good. We brought the car in and the tech at the service center recommended we get a full diagnostic just to be sure. It took a little bit of time but the found the real problem on why the battery died and it was all covered by the warranty. I appreciated the extra effort.Service: Electrical

My vehicle was serviced but when I got it the driver seat was wet. The rep did take the van back and had it cleaned and dried best he could but the service techs need to be more attentive that they don t cause more mess than need be.

I bought my vehicle a little over a month ago from CMA Martinsburg. The brakes started squealing when applied, so I took it back to see what the deal was. The mechanic explained that sometimes dust from the pads will cause them to squeal, so he checked them out and whatever he did to them, fixed the problem. I've been very pleased with my experience with the Martinsburg CMA.

Went in for 6 month Toyota service and all was as stated when sold the truck. 2 years free service appointments when you buy Toyota. They have a pretty good system there servicing lots of vehicles. Pleasant employees as well.

I'll use them to but my vehicles as I do love the perks and have always felt welcome. Inspections are a no. I added black tint to my taillights almost 16 Months ago. I've had 2 Inspections there since. I passed just fine with them the previous time. This time they wouldn't pass me. Nothing had changed and I have pics to prove it with the sticker on. It's a bit ridiculous. I of course passed elsewhere and have been told by 2 city cops they are ok. Just being picky.

Made an appointment 1 week prior for 12 o'clock waited 2 hours For the service, then try to give me a bill for what's covered under maintenance Car was covered in handprints with grease everywhere. Service manager says they can't wash the vehicle because their wash Bay is broken. But his hands, they worked my car. I said your hands are not broken. You will wash my car and they did. All the employees are wonderful. They speak to you so friendly and make you feel like you matter as a customer. I would not take my SUV anywhere else. I also purchased my dream vehicle with them.

20k service. Got an appointment the next day after three days and four instances of calling and before getting a return call to schedule. At drop off service was slow even with two reps standing chatting. Service was completed quickly. When I went to pick up, they had lost my paperwork so I was there for around fifteen minutes waiting simply to provide my signature. They seem to do good work but their customer service isn t the best. They seem well staffed, as in there are plenty of people around in uniform, but they don t seem to be on task. I ll go again simply because it s the nearest Toyota location.Service: Oil change
