I m very happy with my purchase and experience at CMA s Toyota at Martinsburg. I ve been browsing online for a while for the car I wanted and came across one I loved at CMA s. I scheduled a test drive and fell in love with the car. Everybody I was in contact with were very friendly and helpful. Especially David Boone who answered any questions and gave helpful tips for my new car. The process was easy and quick. I knew what I wanted and it was very hassle free. My credit isn t the greatest right now but I m glad they were able to find something for me until I m able to refinance. I couldn t be happier with my 2022 Toyota Corolla Hatchback XSE and if I ever need another vehicle, I know where to go!

I wanted to write a top-of-the-line review for Jeremy my salesman and jason the manager at Martinsburg CMA Toyota, where I just got a 2024 Toyota TacomaI live in Virginia Beach and I have a Home and Afton virginia and I wanted a new truck to use in the mountains and they re very hard to find and hard to come byMy dealer in Virginia Beach was telling me that the limited addition might take 30 to 60 days to get in and he would have to charge me $1500 over sticker priceI contacted this dealership and Jeremy and jason were unbelievable. They research the vehicle and within a week they had one coming in. It was a slightly different color than the one I otherwise ordered from the local dealer, but it was a better color, my opinion and it was the same amount of options exactly the same same truck.They called me telling me that the truck was coming in the day. The next day they kept in close contact with me, letting me know it was coming in, arrived that night and sent me photographs because I was buying the truck site unseen.They sent me all the photographs. They updated all the information between email texting and phone calls. They kept close contact.It came on a Wednesday night and they delivered it to my house on a Thursday afternoon. They gave me a great deal on the truck with no payment over and even delivered it free of charge.Over the phone with me to explain the truck to me on a phone call where we went over all the buttons and bells and whistles at the truck and had to use themI buy site unseen, but it was delivered and it was unbelievable. It looked great. I got educated on the truck and they didn t charge me or delivery fee from West Virginia to Virginia.This dealership was unbelievable and buy a vehicle from them over and over again because they give great service

Had a great experience at Toyota of Martinsburg. Have been a Toyota fan for many years,But never been a day that was as great as today. The owner TJ Cromwell helped me today in every way possible. This car buying day toped them all. If you wand to be treated well in every aspect. Go to Toyota of Martinsburg and look up Mr TJ Cromwell. You'll find what you want and feel great about it.

Drove 6 hours to get a truck for my son. Tyler made the process smooth. My paperwork was ready. The truck was fueled and washed. My son s smile was gleaming. I d make the drive again for my next purchase!

Cameron was the most helpful salesperson, he was an engaged listener, had all of the answers to our questions and worked quickly to ensure we got into a car we wanted. Tyler expedited our cars detail so we were able to drive it home sooner than expected. Both of these guys were with us past closing time and neither had one complaint nor made us feel like a bother.The service center stayed in contact with us while they had the car (even though we hadn t physically had it yet) all around great communication and positive atmosphere in this building.

When I first got there, we were greeted and told someone will be with you all shortly I waited an hour and 20 ish minutes, and I mentioned how long we d waited here, and apparently the guy who was supposed to help us was oblivious to us even being there.Allyssa, bless her heart, is an amazing person! And she made this experience much better, not only did she help me find the car I was determined to get, but I made a friend out of this. She assured me I could do whatever I wanted, either I change my mind 20 million times, or something, but she was always on board with helping me get the car I wanted. She was patient and listened to everything I had to say, and I couldn t thank her enough for helping me out last week! Thank you Allyssa!!!

Usually good service but in a time of need no where to be found. Bought the vehicle from CMA, service my Toyota and Chevy there. My truck has 38k miles on it 2021- check engine light, abs, traction control, ESC, and reduced engine power. Vehicle will not go above 45 MPH. My wife limped the vehicle there and was told sorry we cant help you, go to winchster or hagerstown with your concern. SO my wife is currently going 45mph up 81 to winchester to bring the truck there. Sounds pretty safe right. Why not call a tow truclk. Well tow trucks go to closest dealership which is the one that sent us away. Didnt even scan the truck for codes just said your safe to drive have a good day. I want the employees there to think if this was your wife, mom, daughter, whatever- would you have sent her away because you have a full schedule and tell them to drive 40 min up the road on 81 not even able to get up to speed.

CMA S Toyota of Martinsburg, WV had the exact truck we were looking for. We purchased a Toyota Tundra 4x4 1794 Edition, Crewmax in Smoked Mesquite. When sunlight hits the paint it sparkles. The staff at the dealership made our purchase very easy and very relaxed. Our salesman was Rudy who was totally awesome. He is pictured standing by our new truck. We really recommend asking for him. He was very knowledgeable and was patient with us, explained everything so well and even mentioned things we had not thought of. He drove us home so we could bring 1 of 2 older vehicles back we were trading. There was no pressure only a desire to see us with the vehicle that was the right fit for us.Jonathan, sales manager worked with us to give us a fair price for our trades and the price on the truck. Again no pressure and very nice.We again had no pressure from Garland, finance manager who explained about extended warranties and other options available prior to finalizing the sale. He also was extremely knowledgeable, very nice and again patient in answering questions.The one word that was mentioned a lot by Rudy, Jonathan and Garland was they wanted to be completely transparent and they were - 100%.

Recently purchased Toyota Tacoma from David Boone of CMA Toyota of Martinsburg WV.He was very accommodating and searched for the vehicle I was hoping to buy. The Tacoma I wanted was at a different dealership but David made arrangements to have it brought to Martinsburg.After completing all the paper work we went home and David drove the Tacoma to my house to save me a trip back to the dealership.I also met with him a few days later just to go over the options and gadgets of my new Tacoma Sport.A very good experience and more professional than other salesmen and dealerships I had dealt with.

Donovan is a absolutely amazing employee! I would recommend everyone to go and get a car from him. I had a very tight budget and he did everything possible to get me out that day with the exact car i wanted. Donovan worked his magic and got me it! I am forever grateful and appreciative of how much Donovan has helped me in getting a total of 2 cars now. Will forever go back and ask for Donovan!

Cam was the best! He listened to what I wanted and found a few vehicles best suited to my requests/desires and he said if they didn t have it he would find it for me. Tyler in financing was quick, efficient and was able to provide options to help keep my payments within a certain range.

I called the dealership looking for a Jeep. Donovan spent close to 2 weeks with me during the process. Todd and Donovan both dealt with my frustration over not qualifying favorably to get into a Jeep, they got me into a Toyota RAV4 ..and I m really glad things turned out the way they did. Donovan was professional, he wasn t pushy, very knowledgeable and he has a great deal of emotional intelligence in dealing with frustrated people! He offered me a great price, spend a lot of time working with me, especially the actual day of purchase ( 4-5 hours); he tried really hard to make the Jeep happen . But I m glad it didn t because the new Rav is more car for the $ and I love it! Todd worked to get the price down and manageable, he made the process smooth and I appreciate both their help in qualifying and getting me into a car as rapidly as I needed to!

Today we bought our fourth vehicle from this dealership. We are so happy with the service that we receive each and every time. With buying any car there is always a bit of a wait while things get done but it was a comfortable day. They have great coffee too! We got a fair deal with no high pressure from anyone there. Our new car is amazing and we couldn't be happier.

Breanna was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I test drove many vehicles to find the right fit. Once I knew which car I wanted and the trim and color, she searched and found it keeping me informed the whole time. The purchasing process was quick once I went to the finance office.

They are completely dishonest!I had a vehicle picked out. I confirmed everything with the salesman. I communicated several times on the phone and in e-mail. I informed him that I wanted this certain vehicle. The financing was in place after much paperwork etc. When I called and told the salesman the check was being sent over for the vehicle, they said that the vehicle had just been sold to someone else. I had negotiated a price a little lower than what they were asking but they agreed to it. My guess is they sold the vehicle to another customer for their original asking price.I called the Sales Manager to complain and he said he wanted to text me a similar vehicle to me in a text. The vehicle that was texted to me was many times the price of the one I wanted to buy.This caused me a lot of time with requesting a loan from a finance company as well as other paperwork and all for nothing. Please...Please...Please DO NOT try to purchase a vehicle from this dealership.Someone else informed me about this dealership has a reputation of being dishonest and will advertise what they call a "bait car". Good pricing etc. except it is just to get you on the lot but they will find an excuse not to sell you that particular vehicle.Again save yourself a lot of trouble and go somewhere else!

Great place to go for a vehicle. My salesman TJ was very helpful & got me in the car that I wanted & showed me how everything in the car worked. Garland was also great. He got the car covered with everything possible without raising my payment by much. I highly recommend CMA.

Just purchased a 23 corolla hatch. Delt with nick and couldn't be happier! Informative and kept me upto date every chance he could! No one there was pushy or tried to be anything but great! I drove 3.5 hours and they had me out in about 90 mins which is great time really. Will definitely use them in the future!!!

We had an exceptional experience at CMA of Martinsburg while purchasing our RAV4. Rudy, our salesman, and Keith, our finance manager, went above and beyond. Their expertise and informative approach made the entire process seamless. They not only made great deals happen but also turned our car-buying experience into something truly amazing. Kudos to the team for their outstanding service!
