I recommend this place of business to all who's looking for a one stop shop. I had several work done on my vehicle on this day and now it runs smoothly. I had to make sure the car had turned on. That's how quiet it was.The person that wrote the work order explained in details what needed to be done and he made sure I had total understanding.The atmosphere was so peaceful and the environment was very clean.All the work I had done should have taken 2 days. I needed the car back on this same day and the salesperson (I'm sorry I forgot his name) made it happen. Everyone made sure I was satisfied with the results. My experience was impeccable.I am one of the perfect person to leave a review on Buettner Tire Distribution, LLC because I, by choice, was there from early morning until closing. I left as a very satisfied customer.5 Stars all the way around.

Good guys. I was under a time limit to get back on the road, they ordered my 4 tires that afternoon, had em in the next morning and had me on the road by noon. Great job. When I need tires for any of my other vehicles, I'll be going back

They were great to deal with. I wanted specific tires that had to be ordered and they got them quickly. They did good work and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want or need.

Buettner's completed my state inspection in a timely manner. They did not have the air and cabin filter my Hyundai Sonata required, but made a few calls to area shops and secured them for me within a few hours same day. Installed the filters this morning. No hassle. I love that this shop does not require appointments, especially for minor things like inspections and filter change out. They've got my business!

My first time at Buettner s in Martinsburg. I called to see if they had received stickers for inspections and they asked if I wanted to bring my vehicle in today. I got there around 4pm and they were friendly and welcoming, they completed my inspection and several others within about 40 minutes (multiple mechanics working). Coming from PA where we have Emissions and Inspections yearly, I was very excited to pay with a $20 bill and receive change . Thank you for making it a great experience and we will definitely continue to bring our vehicles here!

Just the best place for your tire, oil change, transmission fluid, brake fluid, and other maintenance needs. Good prices, friendly, and they take the time to explain all repairs.Bobby is just the best manager. He hires first-rate technicians. Oh...did I mention how honest they are about the work your car needs? They are. Very honest. Very ethical. I highly recommend them for your tire and car maintenance.

I couldn't be happier with the service I got! Especially as someone with anxiety they made sure to answer all my questions and provide detailed answers and help. If you need someone who's going to provide honest work and actually show you what's going on with your vehicle, then these are the people. The staff was friendly and helpful, for whatever needs I have im going back here!

Had a good experience with getting my car inspection. I had to drive to the closest DMV because I needed copy of my registration. Luckily I made it back just in time before inspections closed to get it done. The lady & guy working the desk were nice. Will be back again when needed. Called a couple days in advance and was able to get a good quote on two tires. I booked an appointment, and guess what... They were on time taking my car back. A lot of auto places you go, you have to wait a long time, even if having an appointment...that definitely made me think highly of them.Terry assisted me and was very pleasant. The only thing I didn't like was that customers weren't required to wear masks indoors. I'm glad it was a nice day out, because I just stood outside for fresh air until the car was ready. Only took about 25-30 minutes.

If you have any issue with your car or truck this is the place to go!! Bobby does not add on unneeded and unnecessary charges and he will go the extra mile to make sure your vehicle doesn t have any problems once it leaves. We took our truck in, it s a 2001Dodge it needed a complete backend. Bobby called everyone and everywhere he could,Even Dodge part factories. Dodge was on strike,We started to lose hope until a private owner had a truck bed he was holding on to in another state unwilling to ship it. One of Bobby s employees drove down to get the part to fix our truck with no extra cost!!! He went above and beyond!! So, now we take our truck in from inspection to an oil change just to him!

I called Buettner's because the "low tire pressure' alert light was on my dash. I had tried to correct it myself by checking the tire pressure and adding air to the tires, but the alert was still on the dash. They said to swing by at my convenience... no appointment necessary. They would check the tire pressure and if there was a problem, we would go from there. They checked the tire pressure and adjusted it correctly. They then took it for a drive because they said it would need to be driven about 3 miles to reset, and there was no charge!! I couldn't be more happy with their service and their help and their kindness.

My car died. It had to be towed to this company. I needed a new battery. Mine was completely dead. They we're really helpful and got to my car right away. So I was able to get my car back the same day. Thank you!!

Don t remember the service lady's name on 12/2/23, but she was very polite, efficient, and helpful! Overall service was excellent as well. Will continue to have my vehicle serviced there. Good to know that good customer service still exists!

These folks were upfront and didn t try to oversell the work, although I think they could ve. The front desk guy was patient to explain the detail of my front end alignment, which is helpful for a guy that doesn t know much of anything about cars. I d definitely bring my business back.

I've been going to Buettner's since I moved to Martinsburg about 10 years ago. I trust them with my vehicle. They get the job done quickly and provide you the details of what work was done and what work may still need to be done. I never feel as if I've been overcharged or scammed with them. I would highly recommend.

Beware before getting a state inspection here at Martinsburg they will reject your vehicle to try an get your for more money after they tried that on me I got a second opinion they was pushing a problem that wasn't a reason to reject it yet they are not professional either they laugh when you question the ability of the slug they use to do the inspection an after a second opinion he's just that a slug he may have passed the state inspection test but that doing mean he knows what he's doing I'll not be going back, also while I was waiting on my vehicle they inspected a car quickly in a different bay only checking lights that wasn't in good shape I guess if you have will maintain vehicle the try an screw you apparently

A friendly neighborhood staple, Buettner will always be my go-to tire place. The staff is friendly, the prices are decent and they're up front about their costs. They have WiFi in the waiting room, which could use a refresh and some comfortable, clean seating.

I went for a state inspection and while waiting, I overheard some other customers talking about car repairs and the one guy kept saying, "This is the place to go." Not only was my state inspection quick but overhearing from other customers made me think this will be my service garage.

So I needed a front end lineament. I get there and they tell me I need a ball bearing ok that is fine. Well then they tell me the part is 310 plus all these fees that totals 680. And then charge me 133.33 for the lineament long story short- my friend Sammies auto and paint on winchester ave, did the job including getting the part and labor for 275 .. I will never ever go to them again. They could have been honest instead of seeing a female that knows nothing about cars and charging me top dollar. And then telling me 3 or 4 hrs to do it when Sammie did it in 25 min! Thank u Sammies auto and paint for everything u do with honesty!!!!

The store manager was awesome and very knowledgeable! Had to get my oil gasket serviced. Excellent service and work from the company! Very competitive pricing. We will, definitely, be using Buettner for our auto care needs in the future!! Thank you, Everyone!
