My Toyota Tacoma was hit back in September got it fixed in February.... There were few things that needed done.... They made it right even called me back for better spare tire..... They do great work.... My paint body works look good... You can't even tell I was in accident.... Them guy at bucky are awesome..... Thank you again Mary G

The only shop in town worth going to where I can expect my car to actually be as they say it is when I pick it up. The guys at Buckys are friendly, knowledgeable and will make sure you know exactly what's going to happen with your car.

Update on 4/10/2023 I received a hand written apology in the mail today and a check to cover the cost of detailing my vehicle AND an Olive Garden gift card. Although I really appreciate this from them, I was not at all expecting such a nice gesture to fix this issue. They did make it right in the long run and I do appreciate their business. Like I said the paint job is excellent and they are a good,, well known business in this area and they do great work!The work they did to repair my vehicle was great but upon picking up my vehicle from the shop it was filthy on the drivers side floor and my passenger side window wouldn t go down. So I called and spoke to the young lady at the office and she was very apologetic about the mess and asked me to bring my car back. Well they fixed the wire inside my window that wasn t tucked in probably from the repair that caused my window not to go down but then returned the vehicle to me yet again with a mess on the floor and I couldn t wait another 20 mins for them to vacuum it. I ll find another shop to do my repairs next time.

This is the first time I ve used Buckys. It was recommended by my insurance company. I looked at other places based on reviews a pig Buckys and I m glad I did. They have my vehicle ready over a week before they said they would did the great work. It looks great I would highly recommend.

Excellent work done right, the 1st time. We'd been warned that there could be some hidden damage and there was, but Bucky's folks found the right parts in short order. They even matched the 4yr old paint perfectly very pleased with the work. This is a Family owned business that does a lot of Quality Work and I STRONGLY recommend them...

What a great friendly place! Now, Google maps may take you not quite to the front door of the establishment, but that's ok; everyone is helpful and you do find yourself after a moment or two up front where the office is, where the friendly office staff take care of you. I needed some auto repair done, and while they couldn't do this particular job, I was quickly given this information with some suggestions on where else to go in the area to get what I needed. And no charge for their looking over my vehicle! I'd recommend this business if you need body work done.

They did a great job on my truck in a timely manner. My truck needed significant repairs and my insurance was only covering my rental for 45 days. They couldn t guarantee it would be finished by then (depending on how long it took parts to ship), but promised they would try their best to get it done beforehand. Sure enough, it was done just before the deadline and the truck looks great! This is the second time I ve brought my truck here and they ve provided great quality work and friendly customer service both times. I would recommend them to everyone I could. I used this place for a State Farm insurance claim and it was headache free. Scheduled drop of for the car and it was done in 6 working days. It looks as good as new.

Bucky's was great in getting our vehicle back to New condition, had a piece of metal hit our car. The ladies in the office are a hoot.Only thing I noticed was tape residue on windowshield and little overspray from primer, pretty sure we can buff those off.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

The work was "ok"The fact that they came up with excuses every time you called to find out the progress was pretty bad. They had my vehicle for almost TWO months. Was supposed to be worked on, then they said parts were backordered, twice. Two different people gave me two different stories, so who was right?? The mechanics who actually deal with the parts and told me they were there or the receptionist who is paid to tell stories. As for the work, the parts did not line up smooth to edges on anything they did. I have used them in the past and was very happy, this time not so much, very disappointed. Guess they took advantage of the fact that my insurance allowed me a rental for 60 days and didn't prioritize or work claims in order. You live, you learn. Took it from the collision shop to the dealer and traded it in before I go worked over any more.

My 2 month old Mustang Mach e was hit by a careless driver causing $15000 in damage. When I got the car back it looked brand new. The other great thing is that the manager of the shop, John, took care of all the interactions from the insurance company. I did not have to do anything but pick up the car.

The 4 month wait was quite painful. But in the end they really did great work on my 4 Runner. The paint is an exact match! And the ladies in the front are sweet as candy! They even finished it a week prior to the promise date!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

My car was damaged while I was in the hospital - Bucky s took care of everything, coordinated with my insurance company seamlessly; and after I was discharged coordinated with the rental car place. It made management of a major inconvenience - no car and insurance claim very stress less!!! Very unusual these days. I have used Bucky's on all my cars for decades. Once I went elsewhere; never again! Bucky's has replaced a side mirror for me and also given me several quotes and they always come in cheaper than anywhere else and do a better job. I recently had my hood, trunk, and top repainted and they did an excellent job at the lowest price. One local estimate was twice as much! I trust Bucky's to come in at or under estimate with an excellent job on time or sooner. Great people to work with as well. If you know nothing about cars (or everything) TRUST BUCKY'S.
