Ordered replacement belts for a walk behind saw. Kept me updated on shipping dates, etc. Had the belts in less time than they anticipated! Very happy with my purchase and will def purchase from them again! Price was great too!

Customer oriented' Old School'. company. Straight forward and helpful. This is the third time I have used this business and I am so glad that I have. Every time I have walked in with a dead motor and a potential $500 plus replacement cost and 30 minutes later I have walked out with a fixed motor and a $50 bill. for labor and parts. Family owned and run. It appears that they have every part for every motor you could think of in the shop. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service and great pricing.Went in today hoping for a repair on an oven ignition switch. Not only did they do it in 5 minutes while I waited, but the cost was so low, I was embarrassed to use my credit card.I highly recommend this old school shop. Quality service, work and product as well as experience.

Went here for replacement belts for my mower. They don't work on equipment like that, but they've got probably thousands of belts! I figured they'd have the sizes I needed and I was right. JT helped me look up the belts and make sure I was getting exactly the right ones. Great service, super friendly. Definitely my go to place for motors, belts, etc.

I needed 2 belts for an emergence repair for a customer. He was on a dead line to finish a job. I called several places on the internet, I even had a company more than double an on-line price just because I needed them ASAP. This company however not only offered the best customer service but 2 of there belts were less than 1 at other places. I received them in 2 days as promised. Also they charged what it cost for the 2 day shipping. They could have jacked that up a bit, but they did not. I don't buy a lot of the items they sell, but I will go out of my way to buy here first. I am in FL by the way. Thanks for your great and fast service. Ron

My automotive lift motor stopped working suddenly. I called biedlers and brought the motor in, they had it fixed and ready to go in no time. A true life saver as I have a small repair shop and being down a lift kills my business. They were helpful, quick, and fair priced. Will be using them again. They sell Milwaukee tools as well, so lPlease support your local business. Especially now.

Had our blender go out. Tore it apart and found the part that was dead, but couldn't identify it. Took it in, and they knew what it was right away and had the replacement for $4. Put it in myself and it works great!

Needed a limit switch for my Goodman air handler so I could have heat in my house there was no businesses around the Tri-State that had the two limit switches that I need for it to work went to Byler's they did not have the original switch but they had a justable switches and they were able to fix my panel this place is truly a lifesaver
