I needed to replace my battery. I called to get a price, and then I called the dealership to compare the cost. I saved $130.00! And they didn't charge for labor. Thank you, Mike, for getting me in and out quickly. I didn't even have an appointment.

Fast, friendly service! I walked in and was greeted immediately. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. The location was clean and had chairs to sit in while you wait. I had a great conversation with the manager. 10/10 recommend! Great customer service.

Amazing group of guys! Went in on Monday to get a loaner battery to get my car off the side of the highway and all I had was $7. They gave me the loaner for free and they charged my actual battery. Went to pick up my battery and asked them how much I owed. They said nothing and told me to have a great day! Really helped this single mom out definitely recommend 10/10 service

I just stopped in here yesterday because my car kept dying and I had two little ones in my car! We stopped there and they listened to what I had to say about my car, immediately took it back, explained what they saw and explained pricing for a new battery, replaced it for me and I was all set to go. I was probably there for less than half an hour. Thank you guys!!!! Excellent service.

Jeremy was great! Daughters got a PowerWheels electric car for a gift but it came without stickers. Called Fisher Price and they sent me to the closest authorized dealer, Battery Mart, in Martinsburg (I live in Boonsboro, MD). I was skeptical if I'd ever see these stickers. Jeremy hooked us up, called Fisher Price with my info and called me back and the stuff was here in like a week making one very happy 6 year old. Thanks Jeremy for your excellent customer service on such a small job that I'm sure netted you guys nothing in the cash register. You've got my business moving forward for all jobs out there.

We been using Battery mart since we moved to Martinsburg but typically hubby stops for car stuff. But a week ago my car all of the sudden died despite my battery still was under a year so I got very worried after jumping it and able to start I drove to battery mart late on a Saturday and it was almost the end of their shift. Any other place definitely would try to get rid of the customer fast we the end of the shift when weekend starts :) but these were super nice and patient. They made sure I am safe in my car when driving since I have lil kids with me most of the time. Especially I am grateful to Dave he took his time checked everything replaced my battery at no cost and at the end they diagnosed it was alternator. Even then they were ready to take care of my problem if we had new alternator available. I had to leave the car over the weekend and they took care of it the first thing in the morning. Pricing is so honest I googled just for my curiosity how much it could cost me elsewhere and it showed almost a 30-40% more of what battery mart charged me. So I really understand now why my husband keeps coming to this place. Their prices are very affordable, and they take care of you. Thanks a lot! I am always afraid of car shop places as I have had situations when as a customer I was taken advantage of but not this place. we will be coming back again and again. Thanks Dave and other gentleman who was sooo informative and patient with me on the very very hot Saturday! I really appreciate your help :)

Well I am visiting from out of town and I needed some new batteries for the yard equipment and they were so honest with me I could hardly stand it. I didn't end up buying anything but it was just their honesty that they didn't try and make a sale.

i shopped around for a battery for my Acura TSX and Battery Mart has by far best price. When I got to the store I had great service. The guys working were very helpful. They installed my battery in minutes and I was in my way. Highly recommend!

These guys are the best! Knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Dave helped me with my motorhome batteries. Went above and beyond what I expected and did it quickly and efficiently. If you need anything to do with batteries, starters or alternators call Battery Mart.

I was Looking for a specific battery for a Mobility chair and upon entering the store there were 2 guys sitting behind the counter not doing anything, It was a Saturday. They were not very welcoming when I entered the store and when I told them it was for a mobility chair they didn't even ask me anything about it even though I did expressed to them that I didn't have the battery with me. No Qualifying questions, nothing. They could have at least helped me try to figure out the type of battery even though there are many batteries for those chairs. They just looked at me with blank stares like I was bothering them. I did give them one star because of convenience of location. I will never go back there again.

Vehicle didn't start a few times. So the wife told me she has had enough embarrassment and that I needed to get a battery or at least get it checked out. I did just that and Battery Mart is the place to go with no hassle and a lot of professionalism. I've also have visited for garage door remote batteries as well. I highly recommend Battery Mart.

Just like the 1st time I used battery marked and Martinsburg West Virginia sells people at the counter was most professional as always very courteous very Attentive to the needs did a thorough check made the recommendation perform the service that was needed In the most professional manner would recommend anyone to be sure to use the battery mart

These guys charge my battery up told me it was a good battery they said the battery came from there they treated me very well even gave me a warranty I really like this place I'll be doing business with them from now on too

This place is super helpful. I walked in, they asked what I was in for, and I had them test for a few problems and they told me it was just one thing, they took my car in and replaced my battery all within 25 minutes. Great job guys! Thank you!

This place was awesome! I got my old truck battery tested and it was determined that I only needed that changed. The technician replaced the new battery in about 8 minutes tops and I was on my way. Also, he was very knowledgeable and cordial.

I highly recommend battery mart!!! Great prices they'll install it and great warranty. My friend had a battery for her lawnmower go bad. It was from battery mart. It was 16 years old. You won't get that longevity with walmart or AutoZone. Also they will clean your terminals of corrosion for like 5 bucks if you don't have the stuff your self! Don't look for a battery anywhere else! - A very very happy customer

Service was awesome. Have always been pleased with the attention given by the professional staff at the Martinsburg store. I've been shopping here for 40 years and my father continues to shop for all his battery needs.
