Great helpful people, which is all you can really ask for. The place was well organized and clean which is always appreciated. They are more than willing to help you with anything you need; including changing your battery.

Had my prius thrown multiple alerts from check engine to hybrid system problems while on the highway. Coasted into Martinsburg. Called toyota dealership who claimed "probably the hybrid system failed - $4k repair". I was already late for a very important event 2 days from now & worried this might cause me to miss it .Stopped by advanced auto and Austin was able to diagnose the error codes & willie was able to help me find & replace the battery.Best service I've had at advanced auto. Thanks so much Willie & Austin!

Not good on this day they give me the wrong part and I was already late for work. Any other time they are great but not on this day.

This evening I found myself needing to stop in Advanced Auto Parts unexpectedly. Mr. Willie greeted me as I entered and provided excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. I left feeling confident that I made the right purchase and will return again because of the service provided. Mr. Willie was a blessing to me this evening. Great customer service is hard to find, but he is an asset to the Advance Auto Parts team. Thank you!

I just had the nicest experience. A young man cheerfully taught me how to change my windshield wipers. He was just so friendly I want to go back EVERY DAY. Seriously though- the next time I need something for my car, I shall brave that left-hand turn for the nicest auto parts store in Martinsburg, and quite possibly the whole wide world.

Staff is kind and prices are fair. I borrowed/rented a compact drill and once I was done, they give your money back hassle free! Wonderful please and always has the things I need for my car.

Autozone is awesome my Uncle and I went in with an overheating Honda. We bought a thermostat we borrowed tools and we fixed the problem in there parking lot

Very helpful a woman asked me if I could give her a hand. She locked her keys inside her car. The store had the tools to get in but couldn't help for legal reasons I suppose. I got the door unlocked and she ended up buying my light bulbs. Hopefully she has a better night.

Getting in//out of here is like playing Frogger. Aside from that, everyone here was friendly. Regional manager was fixing the front door, he was cool. Clerk swapped my battery and I got to take a wasp nest out of my engine bay. It was a good day.

I went in for freon they showed me where it was by pointing I feel they could have been more helpful and I would have known that my vehicle took special freon I ended up purchasing the wrong one and because I expelled some of course they wouldn't take it back s ok I paid double

The employee staff here is extremely pleasant and helpful. I stopped in during some pretty nasty winter weather when my wiper blade broke. I needed replacements and installation. Even with the weather conditions Austin (I asked him his name to make sure he received credit for my impending 5 star review) did not hesitate to help me. He was very friendly and held a smile the whole time! Thank you!!

They have great employee's! First time I went there I was planning on spending 200$ on a battery, Dave was the one who helped us turns out all we needed was a 5$ terminal not only did he sell it to us but he replaced it in the rain! Tonight I went there with a headlight out after we figured out it wasn't the bulb it was a wire Austin replaced the wires and let us return the bulb we bought but didn't need! I Will going to them for all our parts and issues from now on! They could have sold us parts we didn't need but instead helped figure out what was wrong and fixed it for us!

The lady that help my dad and I was very helpful in finding the right bulb for our car. And knew exactly what she was talking about. They even provided us with some gloves so that we did not damage the bulb.

Clerk went above and beyond duty to make sure I got the product I needed. When a displayed sale price didn't come up in the computer, he corrected the glitch and so I got the sale price. I've always gotten good service here.

I can't stress the gratitude for the guys at this Advance Auto Parts, especially Alex. 2 days before Christmas,I am making my way home to PA from VA and my car starts to die on interstate 81. I am able to pull of the rode and get to the sheetz parking lot just in time for my car to completely die. It's one of 2 problems: either the alternator or the battery. Luckily for me, I see the Advance Auto Parts store just down the road. I walk down, pick up a new battery in hopes that would just be the problem. Alex graciously lent me his own tools for me to go back and change the battery. Unfortunately, after I changed it, I noticed my battery light still on and thought it probably was my alternator. I was able to drive down to advance auto where Alex and the other staff helped completely change my alternator right there in the parking lot. What I was even more thankful for was the fact that after all was done and fixed, I tried to pay for their services and labor and they simply said Merry Christmas. I cannot explain how thankful I am for these guys and for all their wonderful help. If it wasn't for them, my dog and I wouldn't have gotten home that night. THANK YOU ALEX! Thank you Advance Auto Parts of Martinsburg, WV!

Can't go on enough about advance they did they did AutoZone hands down they were Johnny on the spot with information showed me what I needed even told me of some aftermarket ideas and I was able to make my own tail light out of what they gave me kudos to advance Auto and all them employees they need a raise

Not enough employees. Always have to wait. They do not like to go outside to the vehicle to verify part/problem. They offer check engine light testing but seem inconvenienced when asked to write down or explain/decipher codes.

5 STARS! I was on a road trip from CT to NC, my car was not running right, (Nissan 200 SX) so I stopped here Monday 6/6/11 and bought a Rotor, Distributor Cap, and fuel filter, and changed them later in the day south of Roanoke VA. These guys had what I needed when I needed it, and that's great. Thank you!

The organization is horrible! When a part is ordered and we come in to pick up they can never find it and we leave empty handed even when the system says in store. Most if not all employees spoken to have no idea what they re talking about. Going to stick with the inwood location.

Needed to get a part for my car and the gentleman I spoke to today was very helpful better than the other places like AutoZone I will deathly come back to Advance auto more and more

Always nice. I only would like there to be a top restorer for convertibles or jeeps. They often unfog clear areas and restore and protect the top.
