The crew at Johnny's Garage were skilled and extremely polite when I came in without an appointment for a punctured tire on a Saturday morning! My tire was patched within 20 minutes of my arrival and they really saved me a full day of skiing at Snowshoe in addition to any difficulty in getting out of town after a weekend of skiing. Super grateful for these fine folks!

This was the best car service I have ever had. Because of the sloppy, carless work of my previous garage I had no heat and no air conditioning. In less than five minutes Johnny found the source of the problem and fixed it. God Bless this man. He has returned my faith in the car repair business.

If zero stars were an option that would be my rating. I dont believe I personally dealt with Johnny himself but I was treated so poorly by his staff after I locked my keys in my car. I called for assistance and his reply was "The last time I had to come there I didnt get paid" (referring to a past encounter). I understand the frustration but dont treat me that way because you had been burned in the past. The man on the phone also didnt want me at the vehicle while he was working. Which I thought was sketchy.Then I was charged 150 dollars for a job that took 2 seconds. When the tow truck did get to me the first words spoken to me were "walk faster you're cutting into my dinner time". If I wasnt desperate I would never use Johnnys service again.

Johnny and Brenda were great! We slid into a sign at Snowshoe and they came and towed us off the mountain. They fixed our tie rod quickly so we were able to drive back to NC. Highly recommend!

Honest and hard working. Johnnys garage had me back on the road quickly and didnt charge me an arm and a leg. I trust this garage more than any in the state.

they refused to even mount and balance my tire, lol i thought thats what they did there apparently not, ill never go back there again.
