Of not fault of theirs, my glass has been discontinued. Even so he gave me every piece of information I needed to get it and even still offered to install once I found my glass. Not to mention he even communicated with me while he was off work! You just don't find that kind of service anymore! Should I EVER need glass help again I will go no further than here! I wish I could give them 10 stars!!

Carl did such an amazing job! I had called so many places looking for a windshield and when I spoke with him he wasn't sure he had one either but he took my information anyway and was back with me in warp speed because he did have one. Carl installed it beautifully. It was something my daughter & I had been waiting on for some time and we love it! 5 star service all the way! Thanks so much, Carl!

Got a new windshield today. Carl the tech did everything he could to help get one fast! He was on time, polite, and professional. The instal was very fast. The price was HALF what the national company charges. This company rocks! Thank you!

Carl is a true professional at what he does, not only mechanically but as a person. He went way above and beyond what he had to do. He is especially thoughtful of people with disabilities and he has a customer for life. The price was excellent and the service even better, Thank you Carl and thank you for understanding what a person needs.

UPDATE: 06/24/2022Mountaineer Auto Glass is definitely a top notch company. I just had my second windshield replaced and received prompt, professional service that was well below the competitions price. If you can't get ahold of them on the phone, shoot them a text; the cell phone number is in their voicemail greeting.Very friendly and prompt service. I called Safelite and they quoted $330 to replace my windshield. Mountaineer Auto Glass did the work for $200. I highly recommend them!!

Called Mountaineer Auto Glass after being told by Safelite Auto glass shop in Beckley that if they cracked my windshield, it would be my fault and I would need to replace which they stated would be $800 plus? Mountaineer stayed actual cost from them if had to replace my windshield was about $350. Safelite is a scam!! Glad I didn't use them!
