AWESOME. Rick's Tire is Top Notch for all your vehicles maintenance needs from a simple state inspection sticker, oil changes, brakes to the more complex jobs that you might need like wheel alignment, transmission services. If it's something your vehicle needs they will get it done. Rick, Aaron and Woody are really great with the customers. Always keeping you updated on your vehicle, shooting it straight and not beating around the bush. The waiting area is great, comfortable seats, TV, vending machines, and area for your small kids. They are easily to find and conveniently located along Route 10 between McDonald's and Fat Jack's restaurants right beside of Walgreens. Thanks for all the service on my vehicle, the school vans and church van.

I do most of my own work. There are very few mechanics I trust to work on my cars. Rick isn't perfect, but his team gets the job done. I recently trusted him with a transmission replacement. The battery was dead (switch left on), the battery strap was loose (I hope the transmission bolts are tight) and my seat had a new tear (already worn), but the transmission, driveshaft & clutch kit got installed and seem to be working. Believe it or not the last guy I had do a transmission (Auto Doctor) botched the job. I always take my cars to Rick for state inspections. He inspects every bulb. He runs a clean & friendly business. I'll definitely be a return customer.

Extra good service. Took my mother s car in for new tires and living out of town couldn t pick it back up. Rick s tire service delivered the car back to my mom to help us out. Going the extra mile. Thank you.

We were on a mission trip serving the homeless in Logan, WV with a group of middle schoolers from our church back in NJ. One of our rental vans was having an issue with the caliper. Of course, this happened the night before we were to head home early the next morning. We arrived at Rick's an hour before closing. They were swamped. They told us if we were ok to wait until they finished all their current customers, they would be happy to take a look and see what they could do. They anticipated that it could be a major issue causing us to not be able to drive the van.After a short 20 minute wait on the soft leather couches in their waiting room, the tech came in with great news. He said the pin in the caliper was just temporarily getting stuck. Nothing needed to be replaced, just a quick greasing and it wouldn't be an issue on our ride home. He went ahead and greased it before even asking as it was a simple fix. He checked the other four tires to make sure it wasn't happening on them as well.When we went to check out and pay for the services, the owner came out and shook our hand thanking us for coming to serve in their community. He was blown away that we had a group of middle school students taking the time out of their summer to come serve those in need. No payment needed. It was his way to give back to the those serving his community.Later we were talking with someone in the community, and they had nothing but nice things to say about the owners and staff at Rick's.I now know why they were swamped. Good people doing good work.Thank you again for helping to get our team home.

Awesome amazing group of employees. Friendly service, couldn't ask for anything better. Treated you like family, even let me bring in my dogs, no questions asked. Clean bathrooms and lobby. Clean kids area with toys and TV to keep the little ones entertained. Snack and soda machines available.

My cars rpms have been locking up, so I took my car to Rick s Tire. They said they test drove it didn t say if they put it on a computer which I prefer. Today makes a week that they ve had it.Wanted to charge $800+ for spark plugs to be changed and said they still didn t know if it would fix the issue. Sorry, I ll be taking my business elsewhere because I can get it done more cost effectively and maybe even efficiently. I m not trying to be mean, I m just really unimpressed and have been without my car for a week now

Rick and his staff are great. They have always taken care of all of our vehicles. We are very satisfied and will continue to go there. I Love Rick and Diane. They are great friends. I never have to worry that they won't take care of us.

:( Put a car in the shop that was broke down for two years, took it to them and only thing wrong was a battery, two days later it blew up, now I have to pay 190.60 for a broke down car.

What a fantastic experience. I'm 5 hours from home and blew a tire on my atv. Rick's took me in from a phone call and as busy as it was had me out the door ready to go in an hour.Made new friends for sure. Highly reccomendService: Tires

They're great. Had blown tire on 34 foot goose neck trailer and they even came out and changed it in the rain. Thanks for the help getting us back on the rd for our vacation.

Local tire and auto repair shop has dedicated and friendly service. They get to know you by name. The desk staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Had a few problems that they worked with fairly and aggressively. They make it right. More modern and cleaner shops in town but none more friendly and none that can give service this great.

I went here for a simple flat tire replacement. After years of doing all my vehicles maintenance I can safely say this is the first time I've had to take a car back to get fixed correctly after they did a poor job the first time. They didn't bother to make sure the valve wasn't leaking before they told me it we fixed, causing me to have to change back to my spare on 119 with cars going by. In total I spent from 930am to 4pm for them to get the job done. I can confidently say they do not have a clue what they are doing. After all this they then charged me $65 for a sensor replacement that the joker that spent 6 hours replacing one tire probably broke. I would highly recommend ANY other place to service your vehicle. Forgot to mention when I got to somewhere i was familiar with the next day they had put the tire on a rim all bent to hell rather than telling me so I could buy something cheap to get back 300 miles home.

On Saturday, Aug 25th, 2018 we were travelling from Cincinnati Ohio to Gilbert, WV. We blew out a tire on our rv and really needed an new tire. We were about 10 minutes outside of Logan and it was 5 til 5pm and that's when they closed. We called them while we were on the road and they were more than willing to stay open and help us out. When we got there, they comperely took care of us and were super friendly and helpful. If ever passing through there again we will stop in and say hi. So so grateful for their kindness!
