Cannot say enough excellent things about Joseph and his crew! When we thought we needed a side by side tow, Joseph brought the tools we needed and fixed us right up to finish out the trails!

Was a extra long trip to the hatfiels mccoy trails, few hiccups along the way. It was very late night when we blew a tire. Answered the phone right away and came in super late on a Sunday night to get us back on the road. Very well priced, extremely fast considering the time of night. Also has a really cool fat cat

While out riding the trails with my grandson my side by side stalled out and lost all power. Didnt have an updated map and was on a trail I hadn't been on before. They showed up were very patient in trying to find us and got us on our way. Even showed us where we were on the trails and how to get back to a trail I knew. If I ever need a tow while in Logan I know who to call. The gentleman who showed up was super friendly and knowledgeable. Can't thank him enough. 5 star all the way.

Great company!! I fell asleep coming home from work one morning around 1/2 mile from my house, if that. I rolled my truck over and they showed up within minutes after I wrecked. They were able to flip my truck back over without doing anymore damage to it. Now thanks to their professionalism I may be able to fix it up, if I don t find another, and still be able to drive it. I would highly recommend Premium Towing to anyone and everyone!! Great service and even better people!! I can t say enough great things about these guys. I m from out of town and totaled a four wheeler on a Hatfield McCoy trail and these guys went up and towed it out for an incredibly reasonable price. They were extremely professional, honest, kind, timely, and beyond helpful. Would highly recommend using them if you re anywhere near here!Service: Special vehicle towing

Was there ahead of schedule and was no hassle took care of the drop off for me and everything I needed. Good not asked for better deal on the matter. Let me preface this by saying I travel 7 different states for work. I meet a lot of different people in my line of work. Some good some bad, and then every once in a while I meet someone special. Someone who stands out. Last night my alternator went out on a busy highway so naturally I called AAA. After waiting one and a half hours in a not great neighborhood I was told by AAA that they wouldn t be able to provide me with a tow. Frustrated and desperate I flagged down a sheriff. I asked him if there was a towing company he could call. He said he had the name and number of a guy they all use. I called him and he showed up a few moments later. My family used to own a wrecker business years ago so I m familiar with how things work. I figured I would get one of the employees of the company, but I did not. I got the son of the founder of this company. He towed my car to my hotel, and on the way we talked about life, morality, community involvement, and the legacy a man leaves. I size people up for a living, it s part of my job. After talking to him for a few minutes I realized this was a man of integrity, a high quality human who was trying and phenomenally succeeding at continuing the legacy that his father started in the 90 s. This towing company is a cut above the rest, matter of fact I would rate them higher than the company we owned ourselves. He displayed a level of compassion and professionalism that you would not expect from this industry. If you are in need for any service that Premium Towing offers you would be wrong to call anyone else. I cannot recommend Joeseph Elliot and Premium towing more highly. Joeseph, if you read this; know that I believe your father would be very proud of the job you re doing and the legacy you are continuing.Service: Car towing

I'm late on this review so I do apologise, however, I wanna send a big THANK YOU to Jesse & the Premium Towing team for coming to my rescue on one of my worst days.I had turned up a wrong street by old Central Jr high due to utility work, but I turned a little too soon & found myself rocking in my Buick Rainer off the hill on passenger side. I was completely legal at that time but broke. I truly thot, as 2 officers call the towing company, that I was about to lose my ride!!!They did the complete opposite and I told Jesse & the 2 cops to try whatever, I wouldn't hold them liable for trying to help ya know!They got my ride out of there AT NO CHARGE & NO TICKETS!!! Y'ALL just don't know how grateful I truly am for all of u that day, so THANK YOU & I would most definitely recommend Premium Towing to everyone, they aren't just trying to make a buck, they actually r out to help you out, just like his daddy use to do...What a way tocarry on that family tradition in a small town

During the snowpocalypse today, I unfortunately slid off the road into a guardrail. Premium towing passed by and offered to pull me out. These guys were quick, professional, helpful, and friendly. After getting my car back on the road and preparing to pay them, the owner told me not to worry about payment and it was on the house. He understood the severity of the weather situation and simply told me to stay safe the rest of the way home. I would recommend these guys for any of your towing needs. We were in a bit of a predicament and was recommended to call this guy by a business that was no longer operating. Although he couldn't get us out due to his one rig being broke down at the moment, he went above and beyond what was expected of him to try and help us. He called every competitor he could think of and brought his other rig (2 wheel drive...we needed a 4 wheel drive rig for our predicament) and driver from many miles away and stayed with us for hours trying to figure something out. Even after he spent so much time and used many resources, he refused to charge us anything because he couldn't help us. You don't find too many people like that these days. There are still good people out there and Joseph from Premium Towing is one to look up if you're in the area and in need! Thank you!

Today I had to use Premium Towing because I cut a corner too soon and almost rolled my car. My car was teetering on the edge of the road and ready to flip. The men from Premium Towing showed up promptly and assessed the car and placement. They were very professional and explained to me what they needed to do. They had it back on the road quickly and even test drove my car to make sure there weren t damages that would make it dangerous to drive. These guys came to our rescue when we got ourselves in a bind. Quick and very professional. They recovered our machines safely, without damage and brought them to us! Anyone visiting the HMT trails or in the area at all needing some assistance, Premium is who you need to call! These folks take care of those who serve the community. Worst possible experience! My girlfriend called & they told her they would be there in 30 minutes. They NEVER showed up, NEVER called, or NEVER answered any of our calls. We called Mr. Vee s towing & they were less expensive, did EXACTLY what they said they would do in a very timely manner. Would NEVER EVER call Premium Towing again for any reason.Service: Special vehicle towing

I previously left a one star rating, I don't even know how that happened. I apologize to Premium Towing, because they have always been the best tow service around. I really, really would recommend them to anyone. They have earned their 5 stars. The previous rating was an error or accident or just me falling asleep with Google maps on. Again I'm very sorry.
