Me my wife and 4 kids (7-11months) were routed wrongly on our gps, stuck in a rut on a mountain with 1 bar of service for over 9 hours. He looked for hours til he found us and made sure we got back on the road safely. I can't express how grateful we are to have had him as our tow man. Super professional, curtious, kind and above all just a great genuine person. Please call them for any and all tow needs, he will find you and get you home safely! Truly believed God sent him just for us!!!

I ve driven Rt 10 for over 13 years and always wondered what I would do if my car broke down there. Well, it did today (after hours). I tried calling several towing companies without success until I called Gaylock s. Paul picked up, was very helpful, and called one of his drivers, Chris Childers. Even though he was heading home for the day, Chris agreed to drive me from Chapmanville to Huntington. He was very respectful and professional. We broke a couple of leaf spring shackles on our 5th wheel while leaving Gilbert, West Virginia. After calling 21 different repair shops we inadvertently called Paul. He told us to check for the parts at TSC and very kindly had his guys do the install for us! We live in Canada and are so grateful to these amazing guys for getting us back on the road

So thankful for Gaylock's they have helped me out so many times over the years. They've come to save me all hours I've locked my keys up too many times they show up so quickly even when I just need them to drop my vehicle off at the shop. Super nice guys and he accepts AAA.

This is definately the best servicer when it comes to towing and being professional. They were extraordinary to do business with! I give them 100 for a great job! The guy named Paul called me and was already in the process of completing the tow. They steal your belongings out of your car and hold your things hostage. If they find things in your car they charge you for it like 100$ they shouldn't be going through people's car any way.
