in Mingo and Logan County wv they are the only people that can balance a sports bike tire. Most other shops just line up the dots with the valve stem.

Took my wife s expedition in to have four new tires and alignment performed .. they mount and balance the tires and get the alignment done but the steering wheel is way off center .. I instantly take it back and they attempt to fix it only to find one of the brand new tires has a cut sidewall that wasn t noticed while being mounted and balanced .. so they remount one of the old tires and try to straighten the steering wheel issue but it s still off a bit .. I really believe they damaged the tire but denied responsibility so now I ll be purchasing a new 300$ tire and taking my business elsewhere.. very disappointed and frustrated with my experience at emsServices: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

Seems more like a who you know kinda place. They want to appear professional but if someone they know comes in they stop talking to the customer in line and start serving their friends and then put a rush on things in the back to get them in and out fast with no thought to the paying customers who had arrived first for the same things.

These guys do good work pressing bearings and installing transmissions, but I had a problem with their exhaust work and their AC diagnostics. The lady at the counter seems to have a permanent scowl, but the guys are friendly. I take my exhaust work to Topping's Exhaust.

It s been a good 3 days and they haven t even started on my truck I was told today that the part was going to be in tomorrow even though they said yesterday that they were picking it up and would have it done within 8 hours along with me being in from Georgia and having to be back to work tomorrow

This qas at one time a great place to get TIRES at a good price and have your car worked on . Now it's just to pricey and not the same place it wants was.

Terrible. Extremely slow. Waited over 2 hrs for them to tell me my tire couldn't be patched. Went couple miles down the road and had it patched!!! Will never be back.
