Of all Walmart automotive centers I must give this one a great rating. Occasionally, such as during Black Friday sales, etc they do get extremely busy and longer wait times but that's expected. They have went above and beyond for me personally, a courtesy of waiting for me beyond closing time as they knew I was on my way, driving on a donut spare since I live 20 miles from town so I would have safety ensured. That's service above and beyond where other places may fall short. Friendly and knowledgeable staff!

In November I had a miserable experience attempting to buy tires at this location. I showed up and got a quote on tires for my Ford Escape, was told it would take about an hour, and went into the store to get a few things. An hour later I came back to the tire center and asked about my car. The girl behind the counter said she did not have an order to put tires on my car. She went out to the garage and talked to a couple of the employees and came back and told me that my order had been canceled. Obviously this confused and concerned me. After checking around it turned out that someone else had intended go cancel their order and they had accidentally canceled mine. I asked them to please put my order through again and put on my tires. The counter girl said they would do that, and I went out to kill another hour. When I came back the counter girl told me they still hadn t started on my car and they weren t quite sure where it was. I went out and found my car and came back in and told her it was parked behind the service bays. I sat and waited for yet another hour while people who had come in after me paid for their service and left. Another potential customer who was having similar problems was on her cell phone, informing family that she was still waiting to figure out when and if she would get tires. When I complained the counter girl said she would ask about the hold-up. She went out and talked to the one older service center employee who did appear to be working. He became upset (I think justifiably) and waved toward the idle young employees, complaining that he couldn t get anything out of them and that they re all dumber than rocks (a summation I would have to judge as accurate). At this point I asked them to actually cancel my order. I drove to the Mr Tire on 219 north, where I paid much more for tires, but I feel confident of their quality and they were installed quickly and correctly. As I was paying I related my experience at Walmart to the Mr Tire employee. He laughed and said that he hears accounts of this kind of thing at Walmart quite frequently. When I was leaving, the woman I d seen at Walmart on her cell phone was coming in. We said hello and we each commented about how we wished we had come to Mr Tire to begin with.

Service has always been well. I didn t have an issue with my back camera not working once I got my car back but I contacted the auto center and they were more than willing to fix it!

Had an appointment for 8am to get 4 tires changed, was told it would take an hour. Car was finally ready at 11 and when I came to pick it up they decided to charge me $40 for a warranty without my consent. And now they have wasted 30 minutes of my time removing that warranty. I would avoid coming here unless you have no other options.

I had an oil change here last year and they showed me a stripped lug bolt on the wheel, they blamed it on whoever put the brakes on last. I went back last month for another oil change and tire rotation and three days later I have a flat tire due to a busted valve stem. I've learned my lesson and won't be coming back.

I got 4 new tires and the people who helped me where great they made sure i knew exactly what was up with my vehicle great people should have more garages that actually care and Elly is the best if she ever leaves watch out walmart she is ur best employee

The were delightful. They worked me in for tires. They were quick, respectful, and I would highly reccomend them to anyone needing fast, immediate service.

Had a flat tire on my truck, so I went in to see if they had my tire size. They did not, so I placed an order for my tire and they said it would be here in a couple days and that they would notify me when it came in. They did not. Four days later, I called and they said they had left a message saying my tire was here, which they did not. I ask if my tire is still there and if I can come pick it up, and he says, We sent your tire back because no one came to pick it up. Only go here if you enjoy wasting your time.

8-31-2021 - Had two tires put on that I had ordered from them online. I wasn't there 30 minutes and they had them on and had my tires rotated. The only thing they didn't do that I ask is my tires have wheel sensors for pressure and I asked them to take them out because these rims came off my other car. They did not do so.

Got quick oil change in my F150. Too bad it takes 6qts and the jugs are only 5qts.

I'm not a fan, they've done alot of things for me in the past but I stopped going to them once I found out I was being over charged for some things and money in my car was being stolen. I go to Factory Tire in Ronceverte WV now instead. Most times they don't do oil changes correctly and always leave you a quart low. Do not recommend

Arrived at 1030am to get 2 tires replaced. Cashier told me there were just 2 people in front of me and it wouldnt take long. I asked would it be done before 1pm. His response was "oh yes, long before 1". Shopped around some. Came back at 1230pm and asked about vehicle. Was told it still wasnt ready. Sat for 15 min. Another cashier came in and asked girl sitting next to me her info and proceeded to check on her vehicle while completely ignoring me. He tells person next to me that her vehicle wasnt ready but it shouldnt be much longer. And then walks away. The next mechanic that came in, I asked him about my vehicle. He looked and my car had been ready since 1245. No one called my name or anything to tell me though. Checked out quickly.

"Service writer " told me they could plug my tire and when we asked how long she said " oh it won't take long" 1.5 hrs later they finally pulled my car in just to tell me i needed a new tire because the hole was too close to rhe edge for their patches. I took it to a legit shop and they plugged it up in like 15 minutes. Thanks for nothing.....again Walmart

They get one star only because I had to put one. After calling and asking about tires they confirmed they have them. So I drive there and low and behold they don't have them now. Only have one. They don't the exact same thing 2 weeks ago to my sister. So needless to say I will not buy anything else from them. This is a total scam to get people to come in and then offer them a more expensive tire. Of course you offer a more expensive item. What a joke Wal Mart.

They put my tires on and tore up the edges of my rims, because they were being lazy and not taking their time or using the proper tire pry tools. Never will use them again. That's what I get for using Lewisburg WV walmart .

Had a tire problem following a Jeep event in the Lewisburg area. They worked me into the schedule with minimal wait time and since the fix was easy they never even charged me for the work. Great group of staff.

Only adding one star bc I have to. We pulled up and were told to park the car and go inside to the office to pay. We came in to be told we paid at the end. We wasted an hour shopping w/ toddler twins only to come back and find nothing had been done-in fact they said they didn't have our name, so nothing was even going to be done. We had to wait for the others to be done before ours was touched. Don't go here if you can avoid it! Waste of my time!

Took my truck to get a oil change and it took them two hours to change in mind you I saw my truck sitting in the shop for a hour and half of that two but after they got done I checked the oil in it and it was a quart low and I went and got one of them and showed him and he argued with me over it and told me to go home and let it sit over night then check it again I just grinned at the idiot and said okay. Never again Walmart tire and lube lost my business.

Great store to shop for everything. Walmart has it all. Always has a nice environment when I go shopping and ver6 friendly for customer service! I highly recommend shopping there.

Bring our truck every couple months for oil change. This past we ended up pulling our fender off of the front tire they hit something and left us the mess

Every time I go to get tires or an oil change they tell me it will be a 3 to 5 hr wait .... ridiculous.....the employees at the tire center move like sloths
