I can not say enough good things about Chris and Randy at Open Road RV. We were in a bind with our side patio for our camper 2021 Jayco Seismic and without hesitation they agreed to help out. This is a top notch place with top notch customer service! Thank you SO much Chris and Randy!

We are a family of 4 on month 12 of a year-long RV trip across the country. The toilet finally gave out after all this time. Jamie Harvey hooked us up with all the parts necessary to get the job done and get back on the road home. 5 stars and highly recommended. Love that shop and could spend hours there!

I am so thankful for Open Road RV and Trailer Service. We are on a long trip and one of our wheel bearings on our 40 ft camper went while we were traveling through Virginia. They were able to come out and replace the brakes and wheel bearing. The owner and his coworker were super nice and very knowledgeable. The high quality of service was provided at a very reasonable price. I cannot recommend Open Road RV and Trailer Service enough. Thanks again for helping my family and I continue on our journey.Services: Tires, Brakes

This place could be REALLY nice!The Starbucks Has 2 people manning it and a line almost out the building! People waite in line for 25- 35 minutes to be served!The inside is Beautiful! The prices for WHAT ACTUALLY IS Open are ASTRONOMICAL!!The Rest Rooms are Clean and efficient. NICE FOR A QUICK POTTY STOP, BUT /he services SUCK

Our furnace stopped working and it was 14 degrees overnight. Stopped by the shop and they came out to our RV with-in a half hour. They had to return to the shop to find the part needed but again come back promptly and fixed it quickly.Thank you for quick prompt service. Friendly serviceman included.

Helped me with a rv toilet part. I was going to buy the wrong part online - these guys saved me time, money, frustration! Knowledgeable, friendly, and they know their stuff. Highly recommend!

Chris at Loudermilk is top notch. He was on time, corrected the issue and when their was a possibility of still having a problem, he came back directly to make sure everything was correct. I will use him again when needed for sure.

Great people we was at the fair in Lewisburg the AC quit working on our rv. We called and talked to the owner he was there in 20 minutes and fixed it very reasonable price i would recommend them to anyone
