I have purchased several vehicles from Greenbrier Motors and have always had a wonderful experience. The sales team are great to work with and fair. I also get my vehicles serviced there and the parts and service team is also great to work with. I would highly recommend giving them a visit the next time you are in the market for a car. They can also sell cars from all of their different lots and various brands. The pic is of my latest purchase back in 2022, a new RAM 1500 Laramie Sport. I absolutely love this truck!

Our sales person went above and beyond to make the purchase of our vehicle possible. The way the staff works together from one location to the next to make purchases go smoothly is refreshing. This company made the car buying experience enjoyable because of their belief in honoring integrity, community, and honesty.

Greenbrier Motors is wonderful to work with. We have both bought and sold vehicles with them and every transaction was great. A huge part of the process that made it so easy as well as enjoyable (as fun as car buying/selling can be) is sales representative, Kenny Long. His knowledge and humor make things easier as well as fun. He is great! Everyone we have worked with has been very accommodating. We would highly recommend Greenbrier Motors to anyone in the market to buy, sell, or trade a vehicle.

I traded for my Jeep in October of 2022. I absolutely love it. The salesman was professional but not pushy. Anytime you go in to talk personally to someone or call on the phone, you are made to feel important and that your business matters. I was promised some additional service that is now being promptly taken care of even though it has been over a year. I will return to them again should I need another vehicle.

They completely got me out of my negative equity, a good interest rate, and a brand new BEAUTIFUL jeep!!! It s exactly what I wanted and everything I wanted. I m happy I gave these guys another chance; I ll be back for all of my future vehicles.

This is the best place to go to get a vehicle. These guys take care of you. I ve never been to a dealership where I get offered a part of my Salesman lunch or take-home food from one of the other Salesman. They re all a great group of guys. Could not ask for better customer service.

Kalea and the whole sales and finance team did a wonderful job taking care of me during my recent truck purchase. I recently purchased a Jeep from Greenbrier. I came from Virginia to do so because the inventory and communication was by far better than anything in my area. The salesperson I worked with, Kenny Long was knowledgable and made the process exceptionally easy. He also worked around my schedule. I have two dogs and he went as far as to show me where ventilation was in the back of my new suv before I left the lot. In the past the process of buying a car was intimidating and I'd often take someone with me. As a woman shopping alone without an extensive knowledge of suvs, I felt my preferences were heard. I was exceptionally happy. I would recommend for anyone.

Kenny Long was my salesman. I can not say enough about how well he treated my family and me. I live in Ohio, was headed to Virginia Beach for a family vacation. Long story short, my truck decided it was done pulling our 43ft camper and our vacation was about to end before it really started. I called looking for a truck, Kenny assured me he had the perfect one for me. He also told me on the phone that he'd do anything he could to help me get back on the road. Kenny did just that! He bought my kids drinks and offered to buy our lunch before we even struck a deal on the truck. Fastest purchase of a vehicle I have ever made. Kenny has called multiple times now just to check on everything and see if there is anything else he could do. Thanks for everything that you and your dealership did for us!

Greenbrier Motor Company is a great dealership. We had a great buying experience. Kenny Long, our salesman was very knowledgeable about the Dodge Ram 1500 that my husband and I purchased. He took the time to give a detailed explanation and show us how to use the truck's equipment features. Kenny is a very friendly and courteous salesman. He is one of the better salesman we have dealt with over the years. The purchase of our truck was not a very complicated process. The paperwork was explained to us in detail. I would purchase a vehicle from Greenbrier Motor Company again. Our six cyclinder Ram has great performance and provides a comfortable ride. The truck is used daily either for for hauling or transportation. We are very satisfied with our Ram.

I told Kenny our needs and our budget, before long I was driving our new Jeep home to my wife for her anniversary present. We have shopped around many times for vehicles - Greenbrier is somewhere we will always check FIRST before purchasing again. All staff was kind and attentive, but also professional and honest. We have now purchased two vehicles from Greenbrier in the last year with Kenny Long as our salesman. We cannot say enough about him or Greenbrier Motors. He honestly went above and beyond to make sure we got the vehicle we were looking for!

I had an amazing and super easy experience working with Hannah Fleshman! I purchased my first car from out of state and she made it very easy to ensure I knew everything I needed to know and guided me through the entire process! Very impressed and I definitely recommend!

Kenny was wonderful to deal with. I was specific about what I wanted and he was able to get everything on my new Ram 3500. There was a few little issues and the service center was able to correct everything. A big thanks to everyone there.

Hands down the best experience I have ever had in buying a vehicle. Josh Laxton was a pleasure to deal with and I felt he treated my wife Misty and I with the upmost hospitality and professional service out there. He helped us look for what we needed and never once tried to push a certain vehicle over another at us which is rare. We will be repeat customers for life!

They could definitely improve in customer service and learning to speak to the customer appropriately. It would also benefit them to worry more about taking care of the issue and concerns instead of worrying more about making a dollar off the customer. I have given them 3 chances in the last 12 years and it's always the same. This last time I took a car to be fixed that I bought broken and was charged even though it was still under warranty. I also drove in with no lights in the dash on and left with the check engine light and auto start/stop light on. Something that wasn't even related to what I brought it in to be fixed. I am now getting the run around, am out money I shouldn't of had to pay, and my car is in worse shape than when I originally brought it in. I'll from now on gladly drive the distance to not deal locally.

Greenbrier Motors is a fantastic dealership. They were all very helpful and courteous with my purchase of a new Jeep Gladiator. Especially my salesman Justin. All the folks were friendly and very attentive to my needs and worked hard to find the right vehicle along with the right trade-in value to come up with a deal I was comfortable with. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal on a new Jeep.

Kenny Long is a great salesman!!! He is very polite and answers any questions I have. Greenbrier Motors stands by their word, if you have an issue they do everything they can to resolve the problem. Greenbrier Motors is about customer service and satisfaction. I have purchased my last 4 vehicles from them and have been very happy with them. I live 3 hours away and was able to do everything over the phone. They also delivered my vehicle to my home.

Kenny Long is the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He is an amazing man, not pushy, listens to your need and wants and goes above and beyond to make thing happen. The entire car buying process was a pleasure dealing with everyone at Greenbrier motors. You cant go wrong at this place. Great job and thank you all for all you do! I will never go anywhere else for my vehicle needs.
