Salesman Sam B. Was extremely helpful and patient as I took my time deciding on what I was wanting to buy. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I chose to buy which made it a truly enjoyable buying experience.Finance Manager Angel G. explained every bit of my loan in detail and was so kind and polite which made me feel comfortable with my purchase.

Pleasantly satisfied and surprised. Drawing from past experiences in buying a vehicle, where the sales person parades beween the manager and me several times (for hours) to "get" me the best price was not an event that I was looking forward to. And then --the upsell portion of the transaction!! I was dreading the day that I had to look, test, finance, and buy a new car.However, Julie Samples and Greenbrier Ford took away the pain. Julie was very knowledgeable, experienced, and knew their inventory. She found a car to suit our needs and budget, and did all the work. The whole process was streamlined and Julie was very customer oriented. We are very pleased and would highly recommend Julie Samples, Greenbrier Ford / Automotive Group.

Julie Samples is awesome!We dropped by the Greenbrier Ford location in Lewisburg, WV on Saturday (6/17) looking for a late-model Ford F-150. We were greeted by Julie Samples and she took us on a tour of their inventory. We learned that Julie owns an F-150 so she is extremely knowledgeable on the F-150 product line and their options.Although we were unable to find an F-150 with a V8 and leather seats, Julie employed her search skills in the dealer network and found a 2023 that met our exact needs. Julie located the F-150 faster than you can say "squirrel." The dealership where she found our F-150 was about 180 miles from Lewisburg, so they picked it up for us on Monday. Our new F-150 was ready for delivery the next day.Greenbrier Ford provided us with a very positive "no hassle" buying experience and their sales representative Julie Samples is very friendly and knowledgeable.We highly-recommend Greenbrier Ford!

Went into this location to ask advice on a issue I was having with my Ford. I was in town working and wanted direction on troubleshooting my key fob not working properly after having a new battery installed earlier that day. I had a good idea of what caused it and communicated the backstory that lead up to me having to seek advice. I went to the Service Professionals cause thats what they advertise on there website. They quickly concluded my issue wasn t due to the battery being replaced and suggested I buy a new battery for the key fob and that would solve the issue. I didn t totally agree but they re the professionals, right. I changed the battery out in the key fob and still not work. I informed them it didn t solve the issue and there was no concern or customer service practiced. I left and soon after fixed the issue myself and they missed a opportunity to learn something new.The service guys talked to me like I was a teenager pumping gas for the first time. To whoever this may help, The battery being replaced disabled the MyKey unlock/lock option. I abled it by the steering wheel controls. I guarantee they would have waited on me hand and foot if I was wanting to purchase a vehicle. Professionals?

Absolutely pleased! I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted in a new vehicle, but Julie Samples was awesome! She spent most of the day showing me various vehicles, listing pros and cons for each one. Julie made sure I was completely sure of my vehicle choice, and totally satisfied with my decision. She was professional, cheerful, and showed great patience with me. I would highly recommend her to anyone in search of a new vehicle.

I ve tried with Greenbrier Ford a few times in the past and just couldn t work something out with them until I met Sam!! He made sure I was leaving with a vehicle that day and actually the one I wanted! He didn t make me feel bad for saying no to things I was uncomfortable with during the purchase but instead made sure I knew what I was getting myself into and making sure I was happy. I would recommend that you visit their location and get acquainted with the staff when you are looking for a new or used vehicle purchase.

I picked up my car on Saturday March 12 and when I got there the battery was dead and it was missing parts that were not original missing when I had it flatbeded to the dealership. It was missing a triangle panel by the driver's side mirror and the panel that runs along the bottom of the driver's side door and rear door. I paid over $1200 to have the transmission module replaced and got back a car with missing parts that had nothing to do with the work done. The young sales man who jumped started my battery was also very rude and flippant. I would not recommend this dealership for any service.

Steering went out over Memorial Day weekend. I used the drop box and left my car. They call 15 minutes after they opened for business and got to working fast. I know Ford vehicle rarely brake down. But when they do, the service departments are fast to fix the issue. Thanks for being so prompt. Go Ford!

Got a recall on vehicle twice now, both times they ask questions about the vehicle are you hearing noise from your vehicle, are you having any issues or problems, etc. I ask why do I get recall notices if I the customer have to be a mechanic and determine if I have a problem with my transmission. I sure hope nothing happens. I think Car dealerships in general don t care about customer service or satisfaction only dollars. I definitely won t be a repeat customer.

I have less than 500 miles left on my warranty and my engine light has come on. (Mind you within 3 months of having our 2018 Focus the engine blew up.) I call explaining my situation the soonest appointment I can get is 9 days away. I drive to doctors appointments for treatments every other day. My warranty would be over long before then. Please do NOT buy a vehicle from this place. They don't do anything to ensure you are treated the way you should be treated.

They kept replacing unnecessary parts because they couldn t figure out the problem. They made me pay for parts that were incorrect. They refused to put on a new aftermarket part even though ford no longer made the part. They put a used part on instead. They took 2 weeks to get it fixed because of waiting on incorrect parts. They also left a sensor unplugged.

Would not recommend their service department, I've been in a constant battle with this "department" regarding a transmission they had supposedly fixed. When it comes to warranty work, they'll skimp you and leave you hanging out to dry to fit the bill for ACTUALLY fixing the work when the warranty has expired.Oh, and they'll tell you the warranty is supposed to be (for example) 2-year, unlimited miles but when you call about the warranty needing to be reinstated for continued issues they'll say "I'm not sure where you heard it was that long, but it's a one-year 12,000 mile warranty" and won't offer any remedy to help you. 10/10 would not recommend anything from this shady group of salesmen/women and servicemen/women.

I went into you have an EGR valve replacement for a recall. It took some time to get the part but once the dealership received the part they were on top of scheduling me. They actually gave me a loaner car so I would not have to wait. Although my vehicle was not ready the same day as we had hoped when it was ready the next day instead of me having to drive back an hour to them they actually bought my vehicle to me. Communication was great service wonderful and look forward to using them as my dealership in the future.

Sam Bevins was our salesman, he was very helpful and friendly, the finance guy was friendly, helped out a lot, and goodness, couldn t beat the deal, the warranty was amazing. If you re looking for a vehicle, this is the place to go!

Overall Amazing experience from beginning to end. Julie Samples was a pleasure to work with and made the process super simple. They started the paperwork, delivered the vehicle to Beckley, and I finished signing with keys in hand all in a matter of hours. Very prompt and amazing service from beginning to end, and we got a great deal on the truck. I highly recommend them!

I bought my first ever car through Ford with Julie Samples. She's always treated my family right and never steered us wrong. She's an absolute sweetheart who put me in my first brand new car and explained everything to me before I signed my name. She's thorough and she makes it personal with each client she has. Wow...Simply wow!!! In this world of fast pace work, profits above everything, it is rare to find true customer service anymore. I'm here to tell you that it is alive and well at Greenbrier Ford. Without a doubt the very best customer service that I have EVER had at ANY establishment at ANY time in my LIFE!!! From Grant the owner and all the way through the ranks, every single person that I came in contact with was amazingly kind and helpful. Terry and the staff at the collision shop did an awesome job on the repairs of my F-150 after I took out a doe on the interstate. They were all SO helpful the day of the accident and the day I came back to pick it up.Do yourself a favor...if you need any work on your vehicle, go directly to Greenbrier Ford. You will not be disappointed!!!

Julie was absolutely wonderful. She found out exactly what I needed and produced it with no hassle, no long drawn out wait, or run around. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from her and will do it again when the time comes! I recommend her again and again.
